  The process was easy; from filling in the online form to picking up the keys. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. A Blue Heron landed by the pool four times and came within six feet of us. We saw White Egrets nearby, two dolphin in the bay, a school of fish near the boat dock and beautiful sunrises. It was wonderful to sit in the swing under the stars, look at the lights twinkling off the water, and feel the breeze on my face. So much serenity packed into one week. Thank you!

  This is the second property we have rented in this area. We definitely enjoyed the heated pool, house was very nice and roomy. Location is great, you can walk to the beach and the local bar with good food. Very close to many stores, groceries. Only complaint we have is the kitchen amenities. Lack of silverware, pots and pans that should not be used.

  This was our 5th year vacationing at Sunset Beach and our 4th in the Manatee Home. I doubt we would even consider a rental anywhere else. The location is unbeatable. The home has all the amenities one could want while on vacation. The management company
  responds to any questions or concerns instantly and it seems our satisfaction is always their top priority.

  2nd time we have stayed at this house and will be back here or try another house/condo Resort Reality rents. You can tell the staff cares every time you call. Had 2 small problems and they handled them and made sure it was solved with a callback. The house
  itself has everything you need to enjoy a week stay. I would suggest every couple months do a deep clean of the place for the dirt under beds and couches, but general areas were clean. Other then that, we really enjoy this house, setup and location. Please
  note this is a non commercial area, so it is a lot more quiet and less action them in resort areas. I would say it's set better for relaxing adults then for small kids and teens "my opinion and what we like about this small area". THANK YOU for another nice

  2nd time at this house...We will come back to this house or try another one of Resort Reality's houses or condos again 100%... A couple small problems popped up, but the staff handled them for us. When talking on the phone any time, you can tell staff
  cares. House extras provides anything you would need for a enjoyable week stay like: beach chairs, umbrellas, blender, deck furniture, grill, ect. Just a little better cleaning under beds and couches is needed, may I suggest a deep cleaning every few months.

  Perfect vacation for everyone! The ceiling fan in the sunroom did not work. The sliding door to the pool area was so hard to slide that an old person would become locked out trying to get it open. Other than those two minor problems, the week was wonderful!

  The house only has 1 shower, which was difficult with 6 adults. Overall the house is in a great location, just a few steps across the street from the beach. The house is for sale and I hope it will be available for rent next year.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Manatee home. Access to the beach was great, it was not a busy neighborhood and we had our own boat dock in the canal out back. We were able to access anywhere we wanted to go with ease. The staff at Resort Rentals were very nice to us both in check in and check out.

• Great house!!!! My family has stayed in this house for 4 years and love it. It is the best of any place we have ever rented. The waterway in the back to wake up and have your coffee by and the gulf just across the street.

  The home is equipped with everything that a family would need for their vacation. The private pool is a big plus, you don't have to worry about getting a chair or table. You also have the trees to provide shade. The staff at Resort Rentals are great to work with. Any concerns that you may have are handled quickly and they are friendly. We will return and hope that we can get The Manatee House next year.

  Our second time in this house, and would like to visit again. Most helpful staff at Resort Realty. Great location. Decent house. Some things could have been a bit cleaner (e.g. barbecue grill). Pool in good shape.

  This is the best house we have ever rented. You cannot beat the location it is close to everything beach,restraunts,shopping and nightlife. We had a few minor issues with the house but it was nothing to keep me from coming back. The swings overlooking the bay and the dock were awesome not to mention the video I was able to get of the dolphins. I can see why this house stays booked. I hope to rent it 2 times next year and Resort Rentals is great the staff is so helpful and so nice. Thank you for making this our best vacation ever.....

  The place gave a whole new experience for our many stays in this area by enjoying the waterway which we were SURPRISED how much we liked that, not just the beach. Basically, just cross the street and the beach was there, so not much different then staying right on the beach.
  
  There is more space inside then anyone would need and plenty of space outside deck/dock area. Pool is very small, so plan on it just as a quick dip to cool. Grill ran out of gas and with a call, they were there right away to replace it. Place needed a better job on gerenal cleaning, they said they will address AND I believe they will because they seem like a STRONG customer oriented operation. GLAD we made this choice for our stay.

  The day we moved in my husband found a dirty nappy in the yard and dog poo which was reported at the time the house in general was not very clean the bbq could do with a really good clean underneath. The pool was clean well on the 1st week but the second week was not very good at all. We love the house though and this will not put us off coming back.

  the property itself was good but the back garden needs some work around the seating area,the ground is very uneaven and the trees block out most if not all of the sun,and we came to florida just for the sun overall it was ok but the pictures make the garden look bigger.

The staff at Resort Rentals were very gracious and helpful at check in and gave us all of the information we needed about area restaurants, fishing information we needed and all other aspects of our visit,very professional and personable staff ( I'm disappointed I could only give 5 stars this is a 10 star company and Staff on a 5 star system!)Thanks to all of you for a great vacation week. I would also like to pass on to the owners that they have a beautiful home on the bay and we are very happy they have chosen to share it through vacation rental (when it came time for us to leave it was like leaving home). We miss it already and have only been back home in North Carolina 4 days.

  Very good vacation here. House was nice, very open, roomy and comfortable. Relaxed on the back patio and deck while watching the dolpins, birds, fish, etc in the waterway. Pool was a bit small but big enough to have a few people floating on rafts in it-just enough to be in the sunshine but enjoy the pool at the same time! Gulf was practically right across the road so didn't have to get in the car and drive. Nice location for the house-away from the 'touristy' commercial areas but close enough too when you wanted that. Only thing we didn't like about our trip there was that we went to Busch Gardens as a few of us had never been before. Unless you go on the rides it's definitely NOT worth the money! Just as soon go to a local zoo!
  Will plan on vacationing at the Manatee Home again!

  Our 14 day stay in the Manatee House was all we anticipated and more. A superb location with a splendid view of the bay, where our mornings included visits from pelicans, terns, and other birdlife, and our evenings with occasional visits by dolphins. The beautiful Gulf beaches of St Pete's Beach were a one minute walk from our front door. The Resort Realty staff were kind and responsive to our very few needs. The house was tastefully furnished and well equipped; the terrace a most pleasant place to relax at any hour of the day or night. We'd go back in a heartbeat!
