This was our second stay in Unit 304. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cookware. Comfortable beds and coastal decor help make for a warm welcome. The screened balcony is the perfect spot for dining, reading or just watching the waves--when you are not on the beach or in the lovely pool. We'll be back!

We LOVED the location & ease of this condo! Great parking! Great amount of space for our 4 adults! Clean & stocked with everything we needed. Loved the location & views from living & bedrooms. The master bed was very comfortable. Terrific, large screened porch & easy beach access. Felt safe & secure. Lots of fun places to eat & hangout within walking distance. Thank you for an easy, hassle free stay!! We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to entertainment, grocery store. Very convenient to restaurant across street with great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very convenient to beach access. Appreciated the covered parking for our unit so my car did not bake in the Sun all day. Unit was very clean with great views. Highly recommend Arie Dam and Resort Rentals.

This was my first big trip with my 1 year old daughter and I could not have asked for a better condo! Every morning she was able to play on the screened in lanai and I felt very safe with her out there! The condo itself is stunning! Every room and detail is exactly as pictured but in person it is so much more! The condo is so spacious and had so many accommodations! Not pictured was the beach umbrella, many beach chairs and toys! This was an amazing surprise and helped us so much not having to travel with beach equipment! The couple "hiccups" I can say is the technology but nothing crazy. We received a text for our room code and upon arrival it was the wrong code. I called resort rental and someone answered after the first ring and got us the right code right away. The second time our code padlock died and within 20 minutes someone was there to fix it! The last hesitation I had was with the pool location. The neighboring condos patrons were very heavy smokers otherwise great place !

We loved every second of our stay at your Beach condo. Thank you so much for sharing it with us! We loved everything about the layout, cleanliness and upkeep you put so much pride in! The screened in balcony was so amazing! We enjoyed it at all hours of the day, for coffee & meals & evening games with our kids! The beach and views were so beautiful also! This condo was the perfect landing pad for our family’s amazing beach vacation. The unit was spotless and equipped with everything we could need — from kitchen supplies to board games to beach chairs and toys. We had a very, very minor hiccup when the battery died on the digital keypad required to enter the unit, and the property manager was extraordinary helpful and had someone over almost instantaneously. The pool is well maintained, the beach in front of the Arie Dam is flawless, the sunsets are stunning — from the balcony or the beach. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Very enjoyable stay! We hope to stay at Arie Dam 304 again in the future. Great location on white sand Madeira Beach. Lovely sunset view from the screened-in balcony. Corner unit has a large picture window view up the beach. We enjoyed watching dolphins, pelicans and other seabirds from the sofa.
Comfortably furnished with 3 smart TVs and cable. Well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs & cooler were available to use.

Perfect place for our stay. Right on the beach, gulf front screened balcony, lots of restaurants in walking distance. Could have used a better equipped kitchen such as spices, salt and pepper etc. Also would have preferred beach towels instead of packing them or going to buy them. Would come back again!

The condo was very nice and extremely clean. Spacious tile showers were so refreshing. Beds were comfortable and clean. We saw dolphins multiple days while just relaxing and enjoying the views. The area was calm and mostly quiet. We would gladly rent this place again.

This unit is absolutely perfect, newly renovated, spacious, unbelievable location, peaceful, modern, just can't say enough about it. We were in town for a wedding that was at St. Petersburgh Yacht CLub and it was an easy 20 minute uber ride to the festivities. Couldnt ask for anything better, wonderful sunsets, the Gulf right outside your door, wonderful patio just terrific! We will definitely be back many more times in the future. To the owners of this unit thank you for providing such a wonderful space for us to enjoy with our family! Quite possibly was the best vacation we have ever had and that is no small task!

This overall is a great unit and building. The sunsets and view of the gulf are so fabulous from it. We liked it and would probably stay there again. It was in a great location. My complaints are that they did not supply beach towels and we could have used a few more bath towels. Even as a family of only 5 I was constantly laundering them. They only give you a couple trash bags too. They don’t supply any dishwashing detergent, or laundry detergent, not even a starter pack. The floors could have been a bit cleaner. It was obvious they were swept but not mopped. My kids socks were black on the bottom after walking around. When we arrived their were a bunch of dirty towels in the closet of the second bathroom, which I washed. They could use a better professional cleaning service…. That being said I would still recommend it.

