Amadeus 5

Stayed for this visit in number 5 for 2 weeks. We have been coming to the Amadeus for quite a few years now and we have always enjoyed our holiday. The apartment was very clean and had everything there that you could wish for. The only thing we could have changed was the weather! Last year it was lovely and sunny, this year we did get a lot more walking in. All in all we had a great time once again and we will be back in May’

Awesome place to stay! Perfect location to easily walk to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. The place was clean, had great space and the best views of the bay! Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Perfect location!
Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to Publix. Pool was ok. Kinda dirty. Very rude neighbors. But not local people. The washer and dryer is very small. Normal load would be 4 regular towels. Overall we had a great stay. But make sure you don't lock yourself out. They will try to charge you $50 to bring you a key. Does not say that in the rules or the contract with them.

A great place to stay. Location is great. Easy to walk to stuff. The beach is a short walk across the road. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins everyday. Very clean. Would definitely stay again. Can’t wait to come back.

This place is in a fantastic location close to the beach, Publix and other restaurants. The apartment itself is great and has all amenities needed for a long stay. WiFi was strong enough for 3 people to work and make zoom and phone calls.

The property is amazing with an incredible pool and bay view. Also a 90 sec walk to the beach and the grocery store. Close to other attractions and St. Pete’s. I would highly recommend this for your Treasure Island vacation!

There really isn't anything bad to say. Location was amazing, beautiful sunrises watched from the balcony, we even caught a few dolphins swim by each day. The pool was fantastic, we were in it each day of our trip. Overall the condo was spacious and more then enough room for the 4 of us. We could not have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy our last week of summer vacation.

We had an absolute blast staying here. Everything matched the description perfectly. There was more than enough room for the four of us and plenty to spare. The balcony was amazing with beautiful, warm morning sunrises which some days even included a dolphin and some pelicans. The grounds were clean with more then enough pool seats. The pool itself was another awesome feature to this location. There was not a single day we didn't spend time in it or just laying around soaking up the sunshine.
There really isn't anything for us to complain about, and it was mostly 5 stars all around. I gave the general condition 4 stars just because (in my opinion) there were a few minor areas that probably could use some updating but in no way hindered our stay. I gave the property cleanliness 4 stars only because upon arrival the unit was a bit dusty (NOT DIRTY) dusty, I'm not sure anyone was in the unit the week before us so it might have sat a bit longer but again no big deal, a quick wipe and we were good to go.

Our family has stayed in 3 different units in this building. This is the first time we've stayed on the first floor. The view of the water was a little obstructed by the foliage, however, you could see the wildlife a little more closely being closer to the ground. The unit itself was very clean and well kept. It had all the amenities we have come to expect. The only thing I would caution is the master bathroom shower. The sides of the tub were average but when you add in the track for the sliding glass doors, it is a pretty tall wall to scale when getting in and out. So, if you are someone who has limited mobility, you may want to consider using the shower in the other bathroom. Overall, everything was clean. The kitchen appliances appeared to be recently updated and very nice to use. Washer and Dryer in the unit is always helpful when you are traveling with children. Overall, a wonderful experience as always from start to finish. It's a shame it always has to come to an end.

From location, rental service, condo, internet and tv service, everything was just perfect. We rented this unit at Amadeus for the 2nd year and base on the six christmas trips in the last 8 years in Treasure Island, we wouldn't go anywhere else. We are so happy to have found this condo.

The location on the intercostal was gave a beautiful view and always had wildlife, birds and dolphins to see. It was a great location, close to stores and restaurants. The property was well maintained and comfortable. We totally enjoyed our trip.

The condo was perfection. Updated since our last stay and had everything we needed. Perfect condo if you have children that are able to swim but you still want to be close by without being by the pool. Able to hang out on the porch and watch them from there! Publix and beach right around the corner!Everyone in the management office was wonderful and caring. We love this place and have stayed for years. We will be back again...and AGAIN.

We very much enjoy our stay here. The area is like home to us. Very quiet and relaxing but so very convenient to everything.

We love coming here! Great location, the beach is 1 block away and when it gets too hot there, enjoy the pool on the bay. There is fishing right off the pier and a grocery store at the end of the block. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Rental agents were great and always available to answer questions. We'll be back!

Our third stay in this unit and all is well. It is close to the beach(very wide!), bay(fishing, boating), Publix (supermarket), buses, restaurants and nightlife. You could enjoy a vacation here without a car. Just get a shuttle from the airport. Tampa airport is about 40 minutes away.

We have been to the Amadeus 5 times and will always come back to it when we are going to Treasure Island. It is the perfect location to the beach, yet on the quiet Intracoastal. Spectacular views from balcony. Pool is steps from the water.

LOCATION IS IDEAL - SEVERAL RETAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. AS WELL, BANKS.DRUG STORE , SUPERMARKET.LIQUOR STORES, AND BARS. DRIVING TO MANAY SHOPPING CENTRES , TROPICANA FIELD,PLACES OF SHORT DISTANCES FROM THE AMADEUS. JUST 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH IS FANTASTIC !! . STAFF AT RESORT RENTALS ARE JUST FANTASTIC TO DEAL WITH AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO YOUR NEEDS AND REQUESTS.. CAN'T WAIT FOR OUR NEXT TRIP IN APRIL / MAY /2014 !!!

Having just sold our condo in which we lived part time in the area for 35 yrs we were reluctant to rent. Everything was very clean. Great view of Boca Ciego Bay. Enjoyed our stay and plan on returning 2 times a year. A great quiet environment which is what we wanted. It was not 'party haven' which we were fearful of with a rental as so many places directly on the beach are like.

Amadeus itself is perfectly located at the
bay and very close zu Publix and some restaurant. The condo has nice new furniture. Only the rug in the livingroom
could be changed.

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation on Treasure Island. The location of the property is wonderful! No car was needed to go shopping/grocery shopping/ or for a walk on the beach! Ideal location! Other guests were great, too!!! A nice upscale area.
