Emerald Isle 104

My one complaint is we were not told before booking that there would be work being done on the pool. There were some days it was not available and other days construction was noisy.

Kitchen well equipped. Nice view with the exception of the building next-door (which you have no control over). I saw in another review that the couch smells. I couldn't agree more. We couldn't even sit on it. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and this location.

Overall our stay was great. The condo was nice and gave us plenty of room. The outside could use some upgrades and the gates getting to the pool and beach. The pool was nice, and loved that it was right by the beach! Short drive on Gulf Blvd to John's pass and other places to eat and have fun!

My family of 4 comes to the beach each year for a family reunion and we were so happy to find this unit last year, that we booked the same one again this year! Everything there was perfect and we had all we needed in the unit! It was clean, updated and felt like home! We hope to rent the same unit next year!

Really beautifully decorated. I would recommend high rise chairs for balcony to see better. Maybe some chairs, tent and beach towels would be nice.

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all of the amenities that we needed! The beds were comfortable, the pool was warm, the building was quiet, and access to the beach was very convenient! We loved the area that it was in as well! We had great food at Kenny’s Korner Dinner”, “Broke N Board”cafe, and “Conch Republic!” I would highly recommend all three restaurants! We hade a lovely vacation and will definitely be back to Reddington Beach again soon! My only complaint would be the lack of communication between Resort Rentals and Air B&B. We had arrived at our condo well past the check in time of 3:00 with our confirmation in hand, but we still had not been given the code to get into the building or the code to get into our condo! We ended up having to call the emergency maintenance number that was on the front door at Emerald Isle to get the codes to get in! This was very frustrating!

Lovely location, beautiful, well kept beach with easy access. Building elevator worked every time! Unit clean and well stocked with cooking equipment (except for wine glasses ��) we appreciated not needing so many keys with the new combination locks on units! Specifically Unit 104 needs a hand towel rack repair and sliding doors to balcony need blinds/privacy shade or something as it is fully visible from the beach,
,especially at night! Had a great stay!

Very nice condo with great beach access. Condo was spacious and clean, only complaint would be the water pressure. It was so strong in the master bath you could barely stand under it, however, both bathroom faucets barely had any water coming out of them. I would also suggest, more bath towels and washcloths since it's a 2 bedroom unit. There were lots of beach stuff which was really nice. Several chairs, coolers, umbrellas, volleyball, etc.

The time, thought and money that went into the updates for this condo did not go unnoticed. The two twin beds in the bedroom we’re perfect for our 10 and 8 year old, with lots of room to spare. The master suite was very spacious and I always like a vanity outside of the bathroom! The private balcony had a perfect view of the beach and all of the amenities inside of the unit were perfect. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have been to!

I was looking forward to leaving a review for this property! From the moment we walked into the unit, we were really excited to see how updated, clean and new everything was! It is obvious that a lot of time, thought and $$ went into making this condo somewhere that people would want to come back to! There was everything you could need there and it was bright and cheery! Our two kids were really happy about the two twin beds and the master bed was very spacious! Even the balcony had a nice private area with an amazing view of the beach! We have recommended this to friends and family already and if we come back next year, we will book with them!

We had a lovely stay here! Our only complaint was that for a family of four, there was barely enough toilet paper. It wouldn’t hurt to supply your guests with an extra roll or two and maybe an extra garbage bag or two. Also, the photos made it look like you could view the pool from the balcony but our balcony was on the side of the building. Other than that, we loved the condo and the beachy feel!

Lovely view of the beach and nightly sunsets from the deck. Very clean and property management company was very responsive and easy to deal with. Kitchen was adequate for myself, but a family would struggle to have enough cookware and glassware. I enjoyed my stay immensely and would stay there again.

Unit was very clean and had everything that you would need in a home. Its the rightmost unit facing the water, and I believe that was a plus, because the middle and the left units would get entirely too much sun. The property does have a grill, which is a plus. Loved the stay. Perfect for a family with kids. Checkout was a breeze. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a great vacation!!!

