Classy. Professional. Clean cut. Prior to check in and throughout my stay, these people offered exceptional customer service. I really liked having so much space and the conveniences of home but still the feeling of a vacation resort. Will only book with Resort Rentals St. Petersburg in the future!

Fabulous family vacation had at Emerald Isle! Perfect beach location, and a very comfortable and spacious condo. Thanks for a great week! Only thing to note is that the Washer and dryer is a communal one for the floor. Very easy to access and use, but it’s coin operated so it’s good to be aware so you can have change on hand.

Beautiful view from balcony, close to everything, including great restaurants. Had a running toilet and fix response was awesome. Enjoyed everything!

The view from the terrace is breathtaking. This is a very comfortable rental, great beds, nice kitchen, very large. Pool area is nice. You can also rent a cabana on the beach in front of the building, which was very luxurious. Redington Spa is across the street which I highly recommend. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

This 602 unit was perfect for our family and our guests that we brought along with us. We traveled with a little one that was just over a year and used our joovy 2 play yard pack and play for her to sleep in and it fit perfectly in our master bedroom closet which helped tremendously! Overall the property is very clean, and the pool and pool deck was cleaned daily. Keys required EVERYWHERE which was a little annoying but it also was nice to know that it kept out any beach wanderers. I will for sure be coming back to this rental

Wonderful stay. Comfy beds, loved waking up to the beautiful beach view every morning! Wish there would've been a washer & dryer in the unit. Besides that, it was wonderful!

We really enjoyed the location. The property was great. Sixth floor with the perfect view of the ocean and the sunsets. The kitchen area and family area were great. Bedrooms could use some updates but it was clean. The shower would get cold when the toilet flushed which was a little annoying. But as a whole the good far outweighed any inconvenience. When I contacted the the management company, they promptly returned my emails with a response. I would rent this place again.

I had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle 602. I loved being on the top floor. It was January so it wasn't crowded at all. While some might complain about the need for keys to get everywhere I liked it because I knew that no one would be on the property that didn't belong. It was quiet and safe. Close to good restaurants. I stayed somewhere else my second week in town and wished I had Emerald Isle for both weeks. I will most definitely be back. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic! The condo is spacious and the pool area leads right to the private beach with soft sand, warm water, and the most amazing sunsets! Lots of restaurant choices in a quieter part of town. The Emerald Isle is 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 10 minutes from John's Pass. I would most definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and the view spectacular. Cute place. Some updating needed with furniture (kitchen table, sliding door)and better communication with the rental agency. 2 times we had someone from resort rentals come into our place while we were there (without a phone call first.) A bit disappointing. Would stay at this property again due to the view and location.

This was our 6th time to rent from Resort Rentals while staying all at the Emerald Isle. We love the location which is perfect for our family. The view from the condo of the Gulf is truly amazing and never gets old. The condo #602 was nice with adequate accommodations. There were a few things that didn't work or the condo lacked, but overall we made do and had a great experience. We would stay in this condo again. Renting from Resort Rentals has been the best part of vacationing in this area. The staff is super nice and very helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

We traveled with our grown children to this location. It fit us perfectly. We had beautiful views from our balcony. We walked along the beach everyday. I appreciated the security (having to use a key to get through the gates). We felt very safe there.

Third year in a row staying at Emerald Isle. Three bedroom condo very nice and spacious. Very nicely decorated. Has everything you need plus beach chairs and umbrella. Love the smaller condo building, allows close parking to front entrance and is never crowded at the pool. An added safety feature is you cannot enter the building without a key. Quiet place to stay. Assigned parking place is nice. We personally like the no pet/no smoking policy which allows for a much cleaner condo and all around environment. The beach is never overly crowded and is very clean. The condo grounds are very well kept. No having to wait for deposit return because there is no deposit which is great. Resort Rentals is by far the best rental company we have ever dealt with and we've been renting for 50+ years. Reservations are super easy,you don't have to sign your life away to rent, and they trust you to pick up keys from a lock box. I highly recommend Resort Rentals and Emerald Isle Condos. We will be back yearly.

We loved this rental unit. It was perfect for a girls week together. The location with easy access to the beach was perfect. The unit was very clean and up to date. We are sorry for any inconvenience the key system may have given you, we can understand that. With this being a secure property it is true that a physical key is needed to get into the building, as well as in and out from the pool and coming and going from the beach. This unfortunately is out of our control as the condo association controls the grounds and the means to how they have access set up. We are happy to share this feedback with them on your behalf. I was very pleased with the atmosphere and security of the condonminum.. Very pleaceful and easy access to the beach. I was at the location to visit my dying mother and after visits so nice to walk so close to the beach without a lot of commotion. Thank You.

