We loved our stay at Emerald Isle, #204. It was nicely decorated, well appointed, and very clean. Resort Rentals made everything very easy, even offered a discount due to the pool being renovated during our stay. We really enjoyed the incredible gulf front view! We will be back!

Location was awesome! Condo was very nice and comfortable. Resort Rentals was very responsive and helpful when we needed help with a couple of minor things. No beach towels provided. There was one bath towel per person for showering and pool/beach. When you're flying, bringing a beach towel is not really an option. Would be nice to have one per person provided.

Loved the property and location. Room was as advertised with lots of recent updates. FYI to maintenance, drains need to be checked periodically. I cleaned out one sink that was not draining and had to run the disposal to get the kitchen sink to drain properly. The non-master bathtub needs its drain snaked, as tub fill up quickly when taking a shower. Instructions on how to find local TV would be helpful, as unit utilizes streaming services. It took a while to figure it out, and after Monday Night Football, it wasn't really an issue the rest of the week.

So i really loved it and it will probably be our go to condo every year. Although every place on the beach was cleaning up sand from the hurricane and you guys were doing nothing in regards to the pool area being clean.

The emerald condominium is a beautiful building right on the beach.
Our stay at apt 204 was great with two bedrooms and full kitchen with all utensils needed to cook full meals.
The balcony has a great view of the beach and beautiful sunsets.
The condominium has a pool with deck chairs and sun lounges and dedicated 1 free parking spot.the house also has some beach toys chairs and umbrella.
We struggled in 4 with 1 umbrella for shade so we bought and extra umbrella and left it at the house for the next guest to use it as a bonus?
We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back whenever we are in Tampa area again.thank you Resort rental for your hospitality.

Room was clean. Overall nice place. Not sure why but there was a bandaid on a light switch. I guess was used to leave the switch on. It was clean but kind of gave an eww factor. Some of the bedding had stains on it. A quick call to the management company rectified the issue. My only other wish was that there were gas grills available to use versus the single charcoal pit.

We loved our stay in Emerald Isle. The location was great and convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. We will be back and would like to stay again for the same week next year. The property manager had excellent communication asking how our stay was and asked if we need anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was very nice. Loved the balcony! The location is great being able to walk everywhere. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Really missing our morning & evening walks on the beach. Stayed at Emerald Isle last year and will be back again. Had a minor maintenance issue and the response time was fantastic.

This matched the online pics and descriptions. Location was great- nice little plaza right across the street with places to eat, grocery stores close by. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). Only thing I would say that was negative about the unit is the carpet in the bedrooms needs to go. Other than that- had a wonderful time!

kitchen and living area were recently renovated and great. View is just amazing. Checkin is easy. bedrooms flooring need an upgrade. It is a small and comfortable condo suitable for family of 4, parents and kids. We were 4 adults and found the second room very small and twin beds uncomfortable, mattress should be changed. Having more than 2 keys for the gates to the pool and beach would be great but we did not find to be a big issue as mentioned in other reviews. The keypad entry to the condo was appreciated. The outside, entrance and elevator is old but it is pretty much older building in the area. I do recommend a car as although there are a few restaurant around, it is mostly condos and residential area within walking distance. No issue with the rental company, they responded to inquiries in a timely matter.

This was a perfect little spot to stay. The view was decent and was right on the beach with easy access. The inside is well decorated, clean, and up to date. The bucket of beach toys and extra chairs came in handy. The complex itself is a little outdated and has some issues with the keys to unlock the pool/beach/doors. I was super thankful for the keypad entry to the actual condo though and the code for the front door!

We loved the rental! Nice side unit with great view of the ocean. It is set up very nice that you really don't see or hear anything from neighboring units. Beautiful decor. Great air flow and sounds from the ocean. Shut the A/C off and let the breeze come thru. Great location. Near to great restaurants and shopping. Could really use a deep clean, however it was not an issue for us. If I had to suggest anything to future guests, bring extra pillows, extra towels, garbage bags, hand soap and dish soap as with this unit, these items were very scarce or non-existent.

All linens and bedding was clean, some other areas could have used a little better scrub. Property management company gave basic details but could not provide a lot of additional specifics when I messaged and e-mailed. Pretty matter of fact. Also, have to pick up the property keys at a separate location before getting into the unit, which takes some extra time. Overall location, complex and unit were satisfactory. Gaining access to the building, pool and beach requires a key. Pool is well kept and cleaned daily and plenty of space on the beach. We have two kids under the age of 7 and they had a blast.

The condo was beautifully decorated and so clean. The views from the balcony were stunning (other than the decrepit building next door. ) We enjoyed everything about our stay here. Location was within walking/biking to restaurants, parks, John’s Pass ( by bike), ice cream shops, etc. We are already planning our return visit!

The location was amazing!! Check-in and check-out was so easy. We had plenty of space. It's close to a grocery store, so we stocked up on food for the week so that we could spend as much time as possible on the beautiful, private beach that was steps away from our condo. Everything was clean and in working order. I would definitely frequent this spot again.

Property is extremely well kept. Very clean and everything you need for a very relaxing stay. right in the beach and can watch the sunset from the balcony. Only complain is the front door. We almost turned back when we just arrived, thinking he had gotten the wrong key. they should fix that lock.

