Beach Quarters #5

W loved this place. It was immaculately clean and felt quite comfortable. Even being in the middle of the activity of town was perfect. The town noise is minimal and felt peaceful in the space. We would definitely stay here again when visiting friends who live here. Perfect!!!

Comfortable and clean, great location! One of the most well stocked Airbnb rentals we have stayed in. Kudos to Resort Rentals for a positive experience from beginning to end, including the gentleman doing the condo cleaning’s who greeted us with a friendly hello each morning.
Walkable to everything Gulfport has to offer and a short drive to St Pete. Will definitely return to Beach Quarters when visiting the Gulfport area.

We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back next year. We were very happy with our unit and it was extremely clean and had enough linens for us for our entire stay. Loved how there was a separate bedroom and the kitchen/living space was very roomy. 5/5

We were very pleased with the entire experience of renting from Resort Rentals and have spoken highly of our accommodations to friends.
The door code was provided promptly via the portal at our check-in time, and having an electronic lock on the door worked very well for us. There was confusion upon our arrival with the parking situation (thought we were expected to park in the spot numbered the same as our unit) and a call to the office resolved that immediately. The next day, I requested help with obtaining live local channels on the tv (we are not accustomed to streaming via Roku) . Another quick response via the portal advised they would have someone at the unit the following day to assist us with that.
The unit is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops, nicely furnished/decorated and well stocked with bath and kitchen linens. The kitchen included a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, microwave, oven with range top and dish soap.
Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, great little apartment in a fantastic location. A few days the parking was touch and go as visitors were parking there and someone with a Huge SUV was taking up 3 spaces.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Staff was great, apartment was perfectly located, we were able to hear all of the street music sitting out front. Couldn't ask for more.

Exceptional! This place is spotless and beautifully decorated! Super clean, comfortable space. Has everything you need for a great stay. Comfy bed and pillows. You can sit on the balcony and people watch. Walk right outside your door to all the activities. 1 block to the beach. Be sure to stay until Tuesday for the street market. Gulfport the hidden gem.

We’ve been staying here while our condo gets renovated. We’ve stayed in three different units. Everyone of them has been lovely. The company that runs the property, “Resort Rentals” is just wonderful and accommodating in every way. I would recommend them and their listings wholeheartedly.

Location, location, location…walk to coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Right in the heart of Gulfport and so close to downtown St Pete and also the beaches.

Perfect location right in the heart of Gulfport! A block from the water, and right in the hub of the cafes and restaurants without it ever being noisy. Easy parking, very cute deck with lots of plants, and super smooth check-in. Would definitely stay here again!