This condo was a last minute decision. It was very comfortable and family oriented. Wonderful ocean views and sunsets from the balcony. If you are looking for high end finishes and luxury, you will not be happy here, you will find faults. If you are looking for comfort and relaxation, you have found it.

We absolutely loved our vacation condo-large,spacious, clean and directly ON the beach. Which is beautiful; clean and never crowded with a view at sunset. No packing up and walking or driving to my vacation-huge time saver. Plus you have a pool that overlooks the beach. And a large balcony overlooking it all! Coffee,breakfast,beer,wine,snacks-all are better on that balcony. Unit is a little dated but we would definately return. It is well worth the trip.

Recently stayed at Emerald Isle #602, a lovely appointed condo. Beautiful, yet charming, beach decor in every room. Fantastic beach views and sunsets on the extra large balcony. Also great views from the windows, sliding doors and other balcony in MBR. Very clean unit and property.
Easy reservations, check-in, check-out.
Relaxing days soaking up sunshine, watching dolphins, talking to fisherman, seashell hunting in different locals, swimming in crystal clear waves, walking for miles along the beach. Non-crowded location.
Be sure to visit the free admission Seaside Bird Sanctuary, nearby, a gem for local birds and those that are interested in them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed at Emerald Isle #602, a lovely appointed condo. Beautiful, yet charming, beach decor in every room. Fantastic beach views and sunsets on the extra large balcony. Also great views from the windows, sliding doors and other balcony in MBR. Very clean unit and property.
Easy reservations, check-in, check-out.
Relaxing days soaking up sunshine, watching dolphins, talking to fisherman, seashell hunting in different locals, swimming in crystal clear waves, walking for miles along the beach. Non-crowded location.
Be sure to visit the free admission Seaside Bird Sanctuary, nearby, a gem for local birds and those that are interested in them.

We came down in April and we were very pleased with the property....the kitchen had a lot more pots/pans and dishes than other properties we have rented in the past, which was awesome since we cooked at least half of our meals on our vacation!!! Would definitely recommend this unit....top floor, nice size balcony, beach was not crowded.

On our arrival was delighted by the location...almost on the beach and a unspoilt view as far as you could. Apartment was spotlessly clean although a little dated in the kitchen and bathrooms, but perfectly usable. The pool was perfect for a dip before or after a sea swim. A few diners within walking distance for breakfast or lunch, but you need a car for dinner, but there a some very nice restaurants within a 5 min drive. Overall thoroughly enjoyable and fact am planning to return next year.

We stayed at the Emerald Isle #602 in late July. We stayed here before. The location is great with nice western facing sunsets from the gulf. Once again, the maintenance(cleaning of the pool) was really good. They even installed a key box drop when we leave so we don't have to drive back to drop the key off. Resort Realty was able to handle any questions we had.

This apartment has it all, beautiful decor, comfy beds, beach front and amazing views - you won't be disappointed.
It is ideally located between St Pete's and Clearwater, about a 40 min drive from Tampa airport and 50mins from Busch Gardens.
We couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation.

We've been going to Emerald Isle for the past 6 years. Great place for a family vacation. Room 602 was reasonably clean and comfortable. A/C worked well and beds were comfortable. Only complaint is that it would be nice to have access to the laundry room at the condo, but it was locked and unavailable. The folks at Resort Realty were great to work with and easy to do business with.

Not all of the condos at this location have a washer and dryer in the individual units and unfortunately the ones that do, should they be locked, are for the owners use only. The property does provide coin operated laundry on site for guest’s use that are always available but we definitely understand the convenience of having use in room. If this is something that is important to you, we do have other locations that have individual w/d in the condos and we would be more than happy to provide you with those options should you need. Thank you for being a repeat guest with us, we truly value you as our customer and look forward to your next beach getaway with us!!

