  We come to Florida every year for Thanksgiving and as always had a great holiday this year. Lands End is a fantastic destination have great views a magical beach to walk on and a very peaceful location. The grounds are well kept and the condo well equiped. Being gated with a 24/7 staff means security is not an issue. We will be back next year!

  The only draw back of our vacation was the gate attendant ( or lack thereof ) on duty when we arrived, very rude. Acted very put out that he had to stop what he was doing to check us in. Everyone and everything else was amazing.

  the problem could have happened to anyone. The AC went out at nite but was corrected the next day and then the hot water was leaking into the hallway. so things happen.

  Very relaxing stay, just what the Doctor ordered. Would love to find a nicer mattress next visit. :D But, overall, it was a lovely break from reality. We walked the beach each morning and watched the dolphins playing. See you next year!

  Overall, we were very impressed by the property and the particular unit. When we checked in, the office staff was very professional. There was some confusion around the parking spot - we were assigned #15, but after three stops at the guard house, we were informed that the vehicle already occupying that space belonged to the owners, and we were reassigned. Although there were lots of pillows available, there were only two pillow cases in the master bedroom and no extras anywhere. We ended up purchasing a set which we contributed to the unit's inventory. We were very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't functional as this was a selling feature for us.
  These inconveniences were more than outweighed by the fabulous view from our balcony and the early morning dolphin show - one morning we counted 10 dolphins just off the beach. We have already recommended this complex to others and will likely return.

  This was our 2nd stay at land's End in 2 different is a relaxing, clean and well kept condominium complex. The proximity to the beach, boardwalk and shopping is a plus as is the variety of restaurants near by. We have rented 2 other properties on Treasure Island from Resort Rentals with equally fine results.We have no doubt that we will return many more times to this area.
