  We stayed in #204 Aug 2011 and absolutely loved it. It was a perfect rental with a wonderful view and great location on North Redington. I would recommend this unit and condo, especially at the price rate. Only thing we missed was a blender.

  The condo was great. Very comfortable, clean, enough linens, dishes, etc. for use. The 2 small issues we had one call came with a remedy right away. The beach was great and not crowded even though it was Spring Break - very family oriented but plenty of "independent" fun for my two teenagers. They enjoyed the condo, beach, pool, being able to walk across the street for a break from mom and get drinks, etc. Shopping within walking distances. Thanks

  We had a fun and relaxing time in this beach-front condo. The property is well kept and clean; the pool area overlooking the beach was a nice reading spot. We had ample room in the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. The teenage girls discovered the Sun Coast Trolley that allowed them to shop up & down the beaches on their own, easily and flexibly. We cooked some meals in and ate some meals out - we really enjoyed Guppy's in Indian Shores. Best of all, we missed 3 midwestern February snowstorms while we lounged in 80 degree sun! Our late Saturday night arrival was no problem for the property managers; they provided secure key and information pickup that was easy and quick. We would rent in this condo group from Resort Rentals again.

  Our unit had been updated and everything was fairly new. We stayed for 2 wks and would have liked to have extra sheets to change the bed. Also there were no cleaning supplies for touch-ups. Emerald Isle is a secure building and we liked that a lot. All in all a very good experience!

  In July my two kids, wife and myself stayed at the Emerald Isle #204 in N. Redington Beach FL,and I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice vacation.I was very happy with location, condition made some new friends there, kids had nice company and overall I was very pleased.
