Caprice 401

The Caprice property is beautiful. The beach view is spectacular. The condo was nice and the location is great. Our balcony was a side view of the ocean and was fairly private. There was a lot of furniture for the space.

Location and the room was so clean and amazing very well decorated my family had a great thank you again! Only issue we had was the gate from the pool to the beach was not working we had to walk around no biggie tho everything else was amazing I recommend this place for sure!

This was a cozy unit, tastefully decorated, with excellent beach views. Just steps to the beach and easy walk to multiple restaurants and beach bars. Be aware, there is an extra check-in step of stopping at the management office for keys and communication will be via both airbnb and email from Resort Rentals. They had the wrong name on our packet and wrong date on our parking pass so we needed to wait for the associate to finish a phone call before we could proceed to our unit but it was fixed rather quickly.

Perfect location with fantastic views of beach and water. Was able to totally disconnect, we didn’t need to drive anywhere! Great restaurants nearby and, the beach, it was absolutely perfect. Already planning next year’s trip.

This place is in a great location and easy to get to the beach. We had a wonderful time there. The owner has added some of the cutest touches to personalize the rental. It makes you smile. There were a couple issues that I believe they will be addressing quickly, so nothing to worry about there. The thing to watch for is that if you are going to be taking 6 grown people, there is too much furniture for you to get around the rental. We are a family of 6 with small kids and everywhere we walked, it was a one-way road. Also, if you travel with much luggage, the amount of furniture will hinder you from opening your suitcases in logical places. Out of respect, we never use the bed for opening suitcases. We had to get creative, and we only traveled with carry-on sized luggage. This didn’t necessarily hinder our travel, it is simply something to consider if you travel with significant luggage. The place could be just as effective with far less/smaller furniture/decor.

We had a great stay. There were a few outlets in the condo that were not operational. It was also a little small for the 5 of us. We used the pull-out couch, but there was too much furniture (and decorative pillows) which made this a difficult process.

The property AS WELL AS the property manger was very accommodating. When we go back to St. Pete Beach we will certainly use this unit again. The unit was clean, updated and seconds to the beach. The property manager was very helpful in getting us set up to checking in with us during our stay. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I loved the view it was great. The only thing that wasn’t great is you had to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. I have had two spots with skin cancer and so in order to enjoy the beach this is what I had to do since there weee not chairs available on the beach from the resort

Read carefully the check-in directions to remote building prior to arriving to the condo. We absolutely loved the private beach ?? and grill area. Our room was fantastic with amazing views from both bedrooms ??

Property is well maintained, with easy access to the beach, pool, and grassy area that is fenced in. Paradise Grille within walking distance and beach chair/umbrella rental all right outside the gated area on beach. Amenities in room were great, full kitchen and comfy areas to sleep and get rested. Balcony was where we had our breakfast and chilled out at night listening to the waves. Overall great experience and would recommend!

In a Nutshell: Super clean, super nice, very well kept property, excellently furnished, nice view from balcony, rooms and bathrooms were so nice, easy access to the beach, beautiful area. *The only negative was the balcony doors would not lock, (At least we couldn't get them to) so that made us feel a little uneasy. Wasn't the end of the world, but if you were infiltrated by ninjas, they would easily be able to scale to the fourth floor and enter your room. But again, the property is great and we recommend it HIGHLY! We will be booking at this location again in the near future!

My friend and I live in FL and stacationed for a couple nights for some Vitamin Sea/Beach Therapy and had a wonderful stay. The building wasn't huge, so not a lot of ppl, and the condo was adorable and the perfect size for the 2 of us. We each had our own room the main living area was cozy. The beach was one of my favorites. Easy access and not overly crowded. Nice walking distance to some other resorts, dining, and beach bars. Highly recommend and plan on staying again. Thank you.

This was a lovely property - gorgeous views, easy access to beach, very clean and well appointed. It’s a great floor plan for a small family with kids. Laundry is convenient onsite but not in unit, just remember to bring quarters. Location is amazing - we absolutely would book again!

The place was nice for what we wanted. It was literally on the beach which was perfect. The pool was nice and heated. The staff were helpful when needed. We did need to Uber or drive to most places we went (St. John's Pass, downtown St. Petersburg). The rooms were all cleaned.

We loved our stay. Everyone had a great time. The thoughtfulness from the owners was evident by the qtips, cotton swabs, cotton balls, hair ties, toothbrushes and more they leave for guests. Beach toys and chairs were also available. Well decorated and cozy. I could go on and on I’m sure I’m forgetting something. If you go the beach and turn right at the end of the beach access, walk all the way down until it dead ends there is a really beautiful beach garden with sitting areas and shaded areas. It was so nice. We will definitely be back.

