  There was construction in the appartment above us and there was some damage to our ceiling. There were some plumbing issues in the condo (kitchen faucet). Other than that, good stay overall.

  This is not our first time @ Land's End. We love it there. We love the privacy of the beach and how quiet it is. It is truly a relaxing vacation spot.
  We were a little disappointed this time that there were no sheets for the hide-a-bed. We clearly stated that we were a family of five. It wasn't until the 3rd night that sheets were delivered. This was a major inconvenience.
  However, we will be back. Can't beat the location!

  We were pleasantly pleased with the accomodations and the facility at Lands End. Beach was not very crowded, ever. We were just a few minutes drive from any restraunts or shopping. We saw dolphins swimming every morning as we sat on the balcony and drank our coffee. We even had a few manatee sightings while we were there. We will definately come back to Treasure Island and stay at Lands End Condominium.

  We stayed at this unit in May, 2010. The location was perfect - Land's End is certainly a top choice. Private, quiet and safe. It was truly like having a private beach. The unit was clean and well maintained, we did have a few small issues but they were resolved almost instantly. We would use this rental company again, and are already checking airfares for another stay in Treasure Island ! The pool area was fabulous, and we felt completely at home.
  To make it absolutely excellent, I would recommend a new mattress on the master bed, and recommend a check of the pull out/linen supply for same after every visitor.
  
  Notwithstanding these few small hiccups, I would recommend it for sure.

• Beautiful unit overlooking the water with views from the living room and master bedroom. Very spacious with lots of room for 5 of us. Updated kitchen is gorgeous.

  We loved our stay here and Resort Realty was cooperative and helpful. We had a lightbulb to be replaced and they were there immediately. The pool was big, clean and warm. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained. Underground parking kept our car cooler. The unit was exactly as pictured on the website.

  We have stayed at Land's End for 3 years, and have seen many of the other units (as we had 12 families with us each year). Love the way they opened up the kitchen. The kitchen was beautiful. Nice granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Nice table and chairs in the dining area. Just nit-picking, but the owners may want to know some of the following: Master bath was nice, but we missed having a long countertop to put our things on. The shelves and small mirrors didn't cut it. The sinks look nice, though. I would recommend a new mattress for the is sagging and not comfortable. People want to feel pampered and sleep well when they are on vacation, even if it is not a hotel. The dresser in the master needs fixing...the bottom drawer would not open and the top drawer front kept falling off. Would be nice to have a light in the master closet, and some more shelves in it. There is a huge new closet in the guest bedroom, but only a small fraction of it was available for our use. The largest part was locked! Guest bath was nicely re-done. Love the view from the balcony! But a nice set of chairs and table would be appreciated by guests that want to lounge with a cup of coffee in the mornings! All in all, though, it is a great place to stay. We would stay in this unit again.

  We could use a place to hang clothes in the bedroom with the twin beds. Maybe a temporary clothes rack.
