Amadeus 7

Just a short walk to the beach, a Publix market, and Ricky Ts (live music daily). The condo interior is dated but we were there for the beach and felt it provided all of the necessities we needed.

Very large space with a nice balcony and water view. The beach, Publix, and plenty of restaurants/bars within talking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location with a nice pool and spacious pool area for the 10 units. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping, didn’t need to use my car during the stay. Unit was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Resort Realty responded almost instantly to replace a toaster. We will definitely rent there again. Exceeded our expectations!

Ideal location close to beach, restaurants and Publix. Condo clean and tidy. Plenty of space with all the basic requirements. Nice pool area was very quiet when we were here. Very quick responses from Resort rentals when we had some minor issues

die Unterkunft ist toll, die Wohnung ist groß und man läuft 5 min. zum Strand, daher absolut zu empfehlen! Restaurants und ein Publix direkt um die Ecke, daher wirklich volle Punktzahl! wenn der Besitzer dieser Wohnung mal etwas Geld in die alten Möbel investieren würde und eine „Grundreinigung“ veranlassen würde, wäre diese Wohnung sicher immer ausgebucht. Der Waschtisch im großen Bad war kaputt und hatte auch kaum Wasserdruck.

We enjoyed staying in Treasure Island and at Amadeus. The accommodations were nice and the condo clean. The bed was very nice and comfortable. We really liked that we could walk to several restaurants/bars as well as a grocery store and drugstore. Ha ing two bathrooms is a plus. The condo is not extravagant but fits the basic needs. We will stay at Amadeus again if in the area.

Condo is in a great location. A 5 minute walk from the beach, and 2 minutes walk to Publix grocery store. Near plenty of food choices. The condo is very clean, with plenty of space for 2 to 3 people. King size bed in bedroom and pull out in couch. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the property to our friends and relatives. Resort Rentals were very responsive to any issues.

As always, great stay. This was our 5th or 6th time staying here.
Few updates from the last time, newer TV's, WiFi actually worked and had no issues with.

Unit was very clean with great location. Resort rentals are great people to work with. the TV's in unit 7 were old & outdated. One call to Janet at Resort Rentals & we had new TV's 2 days later. The negative about this building is NO elevator! One wonders why they would build a building that has mainly seniors that stay there without an elevator. The only other thing is that unit 7 could use a new mattress. Overall nice condo & Great location.

The process of booking and pickup and returning keys was fool proof. Picture of place was not what was actual in person. It would be nice to see what your really getting. The property was very dated!!!

I have passed on your comments to the appropriate department and to the owner so they can follow up on the situation. In the future, if anything is not up to par, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We have no problem revisiting a property to make things right. For future reference, you may want to explore the possibility of reserving one of our designated “Premier Units”. If you go to and see this designation noted, you can be assured that your condo will have updated kitchens, baths, flooring, newer furnishings and appliances etc. These condos will be priced only slightly higher than the other condos we represent, but may meet all of your expectations! It’s nice to know our process for your booking, arrival and departure was smooth and stress-free! We look forward to you allowing us to serve you in the future!

We had a great time, the location is good also. It's not ocean front but great view of the bay where we watched dolphins. It's also on a side street off of the main roads so the noise level was low but still within easy walking distance of stores, restaurants and beach. The condo was clean and had a ton of room for just the 2 of us. We would definitely stay again.

Amadeus is in a great location, on Boca Ceiga Bay and across the street from the Beach/Boardwalk with the community park in front and Publix nearby. Very clean and beautiful. Excellent customer service from Resort Rentals.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week from 1/24-1/31 albeit a bit cooler than we had hoped. We chose this location for it's proximity to the beach, the Pearl, Publix, and a pool. One of it's best features was the view, not really obstructed as we could sit on the balcony and see the IC. The unit was more spacious than we expected and having two BRs was a real plus for us.
Negatives for us was the lack of sufficient kitchen items. For example-no spatula, very minimal glasses, and the general dated nature of many items. In our opinion an expenditure for some general clean-up and updates would support a higher price point.

It will be very nice if the owner of the unit will have hairdryer available and will change TV sets to flat screens. Old, Low density tube TV sets look like a museum items.

We had an excellent vacation and the location was perfect. The staff was very accommodating. The condo was very clean but the air conditioning needs to be addressed. Other than that, it was great.Close to everything.

ideal location, good spacious apart. with a nice view from the balcony. mainly morning sun, no sunset view. bedroom faces staircase, could be noisy.
