Great location with a 7 minute walk to John’s Pass and right across the street from the beach! Nice updated cottage with comfortable furniture. We had a small problem when we arrived to get into our cottage, not all the information was on the text with the code… Would be nice if all the information was included on the text… Also, maybe some more signage pointing the way. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

I found this cottage on an unplanned trip to Florida arriving Christmas Day. The customer service Resort Rentals provided was beyond my expectations as I was booking on Christmas Eve. I only stayed 3 days because of availability. I check for openings every time I return. I remember that first trip and the tiny studio cottage as finding my happy place. It wasn't big but it was truly perfect. Location can't be beat. Dog friendly a huge plus. Renovations look amazing!

The Cottages at Madeira Beach were everything they advertised. It appears as if they are starting to make improvements to the cottages as the outsides look to have recently been painted and they put new pool chairs and loungers around the pool during our stay. The cottage we stayed in was clean and appeared to have some recent updates. The only areas of improvement I would recommend would be a better showerhead (there was very low water pressure due to the showerhead being installed poorly) and updated outdoor patio furniture (it appears they are beginning to upgrade cottages as a few got updated during our stay)! We would definitely recommend the cottages and hope to return soon!!

Excellent location! Just a few minutes of walking gets you to the beach or Johns Pass for shopping and dining. Cottage was clean and had all the basics needed. It was nice having easily accessible laundry and beach stuff to borrow. There was a shower outside to rinse off sand before heading back inside. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

The cottages had easy access to laundry and beach stuff for guest to use. That is so convenient an outside shower is available to rinse off before going back in your quaint cottage. The location was ideal! The beach was roughly a 2 minute walk and John’s pass was about 10 minutes. Great location if you don’t want to rent a car while on vacation. My original cottage booking was under construction during my stay, no worries resort rentals upgraded my cottage! The pool area was inviting and plenty of lounge chairs and tables for guests. Pool floats are located in the laundry room. Quiet neighborhood and the other guests were friendly! Would stay at this location again! My traveling chihuahua also enjoyed her stay!

The cottages of Madeira were perfect for us.
Pet friendly, nice , clean and very comfortable.
Keyless entry is so easy.
Beach is just across the street (push button light for pedestrians to cross street.
If any issues arise, Resort Rentals is only a phone call away.

Our cottage at Madeira Beach was just as described and so well supplied with household items. There was even an ironing board and iron, kitchen and grilling utensils, and even a slow cooker if so inclined to cook! The beach was just across the street and we were at the bus/trolley stop for traveling up and down the area. Activities, restaurants and shops were just a 5-10 minute walk. We will definitely visit again but not in summer! So hot!!!

The unit is not the newest on the beach but is well looked after and maintained. It is small but very clean and tidy. This unit could use more seating and lighting in the living room area....on-line pictures showed more, but missing from the actual unit. Very handy beach access and was within easy walking to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay in these units again.

Cottage was clean well equipped and convenient to area activities. Quiet little street off main road. Small but adequate pool to cool off in. Lots of chairs and tiki hut to shadee. Cookers tables chairs just outside our unit. Overall we loved our stay.

Great location and have friends that also come every year and it’s great to see them year after year. Getting out of the cold in Wisconsin makes it even that much better.

the only issue we had was the doors did not have dead bolts. our dog could open the lever type door handles so we had to barricade the doors all the time we were inside, the tv cable had issues a few times. and only a third of the channels listed in the welcome book you have onsite.

We had our second stay at The Cottages this year. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Our cottage was spotless, the kitchen had all the tools we needed, and our space was comfortable and quiet. We ate our meals on the patio, took romantic strolls on the beach and relaxed in the pool. We felt safe and tranquil during both stays and will definitely be back.

We were in town 5 days for a wedding. We had never been to this cottage or to Madeira Beach. We were more than happy with the accommodations as well as Madeira Beach the town. We will be back. Awesome. Didn’t expect the pool to be private, but overall an amazing place to stay. Loved the walking distance to the beach. The WiFi was not great but was manageable to do some online work. I would stay here again. :)

Clean, get there early to get the ac going. Right across the street from the beach. Great location, close to restaurants. Pool was cleaned quickly, great to relax. No dogs in the pool FYI. 100$ pet fee, paid separately after check out. Enjoy the beach!

Even though we were there for the virus, had a great vacation. The a/c in the kitchen was still blowing a little black mole. We hope you can help with the chair and couch.