Beautiful condo directly on the beach with an amazing view from the balcony, lovely furnishings and kitchen- great location close to many restaurants- only drawback is only having 2 bedrooms- but we made it work and had a great week at the beach!

We love this condo and have used it off and on for over 10 years. New updates to the condo during the past year - new appliances, remodeled master bath, and new furniture - enhanced our overall vacation experience. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to put copies of user manuals with all the updated appliances (for those of us who don't have the latest), as well as the addition of a bench and more towel/wash cloth holders in the master bath.

This place was amazing! Everything was beautiful and we are definitely coming back again! We had a small issue with getting into our door the first night, but the property manager was super nice and helpful and was able to help us immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My family had a great time staying at Arie Dam. The condo sits very close to the ocean providing easy beach access and a peaceful time listening to the ocean and the screened balcony. The beach in front of the condo never got too crowded. It is also very conveniently located to many restaurants and other attractions. We would definitely recommend Arie Dam to anyone looking.

Very spacious condo. Larger than we expected. (which we were happy with). Very clean. Nice appliances. Beds were comfy. The pool area was always clean. Seconds from the beach. Arie Dam 304 is a beautiful and spacious condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of room for 6 people. Very nice appliances. Beautiful views from the balcony. Pool area is alway clean. Great layout with kids. Could put to bed and still socialize on screened in porch. Was great to have a porch with roof to enjoy the weather without being under the sun. Could get from door to beach in less than 3min! Also our unit had sand toys and beach chairs with made using the beach so much more enjoyable! Would definitely go back again!

Just finished a two week stay. We had a wonderful time and would seriously consider a return trip. We have stayed at several VRBO condos before and here is what we liked about this one: 1. Cleanliness -> this condo was very clean, which is critical in a pandemic. VRBO rentals can be hit or miss on cleanliness. 2. Location -> lots of places to eat nearby, within walking distance. Our favorite was walking the beach to John's Pass for a Pain Killer, or two, at Pirates, followed by an Uber ride back. 3. The view -> Can't say enough. Sunsets from 304 are spectacular! 4. The screened porch -> Really? YES! Temps in Jan and Feb can get pretty cool. Nothing like sleeping with the sliding doors wide open to the ocean and no fear of bugs or birds. 5. Second bedroom privacy -> this end unit wraps around the walkway to the front door. No fear of someone peeking in from a walkway like most 2 and 3br beachfront condos in Florida. 6. Master bedroom mattress was one of the best in any rental we have been in 7. Utilities/appliances. Everything worked well. Hot water was great, and so was the AC/washer/dryer/etc. Blender was a nice surprise. 8. Swimming pool and hot tub were well heated! We used them more than expected. This unit is what I would call a "value condo", meaning it's a terrific value for the price, which warrants my high rating. However, that being said, value condos aren't the Ritz Carleton. Here are a few examples that we felt are common in a value condo, but might frustrate someone new to VRBO: 1. Value rental kitchens are never like your own, and often lack items. In this case, matching place settings for 4 were not available. We ended up buying some cheap plastic cups and a few other items at Walmart to resolve this. 2. Value rentals get beat up over time. The flooring under the tiles in places needed some work. Grout and counter tops will not be perfect. Wall dings and dents are common. 3. Value rentals are often a little outdated. Everything worked in the master bath, but it just looked dated. Shag carpet in the master closet? hmmm. 4. Gulf blvd in Madeira Beach is busy and can get loud at night. Our guests didn't seem to mind. Light sleeping guests beware. 5. The locals. There is a public access path just to the north of the property. This can attract some interesting characters, and smells, to the beach at sunset. We didn't have any problems. Overall, we would recommend this unit to friends and family. Cheers!

We enjoyed our week spent at Aire Dam 304. Pictures and online information were as expected. Unit was actually larger than we had anticipated. We spent most of our time at the pool but having the beach as an option was nice. We enjoyed a long walk on the beach each day. Our only complaint or struggle was getting the wifi to connect. The rental company contacted the owner and we were able to get it sorted out. We were also planning to watch some DVD/Videos but the DVD combo was not functioning. Blender worked awesome for our daily Pina colada. Overall a great experience for our first time renting through VRBO. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to our friends and family.