Hermoso departamento con una vista increible al mar. Todo muy limpio , muy bien acondicionado y decorado. Bajar y estar en la playa fue genial. Tiene todo para cocinar. Hay juegos de mesa , sombrilla, silla de playa y juguetes para llevar. Es una zona para ir principalmente a la playa.

As we know photos can be deceiving and this place looked adorable when we looked into our stay. The location is second to none. The Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff at Caprice from the young lady @ the main office to the maintenance personnel were very professional and helpful.

When we got to the property we had a little trouble with the keys they came right away to help. We say their last year also in 2020 this year the unit was a little smaller than expected and the refrigerator did not have an icemaker that would be a nice upgrade to this unit other than that we had a great time on your vacation.

Easy booking. Great communication. We had such a wonderful time with our kid and grandchildren. This was our 2nd visit to St. Pete so we knew what location would afford the most fun. Caprice 401 was perfect. Easy walk north to Toasted Monkey, South to Jimmy B's and close to Hubbards for the Dolphin Racer. Also just a shot jaunt to John's Pass and Madeira Beach Legion. So clean and great views. Very comfy

The condo is fabulous. Great layout. Nice amenities. The owner clearly takes pride in their condo and appreciates guests. I did not like the check in process with the management company. It was after hours and they were very hard to get a hold of and rude. I was worried we weren’t going to get keys.

Only downsides were no laundry in the unit itself, had a laundromat and change is near impossible to get anywhere right now which made doing laundry a challenge for this trip and the master bed was not as comfortable as we hoped but overall trip was great and would stay here again.

This condo was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The location is great, within walking distance to really good restaurants, a gym and coffee shops. We have been coming to St. Pete for almost 19 years and this was one of the best trips (said by our teenage daughters). Very relaxed and a much needed break from our daily routines.

This unit is in an older building but VERY cute! Everything was very clean and the views were beautiful! Covered parking and an elevator was very helpful as well. It's right on the beach so the trek was minimal. I did want to mention that the only downside was the tight spaces and only because we have a disabled child in a wheelchair. We found ourselves walking sideways a lot through the unit while carrying him and his medical equipment took up the space in the kids bedroom. However our situation is unique and there is ample room for non-disabled folks! We were very happy with the rental!

The view from this condo is awesome! Clean room and nice facilities. One con is that we couldn't find a recycling bin on site. We had to trash all recyclables. Another con is that the gym is not equipped with any weights.

We had originally booked into Lands End apartments on Treasure Island but the pool was closed, so we changed to the Caprice. This was a great move. The Caprice is in a great location, with the beach on your doorstep and many restaurants being in walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.

The property owners are amazing when it comes to communication. Answered emails very quickly. Had a mantenane issue when we first got there, called the owners, it was fixed within 4 hours. Online pictures of this property are exactly what you are getting. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect size. Might be a little tight if you have more than 4, but we were comfortable. The property and the pool were very well maintained. We did learn that there are a ton of local restaurants within .5 to 1 mile walking distance. That was very convenient, along with grocery and drug store with in walking distance. But we did use our share of the Free Beach rides as well. Beautiful area, beautiful rental property. Will be booking with them again soon! 5 stars is not enough for this location.

Location was fantastic. Condo was spotless. There were great restaurants near by. It was a thrill to watch dolphins from the bedroom window. Sunsets were amazing. Heated pool was a big hit.I have rented through Resort Rentals 3 times and always had a great experience. Can not wait for the next vacation to Florida.

As I have just gotten married I was able to secure two condos at the Caprice 401 and 501 for my family to celebrate and enjoy our lovely beaches. Janet at Resort Rentals is a jewel and walked us through our rental agreement rule, regs and local restaurants. The Caprice is so convenient a hidden oasis and close to everything. You really don't even need a car because Uber is alive and well. The view is fantastic and the property lovely.

Whether it's just the two of you or the family, this is a great condo at a wonderful setting. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen and had ample quality time on an outstanding beach. Our second stay since 2013 found many physical improvements to the condo and mercifully a king-sized bed. Highly recommended and a favorite at our favorite beach!

Very nice. No ice maker in the frig. Had to but a bag of ice. Since rented through Resort Realty Caprice staff not overly helpful. Otherwise was great room. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We had an excellent week at the condo. The property pictures and write-ups were true to the actual accommodations. Upon arrival we found the condo to be very clean, with great views of the beach. The property and beach area were well maintained and had seating areas within the fencing. The rental office was helpful when we had any questions. We found some great seafood restaurants within walking distance and attended some of the local events in the area. The only problem we had was that the wi-fi was unpredictable and we could not keep a connection. I certainly will ask for this condo again when I'm coming back to St. Pete Beach.
