We stayed at this location before (different unit). Lots to do in the area and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. My only complaint is the missing screen door on the slider. It would be nice on a clear day to have fresh air into the unit.

Our stay at Caprice was very nice. The pool and beach were right outside our window. Super friendly staff. Within walking distance to many fun restaurants. Our unit was cute. furniture too big for a small space. Kitchen needs more dishes and cutlery. Lighting issues/dimmers needed! Carpets need to be cleaned.

Location was great! Room was delightful and met all our expectations. Check in was ridiculous in that one had to go to a different location to get the code to enter the room, and keys to move around property (mostly useless). This added extra cost for transportation, for us with no car. And, there was not hot tub to speak of, though I asked and reassured a couple of times.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had a bit of a chilly weekend but the heater on the pool was perfect. Quick access to the beach made it easy to come warm up and go right back out to build sand castles. Lots of good food choices very close by!

The location right on Upham Beach Part is one of the best in the area. Not too crowded and has beautiful water and sand. The view from the main bedroom is excellent. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit but that was just a minor inconvenience. The bathroom sinks were extremely slow they should be looked at. The available wifi is not secure so we did not use it.

Excellent location and view. The apartment is nicely furnished with comfy beds. The views are beautiful and the location right on Upham beach part is amazing. I think it's one of the best beaches in the area. Not as crowded.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment felt roomier that I anticipated based on the pics. Super laid back vibe from all the other guests. Everyone shared toys with the kids and were very welcoming. Many seemed like they come back annually.

I have stayed on STP many times and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. The location cannot be beat. Located towards the north end of the strip, it offers a lot more privacy on the beaches from the crowded touristy spots just down the beach. Really close to bars and restaurants as well as activities and shops. Host was a great communicator and quick to respond to questions. The balcony was perfect and made it easy to enjoy the ocean all the time. The views from the bedrooms/right from bed were unbeatable. Show these in listing, because it was a nice surprise. Just stunning.

I will only note that there is no hot tub, although the listing has it provided. We talked to the office staff on location and they do have a public pool with a spa tub, but it's not a hot tub. We also didn't know the check in office location was different from the condo location (about a mile apart) when booking, which isn't a huge deal, but worth noting since we didn't have our own vehicle.

Our family made a road trip to St. Louis for my sister's wedding. Our dog sitter fell through, so our two dogs were along for the ride. The location was perfect. The apartment is only about 25 yards from beautiful Francis Park, so we were able to easily take our dogs on multiple long walks. The neighborhood, itself, is beautiful and filled with period gingerbread homes, with plenty of restaurants a walk or short drive away. Overall, the surrounding area was great! The unit, itself, was exactly as advertised, and the owner clearly paid attention to detail in furnishing the space. I had to reach out to Brian with a few questions along the way, and he responded within a couple minutes every time. We couldn't have asked for a better host or place to stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time on our vacation! Rental was great, management was very helpful with a few minor issues we had, and the beach was gorgeous! We left behind some beach chairs and a few other items that hopefully future guests can use to make their stay even better! We were underprepared for the beach, so that would be my only suggestion- stock the condo with a better umbrella and some more beach chairs. Otherwise, we loved it and I hope we can come back again soon!!

We loved this property! You pick up/dropoff keys and paperwork at a different location, but it's very close. The place looks as it shows... super cute and immediately on the beach! The trundle bed was awesome for the 3rd kid... mine are 2.5, 6 and 11 so it was nice for the space. 2 bathrroms/showers is also a positive! Bring your own beach towels, but plenty of bathroom towels supplied. There are tons of food/drink/ice cream places around! The property managers were texting randomly throughout our stay to check in. Very nice..we will be back!!

Excellent Home base for the beach or visiting Gulfport. Many nearby restaurants and the new pier. Everything in the unit clean and works well. King size bed totally comfortable. Children under 5 will have a hard time reaching the sink without help. Bring a shower caddy for the master bath. If you are staying for a lengthy time, plan to rent chairs/ umbrellas on the beach - the collection in the unit are items left by previous visitors and in various states of repair.

We loved the convenient location and beautiful gulf view from balcony and master bedroom. Enjoying that view each morning is an amazing way to relax and recharge. Beach access is right there and amazing food and shopping is walking or driving distance. Would stay again!

