Didn’t like the one key to share for gates very inconvenient. Condo was nice. The way it sounds on web washer dryer in unit and wasn’t. Location was great.

The unit was perfect for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed and any issues were minor & were immediately taken care of by resort rentals. Because the unit was beachfront, I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with breakfast after taking a walk on the beach and also as the sun was setting. We highly recommend Resort Rentals & hope to return in the future!

Upon arrival, we found the condo to be clean and ready for our week here in Nort Redington Beach! the cupbords are stocked aplenty for every type of cooking and if thats not waht you desire to do on your vacation -plenty of restaurants in the area to dine at. The master bedrooms king size bed was very comfortable. We will be returning in the near future!!!

We have stayed in a variety of condos up and down the beach in this area and have even stayed at the Emerald Isle before! We love the location and the condo was beautiful in pics. Upon our arrival we were not disappointed! This condo has been beautifully updated! I loved the master! It has a fabulous view , a lovely pool although more shade is needed! It had everything we needed to feel like home! We would definitely come back! Don’t forget to check out Burrito Social across the street! Delicious!

We enjoyed our week at the Emerald Isle condo. Our only glitch was that when arrived at the 3:00 check-in time, we entered the condo and quickly realized that it hadn't yet been cleaned. However, one call to the management office quickly solved the problem. Some mix-up in communication had caused the crew to clean the wrong unit. We went for a 45 minute beach walk, and by the time we returned, the unit was spotless. The unit was more than adequate -- comfortable furnishing, great balcony view, very quiet, strong wifi, warm pool, very well equipped kitchen. There are great restaurants within a short walk or within a 15 minute drive, and we took advantage of their take-out meals. Downtown St. Pete is only about 40 minutes away, so we enjoyed a dolphin watching cruise on one of our days. I strongly recommend Sand Key Park, on the Gulf, just before the bridge to busy Clearwater Beach. Beautiful wide beach, lots of parking, and no crowds. We had one very cool day so we took advantage of the Botanical Gardens and Millennium Park, both less than 25 mintues away. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I recently spent a week in this unit in North Reddington Beach. When we arrived at our unit shortly after 3:00, it clearly had not been cleaned. However, one quick call to the Resort rentals office solved the problem that was evidently caused by a communication error. The cleaning crew was back at the unit within 15 minutes, and we returned from a 45 beach walk, the unit was spotless. The condo had everything we needed for a delightful week - great location, beautiful views of the gulf, nice furniture including a very comfortable king bed, excellent restaurants nearby (we did take out only), and more than adequate numbers of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. It would have been nice to have a notebook with suggestions on places to eat, nearby parks, attractions, etc. Even with Covid, I think it would be OK to have something like that. We hope to come back next year!

Having never been to the Gulf side of Florida we weren’t sure what to expect! We were pleasantly surprised how beautiful the beaches were with its white sand and slow rolling waves. Emerald Isle was the perfect location for “snowbirds” with parking at the condo and elevator and a heated pool on the beach. Unit 401 had recently been updated and they did a wonderful job with just the right touch of “beachy”. Emerald Isle is in walking distance to a couple of restaurants which really liked. The area is quiet but if you want so noise just go down the road. I would recommend Emerald Isle as a great stay!

This condo was beautiful! Check in was a little difficult as you have to drive 30 mins south to get the keys. Would have like a little more supplies in the condo (trash bags, soap, towels). The ocean view is incredible!! You can hear the ocean from the living room. We will be back for sure.

Love the area of Indian Rocks down to Madeira Beach! Only preventable snafu was having to call the emergency rental office in order to get the address to pick up the keys since it’s off site. This unit does not have a view of the sunset since it’s recessed a bit but still has a decent beach view. Only 1 coin washer & dryer on every other floor could be a problem if everyone wants to do laundry at the same time. Well stocked kitchen for routine cooking. Beautifully decorated. We did cut our trip short a day early due to tropical storm Fred but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

This is a great 2 bed room condo. My family and I have stayed in a number of these units and by far this one was the best. CLEAN!!!! I worried about covid and traveling but as soon as we walked threw the door the smell of clean bleach hits us. Not too strong, just a very clean fresh smell. The king size bed is a TRUE king. I always hate it when you go somewhere and they say the bed is a king size bed and actually its a queen. My husband is 6ft 5 and 280 so trust me when I say we were thankful for this! And it was very comfortable. It was updated and just perfect. I have noting negative to say about this condo. It was a perfect week. The kids slept well also. It was also helpful the laundry is on the same floor. Will stay here again and again. Hated to leave.

