Apartment nice and clean, beautiful view of intercostal. Some repairs have been made since our last stay. The location is nearby of everything for shopping or dining or beach time!!

Very clean and had everything we needed to start our vacation . Location was perfect - close to beach and restaurants and shopping. Quiet, beautiful nature on bay . Just perfect for us .

We love the location. There were a few broken things but maintenance was sent out to repair. I love to take baths but the water was only lukewarm. Not sure why, all other faucets were hot

Great location, management company great, detailed easy check in, very clean, but very dated inside, fitted sheet on bed didn't fit and no blankets that fit the king bed...otherwise a great time..

Amadeus 3 was clean and comfortable. We were able to fix a few dinners and had all we needed! Beds were comfortable. The view from balcony was beautiful and the location was quiet and relaxing! We liked it very much!

A great location: one block from the beach, Publix, Walgreens and several restaurants. This condo has only 10 units, it’s own swimming pool and a fishing dock on an inland waterway. Looking forward to coming back.

The beach was walking distance so my teenage kids were able to walk to it themselves. The rental was the perfect size with a decent size living area and 2 bathrooms. Furniture was dated but we were only there to sleep so it didnt bother us.

The condo was extremely clean, well supplied, and plenty of towels. The balcony view was really nice and we witnessed many dolphins and pelicans. The only thing I would suggest is to have the sofa cleaned or replaced. LOVED OUR STAY!

I brought my 2 daughters and niece on vacation, there were 5 of us total and there was plenty of room for everyone. Although the place could use some updating, we were very pleased with the building itself. We especially loved waking up in the morning having coffee with the sunrise on the balcony which is on the bay! We had even seen dolphins a couple mornings! The location was unbeatable and everything you could need is within short walking distance! Will highly recommend this place and will come back later this year or next!

Amazing, the place was very clean and comfortable.......Incredible views of water and nature. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, they even had fishing rods and coolers to use. The insuite washer and dryer was very helpful as well. Beds were super comfy. It was a very spacious unit for our family if 5. Just a great place.

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. It was very quiet and serene. The property management company was extremely responsive. We called them twice to correct minor issues and they sent a maintenance man promptly to fix them. The king bed was comfortable even though it did not have a pillow top (no one slept in the twin beds so I can’t comment on them). We would stay here again.

This was a very quiet location, just the way we like it, Even on New Years Eve! Everything was clean and comfortable. The property management was very prompt in sending maintenance to change some burned out light bulbs. They even provided a new can opener when I asked for one (the old one didn’t work anymore). We had a peaceful and restful week there and would go back if we return to the area.

Coming to Treasure Island since 23 years, it was the second time we stayed at the Amadeus. We love the view, the apartment, which is near to Publix and the beach. It is calm, quiet and clean. It is a small building, therefore not too crowded. You start your day with a sunrise, you end your day with the sunset at the beach. And to see the dolphins passing by is priceless.

Late arrival over the box was easy and exactly described by the agency. The condo was clean, beds are o.k. and the view from the balcony a dream. Perfect place to watch pelicans, seagulls, dolphins or just a thunderstorm. Only the inventory is chosen lovelessly and cobbled together. Cups are all different, cutlery the same and of the cheapest material. It looks a bit like: All we don't need for ourselfes, ist just enough, what a pity. The beach is to reach within 300 m and Publix plus different restaurants just the half distance. Parking below the building is perfect, so your car stays cool. However, you are able to cook and eat, beds are comfortable, location ist nearly perfect and the view: AWESOME ! We would retourn.

We enjoyed this location because we could walk to shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. We walked to the beach every day and fished from the dock daily. We had a great view from our balcony and yes, we watched the dolphins play!!

Every step from reservation to departure were just easy and well coordonnated.
Employees at Resort Rentals are quick to response and we love the location of Amadeus building. It was our 8th Christmas trip to Treasure Island and the 5th consecutive with Resort Rentals and we won't change in the future. The condo #3 could use a refresh but overall we had a wonderfull time and the wheather was cooperative.

We are returning guest who love the Amadeus. The condo has an amazing view and is a close walk to the beach and stores. We also love lounging at the pool, fishing from the dock and watching dolphins and boats go by. The beds in the Amadeus #3 are comfortable. The living room furniture could be updated. The recliners are uncomfortable and one of them seems to have a spring broken in it. It could also use more everyday items such as silverware and kitchen gadgets. The tile in the building can be trechorous after rain or the pool. The condo was pretty clean when we arrived, but might benefit from a deep clean- such as the baseboards, ect. We did have to contact the property management once during our stay and they were quick and courteous.

We appreciate the Amadeus for its quiet location and the short (3-4 minutes) walk to the intersection for the beach. While you don't hear the surf you do have the quiet evenings looking out over the bay. The rental company is easy to deal with and proactive. We have had very positive experiences with them and will use them again when we travel to other locations.

We spent two weeks with three children in the apartment and were very satisfied. The view from the living room and balcony to the waterway was beautiful. The children loved the pool which was between the building and the waterway. Short walk to Publix grocery store and to the beach was perfect.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Amadeus #3! Sunrises absolutely gorgeous. Caught a lot of fish to have a few meals and gave some to the neighbors. Been renting up and down the East Coast for mny years and find this one of the best rentals. Well equipped, very clean and awesome view! Rental agency was one of the best we have dealt with. Looking forward to renting next year here.