Overall updates are very nice, the master suite and bath are also very large and face the gulf with a sliding door to the porch -slept every night listening to the waves! The master shower tile needs some TLC, hopefully its next on the update list. Unfortunately the cleaning crew did not do a very good job, found black hair all over the master bath counter and floors when we arrived. The New Years eve firework displays right in front of our building were a nice surprise to celebrate the holiday! The location is good, 1.4 miles from John’s Pass, a nice walk to town. The beach has a wide area of hard flat sand good for walking or running, while still has some deeper soft sand towards the top of the beach. The beach towels provided were very nice quality and plentiful, beach chairs were older and some broken. I would definitely return to this unit!

The pics you see on Airbnb are accurate but you have to see this place in person to really appreciate how truly amazing it is. We work hard for our money and are very picky people and we were so happy with this place! It far exceeded our expectations! The view and the sound of the ocean is indescribable. You have to experience it for your to understand. The condo is so pretty and well decorated. Great beds and great water pressure. The beach was perfect! The pool was just right. This was the best vacation we’ve ever had. We will be back for sure!

Our vacation was great! Walk through the pool to get to the beach, balcony faced the beach (I spent every morning watching the sunrise from the balcony.
I spent evenings watching the sunset and the dolphins.) Kitchen has everything you need. There are tons of beach toys in the closet, including beach chairs. Beach towels included. Full size washer & dryer.... Everything we needed with 4 kids. I look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful time and a perfect location. Property was clean and everyone was super friendly .. Great Beach Vibe with this location . Enjoyed Grouper Sandwich from Dockside Daves restaurant located across the street . Publix grocery store was only a couple of miles away and World Famous Johns Pass is right down the street. Working with Dave Mason at Resort Rentals was Fantastic . Would Highly recommend this location and looking forward to our next return .

We have been booking our trips to Florida with Resort Rentals for about 5 years. They did not disappoint as usual. Being a nurse and working during this crisis (COVID-19) my family and I were hesitant about our stay in Florida; however, I am so grateful we decided to take our trip. Arie Dam was amazing, as usual, I was thrilled to see brand new towels, washcloths, etc. had been placed in the condo due to the COVID-19. We were impressed with the extra measures taken to meet guidelines of safety due to COVID. We have stayed in #304 when available every time we visit. I was glad to see the condo had been painted and new furniture added. With the remodeling and the gorgeous views our much needed downtime was perfect. The only concern I had was about the balcony (beach view); the railing on the right side the screws are coming lose and it moves back and forth. We noticed it our last night there; definitely a safety issue. Otherwise, as I said before, perfect vacation. We are never disappointed with our stay at Arie Dam. I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks for the wonderful service and gorgeous views.

Instacart can deliver to the lobby so no need to bring all of your food with you. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Very close to St. John’s pass with shopping and restaurants.

The only complaint I had was with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. There were cigarette butts and ashes on the balcony as well as a pile of nail clippings. None of which belonged to my family. There was also no broom in the unit so we couldn’t easily clean it up.

With this being a secure property it is true that a physical key is needed to get into the building as well as in and out from the pool and coming and going from the beach. The tile floor and outside deck are very dirty and the bottom of your feet actually turn black when walking on them. The building itself is older but in pretty good shape. Our only comment is that they should have a recycling dumpster onsite - I believe they had one last year?

reading some of the reviews about 304 make me laugh.
the unit is as exactly as the pictures show, a comfortable unit with plenty of space. The beds are always subject to opinion but my wife and I find them extremely comfortable. If you want all of the fancy upgrades look elsewhere, this unit has been extremely comfortable for the 3 times that we have stayed here. Thank you resort rentals for coming thru again on short notice, feels like home when we pull into the lot

The unit at Arie Dam was beautiful! The Ocean view was perfect! We loved the fact that the master suite also had a sliding door out onto the terrace. Madeira Beach was beautiful. We had been staying at one of your units up on Redington Beach, but due to the beach refurbishment (noise, tractors, refurbishment equipment), your office kindly relocated us to Arie Dam. We enjoyed the rest of our vacation in peace and quiet. I will definitely book our next condo rental through HomeAway/Vacation Rentals!