Very nice condo with fantastic location. Condo was very clean, well appointed, and quiet. Pool needs to be completely resurfaced. We lost 3 days of pool use due to a large hole in the vinyl surface. It was great that they got it patched quick enough for us to use on the remainder of our trip, but it's going to be a continual problem until the pool is redone. White sand beach is fantastic. Plenty of very good restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect. Close to everything but quiet at night and the beach not overcrowded. The apartment is very nice and updated. They could use a better toilet paper, and kitchen utensils. Everything else was perfect. Our stay was very pleasant! We would love to return!

The linens and bath towels were provided. The bathrooms are renovated and so is kitchen. The main bedroom has a king-size bed. We had two kids with us and they had their own room with two beds. We enjoyed the stay very much. The beach is beautiful and clean and there are beach chair rentals available. The rental office staff was courteous and very helpful. I can recommend this place.

Just what the Doctor ordered. Easy parking, clean and comfortable accommodation with a nice view of the beach. Two bathrooms and two rooms which was fantastic as a family of 4. Great access to a quiet beach but you have to remember your beach keys to get through 2 gates and a door.
One elevator which oy became an issue when lots of role checked out. Other than that I wod definatly use this apartment again.

There was a great view, updated counters, baths and floors and it was centrally located to lots of things. There were some extras in the room like sand toys and an umbrella and skim board and extras on the property like boogie boards and beach chairs. Our issues are small for the most part. The first is an easy change for the rental company, they need to change the color of the key tags on the room keys. They should not blend in with or be the same color as the sand. The mattress in the master was very uncomfortable and there were no extra pillows. Lastly the key system to move through the property is outdated and obserd. There are many more current ways to secure the property including key codes. This was by far the most annoying thing during our stay. And while it was a nice place to stay overall this would definitely make a difference in whether I would stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality and service as the rental company and the guests at the location were great.

We had difficulty with turning the cable tv on since we weren't familiar to that company, but the resort manager was very helpful explaining things. We would return to this condo since it is so close to the beach.

Our experience was delightful and worth the price. The view of the Gulf was unobstructed and you could walk the beach for miles. Everything was as expected or better, and the fact that you can now drop your key on-site is very helpful. There are a few places to eat within walking distance, and we particularly enjoyed the Sea Breeze Restaurant. I would love to return and I would recommend the Emerald Isle to anyone. It may not be as fancy as some locations, but the small size of the complex was one of the things that attracted us. Clean, quiet, assigned parking, pool and steps from the beach! Perfect.

There are a few places to eat within walking distance, and we particularly enjoyed the Sea Breeze Restaurant. I would love to return and I would recommend the Emerald Isle to anyone. It may not be as fancy as some locations, but the small size of the complex was one of the things that attracted us. Clean, quiet, assigned parking, pool and steps from the beach! Perfect.

Enjoyed the stay. Prefer to stay on the 4th, 5th or 6th floor for better view. Until this trip always stayed on 6th floor. Very happy with the property. Only suggestion, have at least two carts in the lobby for transporting personal items when arriving and in departure. Experienced too many leaving at the same time on Saturday and some were a little too possessive with the one cart.

We liked the smaller size of the building. The room wasn't fancy, but it was nice and it was clean. It fit our needs perfectly! We loved the location on the beautiful beach, and the heated pool felt great!

Great location on the beach! We enjoyed our unit with our two children and also visited other family members renting a six person unit here. Wonderful white sand beach with lots of shells and warm water for walking in and swimming. The sand is soft and it is a lovely quiet area

Management staff was wonderful to deal with, and very accommodating. Premises was spotlessly clean, well arranged. The property is small, which is what we really enjoyed about our stay - only 24 units. ALL the guests we met were interesting and friendly. We certainly plan to stay in the facility again. This is our second year renting from Emerald Isles and we expect next year to be our 3rd. The condo area is beautifully kept. There is a Security Guard and that helps with safety. Our rooms were not over the top, but clean. Much nicer than other condos in that area.

We stayed in #204 Aug 2011 and absolutely loved it. It was a perfect rental with a wonderful view and great location on North Redington. I would recommend this unit and condo, especially at the price rate. Only thing we missed was a blender.

The condo was great. Very comfortable, clean, enough linens, dishes, etc. for use. The 2 small issues we had one call came with a remedy right away. The beach was great and not crowded even though it was Spring Break - very family oriented but plenty of "independent" fun for my two teenagers. They enjoyed the condo, beach, pool, being able to walk across the street for a break from mom and get drinks, etc. Shopping within walking distances. Thanks

We had a fun and relaxing time in this beach-front condo. The property is well kept and clean; the pool area overlooking the beach was a nice reading spot. We had ample room in the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. The teenage girls discovered the Sun Coast Trolley that allowed them to shop up & down the beaches on their own, easily and flexibly. We cooked some meals in and ate some meals out - we really enjoyed Guppy's in Indian Shores. Best of all, we missed 3 midwestern February snowstorms while we lounged in 80 degree sun! Our late Saturday night arrival was no problem for the property managers; they provided secure key and information pickup that was easy and quick. We would rent in this condo group from Resort Rentals again.
