  The owner was willing to work with us on the dates of our stay which was great. We liked the location of the condo and the accomodations were wonderful. A bit skimpy on the supplies..... towels, paper products, dishes, etc. but overall a great experience!

  My husband and I just returned from St Pete's and stayed at 407 Caprice . It is a lovely condo with an exceptional view of the beach and were lulled by the sound of the surf. We took advantage of the barbeque deck for a few great barbeque meals and thought this was a nice feature . We stayed for 2 weeks and very easily would stay again ...maybe for longer.

  Great location! The view was incredible! The unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and the living room furniture was quite comfy. We did have a little problem with the internet not working at times and the sheets were a little threadbare. Otherwise, great stay!

  My kids and I enjoyed Spring Break at Caprice 407 - a very nice unit perfect for us, in a good location, convenient to stores, restaurants and of course the beach. (The beach remediation work going on outside the window was a minor nuisance which I'm sure will be finished soon, but there is plenty of other beach just steps away and I appreciate the work that's going on to keep the beach in shape.)

  We will be back again. We liked sitting on the patio watching the dolphins in the morning and late afternoon. we've stayed at a couple different places in the past but we prefer the caprice overall. Thank you for a great vacation

  The best part of the condo is definitely the views from almost anywhere inside. The unit is clean and mostly updated. My disappointment was the beach location. While caprice is on the beach the beach is a public beach with street parking and attracted a BIG group of high schoolers each afternoon. I wish I had known that the Caprice beach is a public beach.

  We enjoyed our stay at Caprice 407. Fortunately, the country-wide freeze spell broke before we got there. The unit was lovely and had great views. The only thing that could have been better was improved lighting in the second bathroom. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