The location cannot be beat. With a quiet/not packed beach just steps away (where you can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day), a small outdoor bar/grill (Paradise Grill) that serves breakfast/lunch/dinner just steps off the beach, and ~two blocks away from other great restaurants there is not much more you could ask for from a location. We had a great time exploring the area and appreciated having a comfortable and quiet place to spend our evenings. A couple FYIs on the location: There is laundry on site (we used floor 2) for $2 washing/$2 drying which made it easy to wash towels and swimsuits during our stay. There is one parking spot with the rental property (and while the lot is narrow/tight at times) the spot is priceless as parking is hard to come by in the area. A couple things we loved visiting: We had a private charter for dolphin watching with Salty Water Tours (out of Gulfport) which was amazing! Gulfport itself was a cute and relaxing area (right on the water) with restaurants, music and shops. John’s Pass was also on the water and a lot of fun to visit - it has more of a tourist vibe with things to do, eat, and see. For food, close to the property is Rick’s Reef which has amazing breakfast! We also ate Mexican one night at Grand Hacienda (~5 min away) and the margaritas and pineapple fajitas were delicious. Shells is also within walking distance and has great seafood. And don’t rule out Paradise Grille on the beach (convenient, close, and cute) - I got delicious omelettes there and grilled shrimp that was amazing. This trip was a family girls trip with ages 21 - 41 and everyone enjoyed themselves. I could see bringing my family and kids here and having a great time as well. It’s away from the beach craziness (like Clearwater) yet within close proximity to anything you might want to visit and the beautiful beach is just out your doorstep.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had the added conveniences of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. It's centrally located right on the beach, and the owners were easy to get a hold of.

Stayed four nights in mid April. Condo was clean, comfortable with nice beach decor. Photos on-line gave good representation. View of beach and ocean was very nice. The salt water pool was quiet and never crowded when we were there. Owner was responsive to all my questions. We had stayed near the southern end of the beach on a previous trip. I like both ends. This condo was probably near more places you could walk to and eat/shop (my college kids liked that) and I like that it is set back a street off of Gulf Ave - there's a sound of endless traffic when you stay right on Gulf Ave. Beach was nice near the condo, it did get very busy on Saturday, but was fairly quiet on the weekdays.

The unit is clean, well-decorated and the views are stunning. We walked just about everywhere we wanted to go. The beach in front of the building is one of my favorite beaches...white sand, turquoise water, and a fun snack shack in case of hunger!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation and attending our daughter's wedding on the beach. Melissa was always quick to respond to my questions and very helpful to meet our needs. The condo was very beautiful and the views of the beach and water were breathtaking. The master bedroom was large and the bed was more comfortable than I have at home. We had most everything we needed and if it we needed any incidentals, there is a Publix and Walgreens in close proximity that made it easy. My granddaughter loved the heated pool. I would most definitely stay in this condo again.

Very nicely updated condo unit with a great view of the beach. King bed was very comfortable and new, overall very well done remodel and we would consider another stay if in the area. Slider door and toaster need attention and some better quality pots and pans would be my only real suggestion for needed enhancement. Otherwise a great stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our unit was clean, well decorated and kept up on the inside. Pool area is small but nice. Directly On the ocean and with in walking distance to many places to stop and have a drink or eat. We enjoyed being able to go out every day and night without driving. The restaurant area by the canal was fun. We enjoyed the nightly live music at the Toasted Monkey.

Once we opened the door, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated condo. We knew we were at the beach! It was very clean and smelled so fresh. We had everything we needed! We were close to a lot of restaurants and two great places for ice cream. We will definitely consider staying at Melissa’s home again!

Property has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. Beds were great, and the location is unbeatable. Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Property Manager was great to work with and communicated well. Beach view on the balcony was nice and never had a hard time finding a shaded parking spot. My only criticism is limited number of bath and beach towels. If you’re going to be there a week (and there is no washer/dryer)there should be more bath and beach towels. But overall, I highly recommend this place for the price!

The whole process was very simple and easy, and the location did not disappoint! It was great to be able to quickly walk from the beach back to our oasis there. My only suggestion is to use some WD-40 on the sliding doors since they can be quite loud. :) Everything else was excellent!

We had the best week in Melissas well appointed Condo. The views of the Gulf were spectacular on the terrace for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening after the Pool or Beach; this Condo is very nicely updated and decorated, we watched the Sunset from the lounge chairs on the property every night with a front row view. Thank you Melissa for the detailed touches (Beach present(s) , fresh ground coffee, starter paper products) you have thought of everything for your guests, this did not go un-noticed. I would definitely rent this Condo again.
