  Two things. 1. The property has hosted animals, this effected the two allegical persons of our family badly. We suggest that this information is completed to the description of the house. 2. The kitchen is not fully equipped if you want to cook more than breakfast. We suggest some useble knives and more pots and plates and bowls.

  Excellent service from Resort Rentals from start to finish. Loved the Dolphin Home. Pool clean and warm, house very comfortable, great dock for fishing. Nice walk to beach, shops & Bars. Good to walk off dinner!! Wonderful stay in Treasure Island.

  Very peaceful and relaxing. House roomy and nice floor plan. In general the house just needed some tlc and a good dusting but overall we would stay there again.

  A short 3 1/2 hour drive from Jacksonville, FL. This was the perfect vacation for us. We joined another family and had more than enough room for everyone. The beds/mattresses aren't the most comfortable and the cooking utensils/pots/pans aren't much, but we made do and had a great time. We fished, relaxed, shopped, and enjoyed the time away. It was like being in the Keys without the drive!

  My family and I just finished our stay at the dolphin home, we had a great time. This is a very nice house in a fantastic area. Most everything was great, we had a bit of bad luck with the pool heat, a thunder and lightning storm took it out in the 2nd week. No ones fault, just bad luck.
  
  A few things that could have been better, the floors in the house were quite dirty, the cleaning staff seem to only do a very light cleaning and never so much as moved an ottoman when sweeping or mopping.
  
  A few new pots and pans would be a help too, alot of them had enamel pealing off and when you boiled water in them you could see alot of stuff coming off the inside.
  
  Overall the negatives were pretty minor, and we had a great time.

  just a little dirt under the furniture and in nooks. Other than that the place was very very good. Loved it. All the perks are in home. Pool was great. Hot tub is just sitting area not a real hot tub.

  This home was in excellent condition and in a great location. Very peaceful and relaxing. The staff at Resort Rentals were great and we look forward to booking a stay through them in the future. The only complaint we had about this home is the owner chooses not to run the jacuzzi.

  The house was perfect for our week vacation. Location is within walking distance to the gulf with a beautiful beach. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and seeing the various marine life in the ocean water. A bird dropped a seahorse on the pool deck so we were able to examine it very closely before dropping it back in the water. A dolphin passed through on our second day. Neighborhood is lovely and very quiet, just like our home in Missouri. We will definitely consider this house again and refer our friends.

  The place along with the staff made this one of our favorite family vacations. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed for the stay. The grocery store,restaraunts and beach were close. We will definately recommend this home and Resort Rentals to everyone. We will definately be using them in the future.

  The home was nice for the most part. The beds and sheets felt old and frumpy. The House is modest but it has more home comforts than other condo rentals,(Sunset Vistas). The master bedroom is big, the other two rooms are kid sizes only. The house is about a 25 minute walk from the beach, about 2 kilometers. The house is peaceful and the neighbourhood is quaint. Perfect spot to do nothing and feel like you are at home with a nice view of the inter coastal water way.
