My spouse and I stayed for 9 day's. Treasure Island was beautiful. Great weather, beautiful scenery. Comfortable bedding with all the convenance of home. Close walking distance to the beach.

Very quiet location near all amenities. The marina in your back yard where you can watch the porpoises. Will definitely be back! Stove burners were all not working

The condo was very comfortable. It was perfect for me and my husband having our master bathroom and my teenage son who had his own separate bathroom and nice sofa in the living room that could work even for 2 kids . There are nearby supermarket , lots of restaurants and the beach. Everything is 5-10 minutes walking distance. We rarely used our car when we only needed to go to some specific places., like Russian restaurant in Tampa and related stores. The balcony of our condo had no view, maybe, it was on lower level and blocked by trees. It was not a problem for us.,We were at the beach 2-3 times a day anyway and didn’t need it. The beach was huge and beautiful. Thank you so much for the best vacation that we had this year.,

We had an amazing week. Treasure Island is a great location and we will definitely be back to Amadeus! Beautiful pool, deck, and view of water! So relaxing. It was just my daughter and I and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves that week. Easy to get to. The unit for us was just as shown. Perfect for the 2 of us. Yes, as other reviews have said it can definitely use some upgrades, but we don’t mind as long as it is clean and has the basics we need. There was a chair and umbrella in closet that we used everyday at the beach! For a 1 bedroom the balcony was a perfect size. Partial view of water (as expected). We loved being able to walk to EVERYTHING: Beach, restaurants, tiki bars, ice cream, stores, Publix, etc. Love the walkway that is on Treasure Island beach, to walk, bike, and enjoy the beach/Gulf view without being in the sand. We are excited to come back to Amadeus with family and get a larger room with full water view! Definitely one of my top locations and rental stay!

We stayed for a week and it was great. Close to beach, grocery store 2 minutes away, great restaurants near by. Went to coffee shop close by. Pool was clean and very warm. Pool noodles there for guests use. Fishing out the back door. Laundry in the suite, nice bonus. Only thing we didn’t have a very big balcony but it was a one bedroom. The bonus for a one bedroom is we had an ensuite as well as a main bath. Only thing to complain about the couches and chairs in living room were not as clean as I would like so we put a blanket over them while we were there so I felt better. They could do with a good cleaning. Small thing, really. Lots of dishes, pots and frying pans. Linens were clean and enough towels. We didn’t bring our beach towels so we got some at Walgreens for . Would love to stay there next year. Everyone we met on the property were very friendly and helpful. Florida needs to up their standards on recycling though, very disappointed every where we went. No designated recycling containers. Us Canadians are conditioned to recycle.

The location was perfect. Easy to get off the island or to travel along the gulf coast. But most important was the short walk to the beach, so no beach parking worries. Also a nice heated pool to swim in and socialize with the others in this location.

The location is great. The unit does need updating. The appliances are older,2 of 4 burners on the stove worked, (did not try the over) the microwave turn table does not work, the blinds are in desperate need of replacing, pots and pans very limited; overall, it's not a bad property. The pool is nice. The first night we stayed we had very loud partying neighbor. That situation was immediately handled. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, shopping nearby, and the main strip of Treasure Island is only a short block away. I would rent again even knowing the property does need some updating.

Zuerst volle Empfehlung! Verbesserungen: Schlafzimmerverdunkelung reicht die Jalousie nicht aus, ein paar Esslöffel wären nett, tiefe Teller, ein Wäscheständer und die Kommode sowie die Nachttische im Schlafzimmer müffeln erheblich. Die Lage zum Strand, Restaurant und Publix sind Top. Wir würden wieder Whg. 2 mit eingeschränkten Wasserblick buchen. Kommunikation mit RRental sehr gut!

It’s the perfect location we loved it, was able to walk most anyplace we wanted to go. Also loved the dock and beautiful view. Condo was very clean and nice just needs updated furniture and maybe a blue ray player instead of DVD. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice unit. Could use some updating and there is a slight old building smell. The resort needs to trim the Oleander bushes off the patio as they block the view of the water. Great location.

Very clean property with all the amenities you need for extended stays. Loved watching the dolphins swim by in the inter coastal waterway from the pool, and having the beach, restaurants, and grocery store just a short walk away. I would definitely come back here.

