The unit was a little dated, but comfortable clean, and well stocked with the necessary kitchen and bath supplies. The location is right on the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance or just a few miles drive.

Awesome place near plenty of restaurants with a great view! A lot bigger place in person. We had to leave a day early due to the hurricane, but still enjoyed our stay! 5*

Location, location, location! This is a beautiful condo directly on the beach. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and there were multiple restaurants within walking distance. There were two oceanfront bars within a half a mile on the beach. Sand is beautiful, can’t say enough about it! Clean pool and interestingly enough, the hot tub was nice to have. The condo actually looked better than the pictures depicted.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Booking was easy. Check-in was so easy and timely. Loved the privacy of the condo space. Beautiful location. Restaurants and attractions in walking distance.

The condo was CLEAN. The location is perfect. The check in easy for being off-site. The beach would have been great had it been warm enough to use. The pool was warm enough and it to sparkling

The pictures of the condo and views were spot on! We would definitely recommend Arie Dam 202. The unit was large, comfortable and had everything needed. Our daughter had her own bedroom and bathroom. There were many beach chairs and toys available. We didn’t need them but they were there. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The restaurants right across the street were great. The Reef had daily specials and my husband loved the Grouper at Dockside Dave’s. Walk 1/2 mile up the street and enjoy Sweet Brewnette too!

We enjoyed our stay and this unit. We have rented a number of units at Aire Dam over the past 20 years. I found the unit to be well equipped and tastefully decorated. The new property manager for the building seems to be updating several areas of the building.

We loved the ocean view. Also the apartment already had beach umbrellas and chairs in the closet which was a plus. The beach access was very easy and convenient. The location of the place was great too! The elevator messed up several times during our stay.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for, loved being so close to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Trolly stop was a few steps away. There are 3 restaurants directly across the street. The property management staff was very helpful with all our questions. Can't wait to return.

The condo was exceptionally clean! Hot tub and pool were warm and inviting. Balcony was facing the beach perfect for watching dolphins in the morning and watching the sunset. Linens and kitchen were appropriately stocked. Would stay again! Thank you!

We had a great time staying here. The unit is right on the beach. Great view. The unit was very clean. It is a little old, but it was still great. I would stay here again. We enjoyed the pool and the beach is very close. Grocery store is not too far away. There are charcoal grills there for you to use which I liked. Dockside Dave's is a good restaurant that is just across the street if you do not want to drive to go out to eat. I do recommend a drive up the road to Keegan's to eat. Check in and check out was good. They made it easy with the Covid going on.

We always stay at the arie dam. Always clean and in a great location. We have stayed in 2 different units in the past 10 years.The only thing I'd change in unit 203 would be a bigger tv and ceiling fan in master bedroom. Already looking forward to next year!

Our condo was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Everything was as pictured on the website. The sofas and the mattress in the master bedroom should be probably be replaced soon, but that didn't affect our enjoyment of this condo. The beach was very nice with soft sand and no rocks. The condo complex had a very nice pool and hot tub that we used a few times during our stay. This area was nice and quiet but very close to John's Pass and the restaurants of Treasure Island and St. Pete's Beach. We have discussed returning to this very unit in the future.

Loved the property. Wasn't sure we'd enjoy being on the 3rd floor as we usually get on the higher floors. But, it was beautiful and relaxing. Great location - not far from anything we wanted to do. Will definitely be back.

Condo complex was located with ample parking right by the entrance. The pool was well situated as it caught the sun all day whilst also having a shaded section should you have wanted to avoid the sun. There was communal loungers and chairs that could be taken on the beach that avoided having o pay which was a bonus. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. There were ample towels, a well stocked kitchen and beach equipment including cooler and umbrella that was greatly appreciated. Tv had good channel package. It was lovely to be able to hear the waves break from the bedroom and the enclosed balcony means no bugs at night.

we usually spend time in florida over the winter but decided on a short during the summer
the booking was last minute which resulted in not being able to book thru another agency
we have used resort rentals several times in the past and the were very easy to work with
we have stayed at the arie dam many times and always feel like we are at home
while the unit may be upgraded with granite and the latest appliances it has everything you need for a wonderful stay, we booked it for 4 weeks in the winter

Excellent. The condo has everything you need to cook & bake homecook meals, good size rooms, loved the washer & dryer room with lots of storage. The only complaint would be the carpet in the bedrooms.

Reviewer Comments: Excellent. The condo has everything you need to cook & bake homecook meals, good size rooms, loved the washer & dryer room with lots of storage. The only complaint would be the carpet in the bedrooms.

I would definitely rent Arie Dam #202 the next time we vacation in the Madeira Beach area! Condo was **** and span clean. Nice furniture and right on the beach. The employees at the Resort Rentals were most welcoming and friendly.

Everything was great Condo, View, Location I only wish the whirlpool would have been working it worked our last two days and I think the master bedroom should have a king bed instead of a queen except for that it is a fantastic place I would definitely recommend it I will be back

We had a great time at Arie Dam this year. The resort rentals staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our week in this condo. We would have liked to have had a pizza pan for use but otherwise we were able to prepare our meals upon arrival in the condo.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. It was great to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf all day long. The building was well taken care of and the pool was clean and very inviting. The beach of course has a lure all its own. We look forward to returning some day.

Resort rentals are awesome. So easy to check in , just drop the key off for checkout. Staff always pleasant. Have rented several other units in the past but found I like Arie Dam the best. Secured area, the grounds are kept up and the units are always clean.

Great location on the beach. Unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with utensils, etc. Toilet issue resolved within an hour on a Saturday. Furniture not very comfortable and TV's are just too small.

Wonderful vacation rental; clean, nicely appointed with the exception of larger pans in the kitchen and hooks for your towels/clothes in the bathrooms. Hot tub, pool and grounds are very clean.

Everything was perfect.Condo is greatly located and maintained. Owner is very toughtful as all needed items were there (WIFI, beach chairs, ...). Rental office is also very professional. Very strongly recommend for your family or couple getaway.

OUr family had stayed at Arie Dam 9 years ago and had a wonderful experiance. We did not have an opportunity to return until this year. We were anxious to return and were not dissappointed with our visit. The building and location were as nice as we had remember.

To wake to a beautiful view and watching the dolphins, and then sit on the patio at night and watch the sunset and listen to the peaceful breaking of the waves, what more could you ask for! We really enjoyed the pool as it was so warm and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ariedam Resort. Our room showed pride in ownership, which was very nice. The location was very convenient and close to amenities. The fact that you're right on the beach, goes without say. The only concern was the temperature in the unit. Our friends unit, in the same building was much cooler than ours, even though the A/C's temperatures were set the same...one thing we wished we would have had checked out buy the management company. Other than that, our stay was very pleasent.
