  Just about everything was perfect. On the last day of our stay there was someone smoking outside on the balcony below us and we were not able to enjoy any time on our balcony. I did not think smoking was allowed. I did not say anyting or call management since we were departing the next day but I would like to know if smokking is allowed. If it's not, next time, I'll call management.

    Thanks so much for your great review. Smoking is not allowed in the units or by the pool but is allowed on the balcony and other outdoor areas. Sorry!

  WE HAVE HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM LANDS END FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND VERY MUCH ENJOY THE LOCATION. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND AN UPPER FLOOR CORNER UNIT THAT WE VERY MUCH ENJOY. ITS CERTAINLY ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU COULD EXPECT FROM A VACATION PROPERTY; THE VIEW IS FABULOUS, THE UNIT HAS A GREAT LAYOUT AND AMPLE SPACE, THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS CLEANLINESS. SOME OF THE FURNITURE IS WORN, THE RUGS ARE IN NEED OF A DEEP SCRUB AND THE CLEANING CREW SHOULD SPEND MORE TIME CLEANING THE UNITS BETWEEN A CHANGEOVER OF GUESTS. HOWEVER, WE CONTINUE TO LOVE THE LOCATION, THE BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS, THE PEACE OF BEING ON SUNSET BEACH AND THE GOOD AMENITIES.

  Location and facilities at Land's End were great. Sofa and carpet should be replaced. Kitchen could be a better stocked. "Daily" items such as dish washing soap; salt, pepper & spices; foil, etc. were not supplied and had to be purchased. Would have loved to have beach chairs available for use on beach.

  It's our 3rd stay at Lands End and we'll be back
  in 2012. The condos are extremely clean, with premium furniture, kitchen like at home, spacious bedrooms. Breathtaking views over the golf, really nothing negativ. We love it.

  A beautiful condo in a great setting. The beach is beautiful and wide and the sea is clear. The condo could be cleaned better, there is a lot of dust. The A/C unit has a tendency to want to freeze up as well. But the condo is well equipped for all your needs while there, down to having chairs and a umbrella for the beach. I realy liked the seclusion of the beach as well, not many people on the beach and it is so big, it would not matter.

  Lovely well maintained condo with a beautiful unobstructed view of gulf and sunsets. Beach is nice to walk along.
  25 metre pool good for swimming but get in early as lots of families and busy during the day. No workout area in complex. Ought to have one for such a large dev't. Nice restaurants in the vicinity but need a car to get to any community area eg St. Pete's beach.

  We stayed in this lovely unit from February 16 through February 28, 2010. It is a corner property so we had the advantage of a gorgeous view of the Gulf and waterway ane enjoyed spectaular sunsets.The unit is a two bedroom/two bath and very spacious. The property and the condo had many amenities and the staff were very cordial and helpful. We are already looking forward to a return visit.
