  This was our 2nd time staying at the property, but 1st time we had a gulf view. Will do this again. Sunsets are breathtaking, every night. Unit was in good condition and comfortable. Pool and surrounding area excellent and proximity to beautiful beach could not be better. Only complaint, a few untensils and dishes that would have been helpful were not provided in the kitchen but this would not prevent us from renting this unit again.

  We had a wonderful stay and found the unit and associated property to be exceptional. The only negative was associated with the gate staff on the evening when we arrived. We arrived late and it was dark and had some difficulty with the lock. It was dark
  and my children became quite nervous. We asked the gate attendant for assistance but he would only provide the number to resort rentals. The on-call person provided simple instructions over the phone. Some assistance from the gate attendant would have been
  very helpful. Additional dishwasher detergent and scouring pads would have made it easier to keep the unit clean.

  great place to stay, great rooms and pricing pretty good for area. some of the pool/spa rules a bit anal for family use,no one under 17 in spa and no floaties in pool for children but otherwise i would recommend it to anyone

  I really can't say enough about this resort. Everything was wonderful. The unit (#203, Building 10) was beautiful, loved the decor and the tile floor throughout was so very nice. The master suite was beautiful, bed super comfy and the master bath ensuite was my personal dream. The balcony, accessible from both living room and mst. bedroom was bathed in sun from 2pm until sundown, which were beautiful every night. We woke up every morning to the sounds of the gulf, and could see dolphins on several occasions. The grounds around this resort are beautiful, it has a wonderful boardwalk around the whole property for walking, which goes around to the intercoastal, lots of sea birds to watch. The beach was very nice for long walks, and hunting for shells. My favorite part was the heated pool, it was huge, never crowded, lots of lounge chairs and tables (w/umbrellas). In summary, the best all around vacation my husband and I have experienced. Have booked a month for next year already!!

  We have rented at Land's End from Resort Rentals many times. I would not rent this unit again - had nicer ones than this at Land's End

  Condo cleanliness: The condo itself, the floors were not the cleanest and the furniture, tables were Very dusty and needed to be wiped with a clean cloth. Otherwise perfect. Pam Leeds
