  The location was great! Very quiet and right on the beach. Some of the dishes need to be replaced and some of the bed linens were worn- but overall, it was a great place to stay and we would return.

  The only condition that we had was there was several light bulbs out and could not get light on ceiling fan to come on. I didn't spend alot of time trying.

  We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villas Unit # 2 and plan on renting this unit in the future.
  
  We decided on this unit as we have an infant and we wanted something that was close to the beach/pool with very easy access to our place. It worked out perfectly, when our son would nap in his room with the baby monitor on I was still able to enjoy the pool while he napped. Also for feedings and quick diaper changes it was nice being steps from our place versus a condo where you have elevators and would need to coordinate what to bring to the pool/beach before hand. Also across the street is a great park for the kids to enjoy.
  
  Sunset Villas and area beach is much more quiet so if you are looking for a more peaceful retreat this is the place.
  
  The unit itself was very clean and the property was well maintained. Unlike some of the other reviews I found our place very clean. I heard they recently changed cleaning companies so we lucked out. One thing that would be nice would have been some updated pots and pans as the ones in the unit are very old so I went out and purchased a few pots.
  
  The pool is very clean and the amenties provided are, lots of chairs for the pool and beach and even some kids water toys also.
  
  Also if you are concerned about the noise from the 2nd floor foot steps, don't ... we barely noticed any noise from above and nothing that would wake you up are more importantly wake up my son.
  
  Great place, you won't regret it.

  We had an awesome vacation during the March break this year and will definitely be back. We wished there was a gas BBQ and were very disappointed in the option provided. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

  The only problems were the dirty silverware drawer and dirty range and oven. Also the fan on the front deck was noisy and wobbly and threw a blade. Fortunately we were not sitting outside when it happened.

  for checking out - need to drive back to the agency - lost time
  Property was not that clean as we expected, especially dishes and the kitchen.
  For some few things a reparation is needed. At swimming pool area missed umbrellas.

  overall very nice, clean, comfortable, great time, spacious, well equipped kitchen
  consider system to recycle, step out to deck is a toe buster, noise of chairs over on next floor-loud, beautiful sunsets, clarify check out and key drop off time-felt very rushed, tv in the bedroom might be important to some.