Fantastic location - just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store! Don’t bother renting a car. The condo was very clean and spacious. The washer and dryer came in handy - was pleased to have this feature in the condo. Loved looking out to the inter coastal waterway from the pool and/or dock which often had dolphins swimming by. I’d come back here again!

The condo was a nice size lots of room in the main kitchen, living room area, an open-concept. Had a balcony to sit out on. The bed was king size and the mattress was really good. Having 2 washrooms made it handy when we had guests. We would recommend staying at this complex again. We are also looking into it for 2021.Nice heated pool and view of the intercoastal. I was able to fish off the docks. Great location to the beach and restaurants in the area. We didn't have a car just walked the area. A safe area we found to walk to walk in.

My sister and I had wonderful holidays in Florida. I do love Amadeus, I have just one thing to say, the kitchen is designed by tall men, as I am not able to get to all the dishes in the cupboard. Otherwise we did love the apartment and enjoyed the swimming in the lovely pool.

Absolutely loved the location of Amadeus, close to grocery store, restaurants, beach, shops, etc. Quiet location with beautiful views of the intracoastal, loved sitting on the dock watching the dolphins swim by. And within walking distance to the gorgeous beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Some of the furniture could be updated, especially the 2 living room lounge chairs. All in all, we had a great 5 week stay at Amadeus # 2.

I come here every year and I am enjoying my stay in Amadeus. The condo is clean,the manager's service is exellent I would recommend the property it is near the shoping centre and I enjoy specially the pool. The only thing I could complain about is the way the kitchen is build, it is just not good for short people not easy to reach the plates.

Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect, dock for fishing in back yard, Gulf beach is a 5 min walk, community center across the street with bingo on Thursday nights, and other events throughout the week, Publix grocery store is 2 min walk away, and a variety of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Unit needs some upgrades, it was clean, but ceiling fans in bedroom and living area would be huge improvement, as would blackout curtain in bedroom. Kitchen layout is awful, but it came equipped with everything we needed, and if it was missing something, we could call staff to provide it. We will be back next year!

I like the flat very much just the kitchen is not really build sensible, as I have problems to get dishes out of the cupboard as they are behind the fridge and I am not very tall.
What is fantastic is the mainenance, if there is a problem the come very fast and solve it.
The furniture are nice, they could have more mugs.
The floor is not so nice anymore and I would like to have something to clean the floor.

We have been on Amadeus 5 Times with different people and we will come back again. Publix around the corner, which was great to get fresh things every day without turning the Motor on from the car. Beach just over the street. Mad Caddys, a walk on the Beach away ,to look great sunset while having a cold Beer and life Music. And the Management stuff was kind as we know it for the last 15 years (taking our packages we ordert) while we where booking on Resort Rentals different Condos. All where brilliant for us and every year we never would go home . Thank's to all People from Resort Rentals doing such a great work , we shure will come back :-)

I did enjoy my stay very much all was perfect exept the furniture of the kitchen, the cupboard was not easy for me to reach as it is hiding behind the fridge and also high up for my size of 1,60 meter. Otherwise I am sure to come again another year.

Reviewer Comments: I did enjoy my stay very much all was perfect exept the furniture of the kitchen, the cupboard was not easy for me to reach as it is hiding behind the fridge and also high up for my size of 1,60 meter. Otherwise I am sure to come again another year.

Amadeus 2 is centrally located on Treasure Island, close to the bridge and within walking distance of many types of restaurants. An easy one block walk to the beach, but it was hard to leave the building's pool and dock with close contact to all types of wildlife. Covered car port, excellent lighting made for a secure setting in a residential and local park setting. The comfortable unit was large and well equipped with a large balcony. Friendly neighbours were helpful and willing to share their holiday tips.

We had a great time in Florida and would thank the People from Resort Rentals for the help in all questions we had .

The House Amadeus is very CXentral for shopping.Reach several Restaurants Post office,Bank, and various Shops and the Beach on foot in a few minutes.
The Employers of RR are very friendly and helpful. What would it take a new Flar Screen TV with DVD. In the Bedroom Better blackout because the liht in the Nightnbright lights. In front the Balcony, the Tree should be cut absolutely. We can view the property with a clear consciene Tell A Friend.

The location of the prperty is great. It is very quiet except for the four days during the spring break week when thet have the Carnival across the street. However, that is something fun to do. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We all had a great time!! The location is EVERYTHING!!!! You will be able to walk to any desired location for the most part, and the park is right across the street.
