  Unit 402 needs updating in the kitchen area, it is poorly equipped for cooking, pots, pans, etc. Stove outdated, micro inoperative, small refrigerator ,etc. Sliding doors old, balky. Unit 304 better equipped by a wide margin.

  My family and I love this room and location!! We had great beach access and a huge pool to use that was not crowded. It was quite and there was mainly other families staying there. Room was very clean and spacious also.

  Location was wonderful. Building 6 is on both the beach and inlet. We watched dolphins every day. Even saw a manatee and sting rays. The beach was terrific. Grounds were very clean. The view from the balcony was great. The condo was very clean. The staff was very helpful. Check in and out was easy. The only complaint for this unit was that the bedroom furniture was not great. Bottom of the drawers would not stay in. Overall a great stay!

  This particular unit is best suited for 4 people. We had 6 and the pull-out couch was in very bad condition (the reason for 3 stars). I let them know so hopefully it will be replaced. We had to buy an air mattress (left it there!) because the mattress on the pull out was not something I would let anyone sleep on (stained, very uncomfortable). It's tight with 6, but do-able and affordable. Land's End is in a great spot at the bottom tip of Treasure Island. We watched dolphins every day, and the sunsets were incredible! It is not crowded at all... peaceful and gorgeous! You will love walking on the beach and the boardwalk around the property. Convenient to other beaches, with John's Pass about 5-10 minutes away. The entire property is beautiful as well and feels very safe. Families with children should know that there are no toys/balls allowed in the pool area, and no one under 17 can use the hot tub. I would definitely go back (with 4, unless the pull-out is replaced!).