I took my family of four to stay at Arie Dam #304. The kids had a great time in the pool and the view from the condo is amazing! The condo is roomy and has all the things you could need for a pleasant vacation. The floors got dirty easily (mostly sand), but a broom and vacuum were available, so no biggie. The bedrooms are big and there is a surprising amount of storage for a beach condo. I will definitely stay there again.

Could not have asked for a better experience all the way around, from rental staff to the actual condo. Condo was in excellent shape, very clean and had everything a person could want...kitchen utensils,pots,small appliances etc. and everything in between. The condo was so close to the beach I could hear the ocean every night when going to sleep. Balcony is where we spent most of the time. We had one small issue with keys and Resort Realty responded immediately and graciously. Thank you for such a quality vacation. Will rent again from this company without a doubt.

Condo was larger than we expected and furniture in living room and bed in master suite were comfortable. Appreciated having laundry facilities in the condo and if we stayed here again would pack fewer clothes! Another plus was parking space right across from entry door which made carrying in luggage/groceries much easier. Would consider returning as the location and cleanliness of condo were top of the line.

we have been coming to the madeira beach area for the holidays the last few years and enjoy our stay every time. this year we had the kids and grandchildren join us for Christmas and had a very enjoyable time. this is our second time staying in 304 and as usual thru resort rental everything was perfect. upon leaving and placing the keys in the drop box we noticed that we had left medication in the room, one call and they made the keys available for pick up. this was above and beyond since it was sunday and new years eve. thank you very much

The condo was in good condition, we enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious and plenty of room. The patio was large and the corner windows offered a lot of light. Would definitely recommend this unit.

This is our family's fourth year at Arie Dam and second year in this condo. I love it there. The condo is great with huge windows on two walls overlooking the ocean. People gather on the beach every night for the spectacular sunsets and you can see them right from the couch. Condo is very comfortable with everything you need for your trip. Location is convenient to several restaurants and groceries with St Johns Pass a mile down the road. Four yrs ago I was looking for a place close to the airport and there were so many options. I am very glad I found Arie Dam at Madeira Beach!

Second time we have stayed in this particular unit, but have stayed at The Arie Dam a number of times.
We have used Resort Rentals 3-4 times and cannot rate them highly enough. They are very helpful in everything.
What's not to like dropping off to sleep hearing the waves break on the shore, and waking in the morning to a glorious new day. Walking onto the balcony with a cup of tea/coffee and watching as the Dolphins swim by. My husband and I would always see who spotted them first.
The Unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed every moment of our stay,
Bed in Master bedroom is really comfortable and a super king size.
Just a little thing that may be handy would have been a plug in nightlight when going to the bathroom at night, but that is really not picking.
Thanks for a wonderful vacation that while a bit too warm (over 90 each day)was over far too soon.

My wife and I decided that if we were going to Florida we were getting a place right on the beach or not go. Aire Dam was a very nice condo right on the beach and in an well located and convenient area. Except for a couple in the hot tub next door it was quiet and quite spacious. It is a longer than average walk to John's Pass but very doable if you are physically fit. The condo and area totally satisfied our needs and as I think about any negatives on the condo the only things that come to mind are the kitchen was lacking a few utensils, there wasn't a sharp knife in the place, and a grill for a barbecue would have been very nice.

Have stayed on Madeira Beach for the last 12 years, this was by far the nicest accommodations we've experienced. Condo very nice, lots of room, good beds and furniture. Excellent location. Resort Rentals staff very professional, everything totally spelled out, no surprises. Only cons check-in about 10 minutes away, must have a key to get access to pool and beach, as well as to exit each. Realize that's for security, but question safety of exiting pool area? Arie Dam is one of the newer buildings in the area.

We definitely appreciate the feedback regarding the needed keys and would love to have a different way for access as well. We have been working with the condo associations to get a lock box on grounds at the different buildings to make check in and check out easier and more convenient for our guests however, this is something that needs to be approved by each condos association and we are working with them to implement this. Hopefully when you are ready for your next visit this is something that perhaps we have accomplished with them! This was a beautiful condo in an excellent location. The only complaint is we thought there was a sleeper sofa since the description said it slept 6 and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch which wasn't that comfortable. Other than that our stay was great. We walked across the street to eat at Ocean Breeze Grill and the food was so good! Loved the beach and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would love to go back!!

