  Overall a good place to kick back at the beach. Wonderful pool/beach access. Need extra chairs for the pool area. Home was in good shape, however they need to update stove/microwave. Also the master bedroom bed needs replacing, you sink to the middle. Great sunsets!

  Kithcen had no pot holders, Patio window blinds wand did not work properly, slats falling off. Mattress in Master Bedroom could use replaced, very soft, sinking in center. New bed pillows in bedrooms would be helpful, also needed extra pillows, were none. Our stay was very nice other then these few issues. It was very nice to have games and beach toys and chairs.. very appreciated. More lighting at lock box at management complany where key is picked up would be nice.

  The unit was not checked out before our arrival. The air conditing was not working and the dish washer fell out. These issues were immediatly corrected to the credit of resort rentals.

  We had a great week. There was plenty of room and everything we needed. My only regret was that there wasn't a grill for my own use, (not that I was expecting one, I just missed having it) also a mop and broom for my use would have been helpful. I would
  have have liked to have kept the floors clean while I was there. Overall a very nice place and the rental office was awesome.

  We enjoyed the condo! It was furnished very well and was very comfortable. For the complex as a whole, we would love to have had a grill on site, but.... we coped! Thanks for sharing your home.

  Beautiful property and great location. Loved the room we stayed in. Very clean and well prepped for newcomers. We will be back next year!! (Make sure you know where to pick up the keys for your rental. Ooops!!)

• The condo is great. Keys required to navigate the property but not too big of a deal. Very nice beach and great view from the unit. Enjoyed the stay very much.

  WE have been staying at Emerald Isle condos for quite a few years now, but feel the apartments could do with upgrading. All are very clean but a bit dated now! Could do with some new sun beds around the pool area. The whole block is kept very clean and tidy.

  The only hassle are the keys. I would suggest a keypad with a code. The keys were a big problem.

  Excellent location and well-kept property. Unit #602 was spacious and clean. Great views from top floor! Kitchen was a bit dated and lacked adequate glassware. We would stay here again.

  My only suggestion to the owners of the unit will be to PLEASE replace the bed in the master bedroom. We are accustomed to sleeping on a King sized bed! The queen bed in that room sunk in the center and was very uncomfortable!

  A really nice condo. It felt like a home away from home, but with a fantastic view and the beach at your back door. A little far from Tampa, but it was not a problem.

  We are a group of 6 nursing graduates doing a celebration trip for all our hard work during nursing school before we head out to start our careers. We were so impressed with our accomodations for the week we stayed here! It was very clean and beautifully decorated with very nice furniture. The pool was great and the location and view was even better. We can't say enough good things about our stay! We hope to return for reunion trips together in the future!