Hurricane Sally brought us a good bit of rain but we didn't let that stop us one bit. We had an amazing week at Emerald Isle. The view was perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature. Life was quiet and laid back in the area. Location was perfect!

As always, we enjoyed John's Pass, Clearwater and especially the bird sanctuary!!

The only inconvenience is that there is no washer and dryer in the unit. Luckily we were on the same floor as the washer & dryer.

This is our second year staying at Emerald Isle. We love the location and our unit. Our unit was fully updated and very clean. We appreciate how this building is not enormous in comparison to some of the other buildings in the area. We had a few concerns this time around though. One was the pool temperature was very cold- pretty much impossible to swim in. We thought the pool was heated as it is advertised as so, but guessing the heater was either broken or not turned on. We also wish the key system was different as the convenience of a card is much better than an actual key. Our last concern was we wish the grill was newer and more usable. Overall, we love Emerald Isle and would like to book again for next year, but hoping to hear these improvements are being made.

This was our 2nd year at this condo and our experience was just as great as the first. Condo was remodeled with new master shower, tile in the bedrooms and extra dressor/make up mirror. This is the place for a quiet and relaxing family vacation. I can't say enough good things about it.

My husband and I have stayed in this area for years and have rented several condos. This condo was much larger than it looked in the photos, had a well stocked kitchen, and was very clean. There were several restaurants within walking distance and only a short ride to John's Pass. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Great stay at EI! First time in smaller unit-usually stay in 3 bdrm. Kitchen well equipped. Unit could use a broom to help with sand. Lobby back door lock was not working from the outside and pool gate locks were hit and miss with the keys. Overall we enjoy this property and the location! Hope to be back next year.

This was our first time staying at this resort and it was great. This property is managerd by Resort Rentals and when i called in spoke with one of their associate and he was very professional, great customer service. The room was very spacious for the family of 4, the only thing i found is the master bedroom floor is all cracked. It looks like there was renovation through out the condo except that 1 bathroom. . Redington beach is a quite beach for familys with kids. Before we stayed at St Pete area and its definetely more live, there is more restaurants, coffee shops then the redington beach. You had to drive in order to get to a restaurant. However overall it was great stay at the emerald condo.

Spent two weeks in mid-February 2017 in unit #401, Emerald Isle Resort. The weather was just perfect as was the condo unit. The kitchen and family room had just gone through a renovation that was very tastefully and professionally done. The reno only added to the enjoyment of the unit. This condo was great! The condo was nice and bright. There was a beautiful view of the beach. The only downfall was the key issue, needing a key to unlock the gate to go to the pool and unlock another gate to go to the beach. Punching in a code would make things easier. You had to make sure you had the key with you at all times.

We had a great time at Emerald Isle and are hoping to go back next year! The property was well maintained, clean, and had all the essentials one needs for a week of vacation. Beds were very comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided for our family of four. My only recommendation for improvement would be to regularly clean the balcony furniture - we had to wipe them down to remove the dust and salt residue. Other than that, I highly recommend Emerald Isle!

We had a wonderful time at Emerald Isle. Location is perfect, especially if you aren't looking to be in a crowded/tourist area. There are many shopping opportunities within close driving distance. The pool area, building and grounds are in great condition. We were there with our 2 daughters, age 13 and 6, and they had a great time. Beach is amazing! Only complaint I would have would be the carpet in the unit, especially the living area. It definitely needs replacing, tile would be a good option.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was very clean and in a great location along the Gulf Shore. The southern view was immaculate and being right on the beach was a huge plus for us. I really liked the size of the building (only 6 floors- 4 units per) as opposed to some of the giant hotel/condo options available. The private balcony was a nice place to start and end each day. Building was very secure with locked lobby & pool area. Kitchen was well stocked with more items than we were expecting (enough to have our Thanksgiving dinner!) 3 flat panel tv's were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this unit/building.

The only inconvenience was parking. We had two vehicles and had to park the second vehicle on the street since there are only two guest parking places for the entire condo.

We have been to the N. Redington beach area before, but this was our first experience in a condo. We were very satisfied. We stayed for three weeks. Loved the decor, very beachy and clean. We also loved the fact that it was not busy, the elevator was alway available and the pool not crowded. We have stayed at hotel properties and somtimes you cannot even get into the pool. Also very quiet. The fourth floor unit was perfect for us. Loved the furniture, good mattress, also the plasma TV's were wonderful. Also in this unit there is a mini library with an assortment of books and games which we loved. There was nothing missing that we could find. Kitchen well equiped. Overall we would definetly go back.....Great Vacation....