Excellent unit. Very large rooms. Very large balcony with excellent chairs. Kitchen was more than fully stocked with good quality items, even a blender, thermos and many items not found in a rental unit. Need to have a key to access elevator and pool/beach did add a feeling of additional security. The yellow cabanas next to the condo were very reasonably priced and I liked it better than the umbrellas.

Our only negative is that the beds and pillows should probably be replaced. The couch is old and out-dated, however, was comfortable to sit on. We loved that the complex was not too large so that the noise level was low and the pool and hot tub were never over crowded.

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten 12 Tage in Arie Dam Nr. 304. Wir besuchen schon seit vielen Jahren den Sonnenstaat und in den letzten Jahren buchten wir immer über Resort Rentals und sind jedesmal mit der Abwicklung, dem Service und den Immobilien von Resort Rentals SEHR zufrieden. Auch in diesem Jahr waren wir sehr angetan von der Lage und dem Zustand unserer Unterkunft. Der Masterbedroom ist zwar nicht gerade postmodern eingerichtet aber die gesamte Location ist in einem ordentlichen und vor allem sauberen Zustand. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ( wir haben es nicht benötigt ) liegt zur Strasse und ist daher etwas lauter. Das weiss man aber wenn man am Gulf Boulevard wohnt. Das wird aber durch die direkte Lage am Strand und die kurzen Wege zu Restaurants und Geschäften mehr als ausgeglichen. Wie immer war der Ablauf durch die Agentur sehr einfach und angenehm. Man kann zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit seine Schlüssel abholen, Kreditkartenabbuchungen sehr seriös und die Rückgabe der Schlüssel stellt auch zu keiner Zeit ein Problem dar. Ausserdem ist Resort Rentals sehr kulant was das Auschecken betrifft. Wir durften auch dieses Jahr (wie die Jahre zuvor ) ohne Aufpreis am Abreisetag bis nachmittags unser Apartment bewohnen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sowie auch Resort Rentals ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT. Wir werden immer wieder bei RR buchen, auch wieder Arie Dam, sollte es denn frei sein.
VIELEN DANK RESORT RENTALS FÜR EINEN TOLLEN URLAUB.

We have stayed at this condo the last 3 years and have enjoyed the stay. It is convenient to all the restaurants, stores, shopping etc. We especially enjoy John's Pass and it is either a trolly ride or short drive to this location. The view is fantastic all day but especially in the mornings watching the dolphins swim by. I am sure that we will be staying again and would recommend that anyone interested should stay here also.

Really enjoyed our vacation. Loved the condo, very roomy and had a great view. We would stay here again!! A little noisy at night because it is across from a bar. Also, an abandoned building was next door that should be torn down, it is an eyesore!! The complaints I have about the condo are: Kitchen cabinets needed to be wiped down, they were sticky in places; some of the kitchen utensils were not cleaned well (had dried food on them); the pool did not seem to be cleaned every day (sand in the bottom of pool early in the morning before it was opened); and on our last day, Friday, they were doing maintenance to the pool and pool was closed until 4pm. My opinion is they should have done it on Saturday-check in and check out day. It would have been less inconvience to most of the guest.

Arie Dam unit 304 is a well equipt unit. It has all the comforts of home and then some. Area very quiet and close to John Pass. Only wish is that they had paddle fans in the bedrooms.

This is our third year in a row in Madiera Beach in mid-October. Love it! Resort Rentals staff are very friendly and helpful. And Screwy Louie's Shrimp and clam chowder is the best we have ever had.

Unit was better than expected. Clean, up to date furnishings. Could use some new cooking utentils, but that would be my only beef. The building is clean. The pool is warm and crystal clear. Too bad the place next door is such a dump ( with some real trashy
guests). We plan to return next year.

The pillows in the master BR need to be replace. The actual pillows, not the pillow cases. The present ones are soiled and take away from everything else. A common area BBQ would be a welcome addition for all quests. Some guests purchased their own while we were there but those who flew in could not do this. We had no real complaints about the was very nice.