Very nice condo for families. Beach is not very crowded which we like, but there have always been other children for our kids to play with. Room was very nice - only few small complaints. Carpet was getting pretty old. Also several lightbulbs needed to be replaced but not a big issue. Master bed was pretty comfortable and I'm fairly picky. Twins not so much, one of my kids commented on liking ours better. Having to use keys 2 times to get to beach and 3 more times to get back in was a small hassle but that also probably makes it more secure. View was great from 6th floor and 3br especially have a nice balcony. Pool area was nice and clean. Most condos have beach supplies like chairs, toys, umbrellas etc. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. There's a small store across the street for quick purchases. Had to check out at rental agency which was a small hassle, would have preferred to just leave the keys. Other than that checkin/out was pretty quick and efficient. Our 4th year coming and will be coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and property were perfect. The condo was a little dated but we loved it. The first impression was concerning as there was roof work being done and we had to be stepping over or around the tarps and plastics and equipment, however we did not let that spoil our stay, but it was a little annoying. The parking situation was terrible. We were assigned a spot, but someone was in it. Called the rental staff and they assigned us a guest spot. I was not comfortable with that but trusted they new what they were doing so we took it. That was a terrible mistake. On the day we had our vow renewal and dinner with out kids, we headed back and the parking was gone. We went to talk to the unit who took it and they argued with us that its a guest parking and basically too bad. We were concerned about getting towed, and the rental answering staff for the weekend was not helpful and never returned our call as to where to park. Finally, we parked in a spot that was not a parking spot as the unit who took our assigned guest spot suggested as they started to feel bad that we were dealing with this on our anniversary instead of spending time with our kids who we don't see much as we live far away from each other. So, although we had to deal with this, I wasn't going to spend my time being upset, as my family is more important. But next time I would handle it differently and would not allow the rental staff to do that to me again.

We had a really good time at the condo. The room was very clean when we arrived. The condo has a great location. We were on the top(6th) floor. The pool was spotless and very clean by early AM. The pool was really warm and has a great view of the ocean. We all felt secure as you need a key to enter the building. The real estate management company is very good. They answer your concerns and take action to solve any problems and issues. We will back.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and comfortable. Though the elevator is not for the faint of heart! We had a late arrival and the rental company was very accommodating even though the retrieval and return of the keys is a bit burdensome considering the rental office is several miles from the condo. The beach was beautiful and the location was perfect.

We liked the 602 condo much better than previous ones we stayed at. We also enjoy the Emerald Isle because it it small and usually not busy. Will be back again next year. A bit disappointed that the pool was closed 3 and 1/2 days, but other wise we had no problems.

EXCELLENT stay at this condo. Our 3 bedroom condo was very clean and had all the required items we needed for a great stay. The pool was clean, and well maintained. Our only recommendation would be to have keyless entry to the pool/beach area as it was frustrating to always need your keys to go to those areas.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas at Emerald Isle. All the people we met around the pool were nice and helpful in suggesting restaurants. The furnishings were exactly like the pictures, very nice. The only complaint is - there is no where to put things in the master shower except on the floor. Would be nice to have a shower rack or shelf, that way things dry out.

There was a note on our pickup package that the disposal & dishwasher needed repairs and the repair persons were there promptly Monday and fixed them. We took a few day trips-swam with the manatees, visited the Kennedy Space Center. Had great steamed crabs at RiversideCrab House (Homossasa) and Crabby Bills (Indian Rocks). This was a family get together and everyone had a wonderful time. Beautiful Beach as well! Thank you

This unit was a fantastic find for a Spring getaway. Six adults fit comfortably in this unit and the location cannot be beat. Talk to Kevin the cabana guy to book your cabana on the beach!

Very warm and professional wellcome seremony at rental office, got lot of valuble hints. Location was nice and property layout itself open and full of light. Only negative point was appliances of the kitchen. Oven, microwave and stove were very old and worked just partly. Stove had 4 places and just 2 of them worked. I was afraid of the potential radiation of this old microwave. Anyway one of the best experiances anyway.

We had a great week. There was plenty of room and everything we needed. My only regret was that there wasn't a grill for my own use, (not that I was expecting one, I just missed having it) also a mop and broom for my use would have been helpful. I would
have have liked to have kept the floors clean while I was there. Overall a very nice place and the rental office was awesome.

We enjoyed the condo! It was furnished very well and was very comfortable. For the complex as a whole, we would love to have had a grill on site, but.... we coped! Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful property and great location. Loved the room we stayed in. Very clean and well prepped for newcomers. We will be back next year!! (Make sure you know where to pick up the keys for your rental. Ooops!!)

only problem--dishes amd silverware had water stains that we could not get off.

Only one suggestion - it would be nice to be able to leave the keys in the condo (instead of having to take them back to the Resort Rental location)