We just stayed a week and we had a great time! Loved the place and loved the area. The pool and beach were not crowded and you could easily social distance, same as the restaurants. The condo was just like the pictures, updated and very comfortable and had everything we needed. They do have a charcoal grill outside too that we did not know about which is a plus! The only issue we had is that the sliding glass door doesn't have a blind, a curtain or tint on it so at night you could see inside from the pool and the beach when the lights were on. I think one of those would be nice to feel like everyone isn't watching you. Other than that it was perfect and we'll be going again!

We had a wonderful family vacation! Very clean, well-maintained and decorated nicely. With the complex being a smaller complex than others in the area, it was the right amount of people in the pool and on the beach. We had a slight issue with the condo while we were there, but maintenance came by to remedy the situation very quickly. We are already talking about planning another vacation at the Emerald Isle!

My husband and I rented this unit for one week the end of February.The unit is very nicely decorated and for the most part has good amenities. The unit was very clean.


Although the pool was heated, the weather was cool and we did not have a chance to use the pool. It looked to be small but well maintained.there are several loungers and chairs around the pool and cabanas to rent on the beach in front of the building.

The beach in front of the building is lovely and great for walking. There are many restaurants and shopping in the vicinity of the building.

Overall we had a great week and would not hesitate to return.

Cond Unit 104 at Emerald Isle was as advertised. The place was immaculate and had everything. It was completely renovated from top to bottom and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The pool and the grounds were well maintained. The beach was just steps away and absolutely gorgeous. There are many great restaurants and activities nearby. We would definitely stay
here again. The owners did a top notch job on this condo.

We stayed in Emerald Isle #104 and it was awesome! I can't feel at peace in a place with horrible decor, but this unit was perfectly decorated! I loved it! Being on the first floor, we were able to easily take the stairs rather than wait for the elevator, and with the parking garage below us, we were still able to take in an amazing view. If I had any complaint (and this is so minor,) key coded doors and gates would be so much nicer!

With this being a secure property it is true that a physical key is needed to get into the building, as well as in and out from the pool and coming and going from the beach. The unit was great! Everything was recently updated. Nice appliances and dishes. Two twin beds perfect for the kids with their own bathroom and great closet space. The only thing it is missing is barstools at the counter. Note: Laundry is not in the unit but on even floors right off the elevator and is $1/load.

We had a great stay! The condo was spotless, the color scheme throughout the condo was beautiful and very serene, the furnishings were new and modern, the kitchen was nicely stocked with dinnerware and cookware, and the water pressure in the master bathroom was amazing. The only thing missing was beach chairs, but we easily picked up a pair (and left them in the condo for the next guests) for $20 at Publix. The area has several great restaurants within a mile or so (The Conch Republic and The Frog Pond are our favorites), and the beach is really nice and not overcrowded (like some of the other nearby beaches). We’ve been vacationing at ocean-front condos in this area of Florida (between Indian Shores and Madeira Beach) for the past 12 years, and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We will recommend it to friends and we will definitely stay here again.

#104 was just as nice as the pictures. Furniture in good condition. All of the appliances appeared new as well as the dishes and cookware/utensils. We had everything we needed to cook a meal. The dishwasher was very quiet. The only things missing that we would have liked was a small table on the balcony to put a coffee cup on, and a vacuum to clean up the sand. The condo was very clean, but being on the beach you will bring some sand in with you. There was a broom/dust pan but a vacuum would have been more convenient. There were no beach chairs, umbrella or beach toys in the unit so we were glad we brought our own. It was nice that the building was secure - needing a key to get into the building as well as the pool and another locked gate to enter the beach. Unfortunately some guests would obstruct the doors/gates to keep them from locking so they wouldn't have to use a key. The grounds and pool were well maintained. We were here on Spring break, and it was very noisy at night time. Overall, we were very comfortable, had a great time and would stay here again.

So great to hear, we are glad you enjoyed your stay here!! A vacuum is one item that is to be in the condos, we will be sure to get one over there; sorry if that was missing! Beach chairs and umbrellas unfortunately are an inventory that continuously changes and we do keep a supply at our office that we are happy to help with, based on availability, so never hesitate to call us if you are in need of anything as we keep a number of items here. So glad you enjoyed the area and your accommodations and we hope to see you back for a future visit soon!!
