  All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The only complaint I have is there was no wi-fi and I was unable to pay my bills. It would also be nice if there were loungers around the pool so we didn't have to purchase them

  The location of the unit was good. The views of the ocean were great. we liked a lot of things about the unit. However there was no privte balcony and the unit needed a handyman to fix some minor problems inside.Overall it was a good vacation.

  Everything was very good but would have appreciated some beach lounge chairs to use on the beach or around the pool.

  This was a great location. Beach was beautiful, quite, and sunsets to die for. Unit was just the right size for the two of us. However, I would recommend that the holes in the screens in the bdrm be repaired, we don't use AC and keep windows open. The carpet in the bdrm was dirty and neededed to be cleaned or replaced. Other then those minor concerns we would return again when in the area.

  the condo was great, but many rules are not respected , children jumped over our heads when we were swiming, they occupied the pool all day long , the elevator was allways full of water, and they were running and shouting in the galeries and nobody says nothing

  Overall very satisfied with our stay at Sunset Chateau. Great location, very well kept property. Bed has been changed to King size, which was a very welcome addition to this unit! Very safe feeling area also!

  We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The area is beautiful, we loved being right on the gulf, only steps away from the beach. The views were spectacular, the sunsets so beautiful and the beach pristine. We can not wait to return. The only suggestion we have is that the owner of the unit should replace the mattress, it was extremely uncomfortable and made for very restless nights sleep.

• The property is on the beach which is lovely. The only thing I would like to have had is a washer and dryer inside the unit. The bed was a queen size and we prefer king.
