  The whole procedure starting with booking till checking out was highly professional (we booked at Resort Rentals).The view onto the gulf is amazing!I wish I had such at my home;-)It was very clean, well equiped even with beach accessories, decoration is very nice and makes you remember you are on vacation in Florida. The pool is fantastic and clean.Treasure Island beach in this point is very calm, you can watch dolphins every day, there are lots of shells, sand is not so soft, there's just 5 minutes by car to the atractions if you need them. I do recommend it!

  We only had two complaints about the entire seven day stay and I only mention them so that they may be corrected but not to prevent anyone from staying here. First, the master bed mattress was bad. For whatever reason, the mattress was "sunk" in the middle. Not that we didn't want to be close to each other, but when you try to lie on the right or left portion of the mattress you would role to the middle. This was very uncomfortable but we were so busy having fun during the daytime that we were too tired to complain. The second is that the security does not really take care of noise issues. It was only one incident, but we told the security officer that our neighbors were playing music way too loud and they gave us the room phone # and the # to the local police. Really? Couldn't they tell them to turn it down?
  But once again, the noise was only one night and the rest of the time was the best vacation ever. It was my wife and I and our 3 children.
  Activities we did: Beach - wonderful with plenty of shells, sting-rays, and baby birds.
  Busch Gardens- fun but over-priced
  St. Pete Forum - Motley Crue/Poison concert... wonderful facility
  Tampa Bay Rays Game - best facility for families in the summer. Great fun
  The Pier - not so much fun. Beautiful though.
  Bubba Gump's - good but over-priced
  Shopping center where bubba gump's is located - very nice and fun

  We rented Unit 303 building 9 in March of 2011. The unit was ready on time and extremely clean. This is the nicest unit of three different units we have rented at Lands End. Lands End is an extremely clean, secure location to enjoy the beach, large pool, tennis, or just relax. We would rent this unit again with no hesitation. Resort Rentals
  have been most helpful each time we used them. There is no complaints about the unit or Resort Rentals.

  We spent 8 nights at our Land's End Beach Front condo. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay. The view from our balcony was superb and the sunsets were amazing. The condo itself was quite clean. It would have been nice to have all ceramic flooring and no carpet. Overall, We were very pleased and would go back again!

  I was very happy with the staff. We really appreciated that we were able to stay in the unit till 5:00pm for an extra $50. We had a 9:30pm flight and this added an extra day to our vacation experience. I stay in the Treasure Island/St. Pete Beach area sometimes up to 4 times a year. The Lands End area is a little more quiet then I like but what a beautiful property. I would recommend this to anyone. We did find live and dead palmetto bugs in the unit but I understand that can be the way it is in Florida! You just may want to have someone go in and spray a bit more often.

  Some of the security staff members were not very friendly. They acted as though they were being "inconvenienced" by our presence.
