Amadeus 10

Went with our 2 young adult sons and everyone of us loved the place. It was just as described and the view was awesome. An extra nice treat was the beach chairs and umbrellas. They came in handy as we only had beach towels because we flew in. Would absolutely recommend this place.

If you’re looking to stay in Treasure Island. This is the spot hands down!!! I don’t even know where to start. Let’s just say, the bed in the master suite 5 stars!! Everything you need is within walking distance. Or take a short ride via car or trolly to a restaurant. If I wasn’t in the market for a house in Florida. Within the next 5 years. I’d be booking this rental for a couple weeks EVERY year!!!!

We loved our rental at Amadeus! To say the location was perfect is an understatement! Walk to Publix, walk to the beach across the street, walk to delicious nearby restaurants and entertainment in the evening! The rental is so close to it all, yet nestled on a street off the main drag. The rental was clean and updated with amazing water views. Everyone in the complex was friendly and quiet. Will stay here as much as possible!

Everything about this place was perfect! Thought I wanted oceanfront, but actually this location was 100% better! Views were fantastic. The condo was immaculately clean. Even smelled clean when we arrived. Location was very easy to walk a few steps to the beach, or to get groceries at the Publix that was extremely close by. August heat was oppressive and very uncomfortable, so we would like to return at a different time of year. The pool was used often by our teenage daughter, so that was very nice. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay! (Future renters: remember to remove the lint from the dryer!)

This place was perfect! I had originally thought I’d prefer to be on ocean front, but being here with the intercoastal view was so much better! Dolphins, cranes and other birds, water skiers, rowers, etc... always gave us something interesting to watch. The unit itself was bright and immaculate and even smelled clean when we arrived. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. Location was very easy to walk to the beach and grocery store was very close by. We would love to return here and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the condo, the pool and the bay views. It was beautiful. The pool was not always exceptionally clean (needed more regular vacuuming) but it was wonderful and we had a great time. Condo had everything we needed, was comfortable and a wonderful location!

It was a great week. Caitlin at Resort Rentals was very accommodating and offered great customer service. Great location, walk to Public’s and beach and restaurants. We brought fishing poles to fish of dock at condo which was fun. The pool is small, but kids used it every day. Everything worked as described, but I will say the only negative is that the washer and dryer are the smallest units I’ve ever seen. I had to do 2 loads everyday, which is better than nothing and it is an apartment sized unit, so it has to be small to fit. No elevator, but we didn’t mind the stairs. Saw dolphins out our deck! We felt exceptionally safe and slept like a baby. Beds were comfy.

Upon arrival the condo was immaculately cleaned and adequately stocked, as the homes always have been when we have used resort rentals before, it was very quite, relaxing with a nicely looked after pool area, would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the home and Resort rentals.

Nous avons vu plusieurs dauphins et un lamantin juste au bout de notre quai.
Un endroit tranquille,situé à côté d’une épicerie Public et près des trolleys beach
Pas besoin de voiture
Seul commentaires négatifs les portes patio seraient à changer et peut être avoir des articles de plage
Le reste tout est parfait,beaucoup de commodité pour la cuisine
A 15 minutes en taxi des Rays de Tampa bay

Proved just as good in real life as it looked when researching online.

Could not get to the property until the rental office had closed, but lockbox access was provided with clear instructions. Made things simple which is not always the case.

Location was excellent, especially being able to walk to decent restaurants (not always the case in the US), and sitting on the balcony overlooking Boca Ciega Bay was great. While fishing from the dock saw a dolphin literally swimming underneath it.

Property was well equipped and the only thing it lacked was an electric kettle - we Brits like tea! Also, the aircon could be loud, but it wasn't an issue.

Be very happy to return in the future.

