  We had a wonderful visit. The property was very clean and comfortable. Just a couple of suggestions, we had 5 people in our condo and only 2 sets of keys. That was difficult as we were not always together and you need a key every place you went. Also, we were told that we would have a starter kit for the kitchen. We didn't have a dishcloth, soap for the dishes or any paper products to start with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

  Great location and great beach. Easy access to resturants and the beach is awesome. They need to update the living room furniture and replace the carpet. I would stay at this location again. Maybe next month.

  This unit had a great view. it could use more towels. The air conditoning did not work, but we were able to open the windows because it was a cold week.

  First, this condo was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, almost like brand new. The carpeting and upholstered furniture were not new, but they were comfortably broken in. The top floor location maximized the incredible view and minimized noise from the pool and neighboring condos. The beach was perfect. The pool is small, and was usually populated with young children, but we went for the beach anyway! We got pools in Virginia, but no Gulf of Mexico! We couldn't get over how warm and calm the Gulf is, nothing like the rough, cold water of the Atlantic Ocean. The property manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We decided Resort Rentals is big enough to be professional but small enough to have a personal touch. We loved our vacation!

  What a wonderful condo to stay in. Great location; central to Clearwater and St Pete's Beach. It sits right on the beach with just the pool in between. When you step out of the pool area you are in the sand. The security of the area is good also with a locked lobby so not just anyone can come up the elevator.Condo had everything we needed and with wireless internet. We plan on coming back next year and staying longer. Wonderful place!!

  We loved staying at Emerald Isle- the location was amazing, near everything and the condo was beautiful, neat and clean. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The only problem was that there were no beach chairs, only ones that you had to pay $25 a day to use- so we had to use towels on the beach or our blow up rafts to lay on!

  Great condo directly on the beach. Top floor had a beautiful view of the Gulf. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately 2 livingroom windows were missing screens and couldn't keep them open as bugs kept coming in. Master bed very soft and hard on the back. Just needs a new mattress. Everything was very clean and well cared for. Would stay there again, though might try the southern exposure balcony unit next time.

  Living room furniture needs to be updated. Gorgeous view of the beach, just wish there hadn't been so many lovebugs on the balcony and around the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

  The only minor complaint is that the carpet on the balcony needs to be replaced. We loved how clean and updated the unit was, as well as the facility, and will definitely be back!

  This particular unit was nicely decorated and must have been newly renovated. There were all the amenities you would have needed in the kitchen. The unit was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The building was quiet and relaxing and right on the beach. I would recommend it to anyone planning to vacation in the area.

  Everything was great. We loved the rental and the staff was wonderful. THe only thing my husband and I found a little strange was the highlighted tip envelope from the cleaning staff. We always tip but didn't think it was appropriate to have a highlighted envelope left on the counter when we arrived.

  It was a nice condo for its age but the guest bathroom had a plumbing issue in tub. The tub didn't drain so when anyone took a shower they might as well been taking a bath. I don't understand why the cleaning crew would not report this?!?!
  The view was nice, the kitchen pretty well stocked, but the furniture not very comfortable. The weather wasn't very nice so we ended up spending too much time indoors so maybe normally you wouldn't find the furniture uncomfortable.
