Clean, balcony, location, pool. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like….. would have liked a dresser in the master bedroom.

The apartment is in a nice area, a bit quieter than Johns Pass to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north, but with the trolley bus stops near the apartment you were only a short distance away. I think you could stay here without a car quite happily - although the buses are frequent the timings / schedule remains bit of a mystery. The view was amazing, watching boats go up and down not to mention the dolphins we saw! The apartment feels like it’s recently been modernised, the decor is great, the place was very clean & the beds comfy. Lots of little extras such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, binoculars, usb cables and cool bags all available for use - you wouldn’t get that in a hotel! This unit is located right next to the laundry room - super handy and means only neighbours on one side. Didn’t hear any noise from it. It’s an apartment block so you do occasionally hear noise from upstairs and other units nearby. The pool & surrounding area was being refurbished while we were there - no issues there as the weather was a bit too cool to use it, however I would have expected to be advised by the letting agency ahead of time. The noise at times, whilst unavoidable, wasn’t ideal especially when you didn’t know to expect it. (Our visit was December 2023 and they looked to be about half way through). The apartment was lovely and the grounds well maintained, however I feel the exterior of the building would benefit from a bit of modernising or perhaps just a nicer colour of paint.

We stayed 8-4-23 to 8-11-23. The condo was very nice. We come to the beaches in this area every yr & this is one of the best ones we’ve stayed in. The owners did a great job w/their renovations. I peeked in the other condos & they are not as updated. It pretty much has everything you will need. The weather was scorching this yr & the a/c was ice cold ( a lil too cold as the temp gage seemed to hav a mind of its own lol but it was a good problem ). The pool was a welcome spot as the ocean this summer felt like a hot tub , very hot. The beach is across the street ( about a 4min walk. ) Indian Shores has become our preferred location on Gulf Blvd as the beaches are not as crowded & it’s a quiet area compared to the other locations. We never heard from the owners but didn’t really need them. If this place had its own washer & dryer it would be perfect. We treated the condo as if it were our own home & made sure it was clean when we left. Pride of ownership rubs off on you. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our condo was beautiful. We had an amazing view of the bay and pool area from our balcony. We had everything we needed in our condo. My family was very comfortable here. Will definitely be back. Thank you

This is a beautiful unit that the owners have stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The 4th floor location has a view of the pool and the Intercoastal Waterway. The complex is on a minimum wake zone for boaters, so we had dolphin sightings every time we went out on the nicely furnished large balcony. We even had a couple of manatee sightings! Though we brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, we were surprised the unit was equipped with these things, plus tennis rackets, board games, everything you might need in the kitchen, and much more. My friends and I highly recommend Unit #409 at the Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club.

Everything was great. We have stayed at different condos in bayshore the last 4 years. We love the location. This condo was clean and had most things we needed such as dishes and towels. They made it clear that beach towels would not be at the rental so we brought our own. Which was fine. But i will say this was a first. I would recommend hand soap in the restrooms. We have stayed at multiple condos here and again it would not cost much to provide that for quest. That would be my only suggestion for this location.

We loved this place. We for sure would go back. This unit provided so many things for the beach and to play tennis with. Great location, quick walk to the beach and the balcony view from the unit is beautiful too. We had an issue with the AC but someone came quickly to fix it. Great managers. Thanks