We love it here. The condo has just about everything you can think of, apart from a hairdryer, which we brought with us as we remembered from the previous year. Apparently you can get them from resort rentals if you ask but we just went out and bought one, no problem. It’s so lovely sitting on the balcony eating your breakfast watching the water and all it’s goings on. Everything is nearby, beach, restaurants, souvenir shops and a lovely walk to John’s Pass. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Once again we had a great time at Amadeus. We have been here a few times now and already booked for next year. The condo has everything you need for a great time. It is always spotlessly clean. This was the second opportunity that my family and I have been given to stay at this property. We absolutely love it here. The location is close to anything you could possibly need while in vacation. The grocery store, beach and some restaurants are all within walking distance. The pool is fantastic and there is some pretty good fishing off the dock. If you are lucky, you can catch an occasional glimpse of some manatee or dolphin swimming by. My children had a blast here and my wife loved having all the comforts of home. The staff was wonderful and the booking and check-in/out process was seamless. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you for another great stay.

Our stay at Amadeus was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the sunrise each morning and watching the dolphins frolicking in the bay. Our unit was very well kept and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, eat and drink. Very happy with the washer/dryer in the unit. My children enjoyed the pool each day. The location was wonderful and within walking distance to Publix and beach access. Overall, we were very satisfied with our trip from the initial booking to the end.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second opportunity that my family and I have been given to stay at this property. We absolutely love it here. The location is close to anything you could possibly need while in vacation. The grocery store, beach and some restaurants are all within walking distance. The pool is fantastic and there is some pretty good fishing off the dock. If you are lucky, you can catch an occasional glimpse of some manatee or dolphin swimming by. My children had a blast here and my wife loved having all the comforts of home. The staff was wonderful and the booking and check-in/out process was seamless. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you for another great stay.

We stayed the busy week of 4th of July at Amadeus #10. It was amazing!! The condo was very clean. The location was so incredibly close to everything fun. The views from our balcony were breathtaking! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

I wasn't sure what to expect since we booked on line & over the phone, but the place was everything they said! We actually saw dolphins swim by one day & we walked most places, always feeling safe. We had a great vacation here. I would definitley use Resort Rentals again.

This condo is something else, the views are breathtaking. You can watch the Dolphins every day. You can walk to the supermarket and the bars and resturants if you don't want to use the car. I would recommend any of the condos.

It's a great place to stay! We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. The view to the bay with dolphins playing around is amazing and the apartment is very comfortable and has enough space for a family with two kids. We loved it!

It was our first time to the Gulf coast as a family and staying at Amadeus #10 we had the best of both worlds - the bay and the beautiful beach of Treasure Island! The condo was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. We even got to enjoy Tropical Storm Andrea with a front row seat from the beautiful balcony and many windows facing the bay. I would definitely return!!

The panoramic view was amazing ... we loved the beautiful waterfront and the ability to watch all the activity on the water. Our favorite times were being able to watch the sun rise over the trees and then watch the dolphin playing in the intercoastal waterways. The location was perfect - close to everything! We would recommend it highly for short or long-term stays! We will definitely be back.

This condo is bright and spacious with all the comforts of home.We enjoyed the large balcony. Ate our meals out there and enjoyed watching the dolphins and also has a nice outdoor pool.

We had a had a really good time! The view from the balcony is just wow!! The location is great, everything is at a walking distance (beach, grocery, etc.). The amenities were great. We had plenty of room for the whole family (2 adults, 3 children). Plenty of dishes, towels. The children enjoyed the pool alot. Since it is a very small complex the pool was never crowded.
One little thing, the pull out couch is very uncomfortable to sleep, we had to make other arrangements for our son (16) to sleep on.
We loved our 9 days at Amadeus # 10 and are very likely to come back but for a longer period this time!

What a wonderful week in a perfect place. The condo was well stocked with everything from plenty of extra towels to salt and pepper shakers. It is conveniently located and we walked everywhere. We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. We'll be back!

this has been our third year renting the unit #9 at the Amdadeus and we love it more everytime we come. My only suggestion is that they would leave more bath towels I have two teenage daughters and believe me they use them up..LOL...We will defenitly be back next year..Thanks for giving us a great family vacation spot to create wonderful memories.
