Every aspect of my stay at Emerals Isle $604 was wonderful. The unit was well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The beachfront view perfect. The property is well-maintained and the residents very friendly. The location is within walking distance of many great shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. This was my second stay at this property, each time in a different unit. I will definitely be returning.

Great location with Dunkin Donuts, Thai/Sushi, Pizza/sports bar/ Burrito Social across the street! Direct beach views. For rent 2 cushioned lounge chairs and cabana $35/day on beach. Beach bike rental online with free drop off/pick up. 5 star accommodation, modern and well appointed. No difficulty using community large capacity washer/dryer just outside front door shared by 4 units, which take 4 quarters per machine each load. Lovely kitchen with keurig k-pod coffee machine, large fridge with ice maker and everything you could need! Quiet but effective ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room! Gorgeous views from this north west facing end unit!! WiFi was not great. Disappointed that pool was shut down for re-decking our last 5 days and we weren’t notified at time of booking.

Condo was very nice !! Pool to beach was very convenient ... Water pressure was great ... Mattress had been replaced on the Saturday we arrived, was very comfortable !! We will definitely stay again !!

Great updates unit! Great location! Everything was great except the master bedroom mattress! It was the hardest bed I have EVER slept on. I slept on the floor on the rug in the family room 2 nights.

It is updated, with bright and beautiful finishes.

Very nice property, furniture needs some updating. Loved having the beach toys and chairs as a bonus extra. Our pool closed at 10 for quiet hours, but loud property next door parties until 1 am regularly. Better windows would damper the sound.

We enjoyed our second visit to this location. Proximity to beach can't be beat. Cleanliness of the two condos we rented for family was excellent. One of the condos has had many improvements done and we will request that one from now on. Although the other condo was fine it still had issues with the sliding door and kitchen utensils. Either way we would recommend to everyone.

Perfect size condo for 2 adults and 2 kids, possibly more with pull out couch. I was pleasantly surprised of the size and how nice #604 was, the pictures dont do justice! Great view from balcony, living room, kitchen and master bedroom! Perfect location, this area is not very touristy so it is more of a private beach experience, aside from other vacationers at your condo and neighbouring units, which is still not an over abundant amount of people. Yet you are still very close to John's Pass, Indian Rocks, Madeira beach and Clearwater. This condo unit is very secure, need key access in and out of gates. The pool could use some updating but kids loved it. One down fall is having to check in so far from the condo but you can drop keys for check out right in the condo lobby. When I plan the next trip to Florida I will check the Emerald Isle 604 unit first!

We love this condo complex. We have stayed there for the past 2 years and plan on coming back next year! The check in office workers are very nice and helpful. Coffee pot broke in the condo and they replaced it the same day!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Right on the beach, and a nicely furnished condo on the 6th floor, with a gulf facing balcony. Resort Rentals was exceptionally easy, pleasant and professional. All and all the property met all our expectations. As I previously indicated the property directly to the North has a open pool 7/24 it was not uncommon to have guests in the pool at 1:00 a.m., suffice it to say the noise level was very high. Who else would be up at 1:00 a.m. except for heavy party people. I totally recognize this is not your problem and not in your control. I stayed on the wrong side of the building, I would be surprised if this is the first complaint regarding the adjacent property. Perhaps a heads up should have been given to us that we should expect a high level of noise. With that being said we would like to return and rent a 3 bedroom condo near the south side of the building. I will be in touch for next years arrangements in the near future.

Thanks for your review. I do apologize for the noise from the neighboring pool. Unfortunately as you say we cannot always control some of the negative things in the area. If anyone is making noise after hours you can always call the local police department and they will go out and put a stop to it. Thanks again and we look forward to getting you set up for next year!

A very good experience. The beach is kept in satisfactory conditions, so it is very pleasent to stay for many hours without problem.
Regarding the property condition, the only things I would reccomend to change is the bed matrass, which are very soft. Compare to the same found in Hilton or Marriots hotels,which are not so hard, but very supporting for your spine. All others items were OK, and we had a good stay.

Great Place , we will definitely book again - The key entries were at times a pain - they really need some maintenance on the gates so that the keys work easier - but the comfort knowing the place was secure was worth the hassle.

I will let the condo association for the Emerald Isle property know that they are acting up so they can address the situation. Next time give us a call and we can let them know right then and there. By far the biggest condo we have rented. We loved it. Just wish it had been Indian Rock Beach. We like that area better than North Redington Beach.

Enjoyed our stay very much.R.R. staff very polite & helpful and addressed the minor issues we had promptly.One request for the owner - please replace the beds/ mattresses as there is very little sleep left in them! Overall very satisfied. JP

It was very clean and perfectly located. We loved waking up every morningand drinking ccoffee on the balcony while listening to the waves coming in. Perfect for families and our children loved it. We will be booking again next year.

Condo was awesome. Very comfortable in many aspects....good mattresses (bring your own pillow tho). Liked having carpet (plush & in great shape) in the living room & bedrooms. Kitchen cooking utensils fully stocked to the max...lacked nothing. Great view. Beach was clean. Close to restaurants (Frog Pond-a must do for bkfast) was in walking distance. Conch Republic-great dinner & fun bar that comfortably accommodated 13 of us was a very short cab ride if u don't have a car or feel like driving. Cab service was quick. Only negative (for us) was the guest bedroom had 2 twin beds (& small ones at that). Would have been nice to have at least 2 full size beds...room is plenty large enough. Couch in living room is NOT a hide-a-bed, yet they claim unit will sleep 5 guests. Who wants to sleep on a couch for a week? Not us. We got a blow up mattress & that worked out great, but a bit of a pain to put up & take down each day. Need your key with you at all times, getting out of building, going to & from pool, getting out to beach & and back onto property...kind of a pain. All in all the place was great & we'd stay again.

Emerald Isle 604 was very nice. The property's pool could have had some tables with umbrellas( it only has one that has hard benches around it). Also a few palm trees by pool for shade would be nice.

Overall, Emerald Isle was comfortable, very clean and in a great location. The view from the balcony was spectacular. One negative was the absence of a gas or charcoal grill to use on the property. Also, the unit was not equipped with blankets when we arrived although the management promptly corrected the situation.

Thanks for such a great review! We love to see those high numbers. Sorry about the inconvenience with the drive to and from our office. Normally it only takes 15 minutes or so to get to the Emerald Isle. It is actually less than 7 ½ miles away. Maybe the Holiday week added to the traffic. Regardless, I still apologize for the issue. For now, keeping the check in and out procedure at our office is the most secure way transfer keys to the units. Thanks again for the review. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

This was my 3rd stay at Emerald Isle and I love it more each time I am there. The condo is beautiful, the beach was perfect, and there is so much to do in the area. Can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful visit. The property was very clean and comfortable. Just a couple of suggestions, we had 5 people in our condo and only 2 sets of keys. That was difficult as we were not always together and you need a key every place you went. Also, we were told that we would have a starter kit for the kitchen. We didn't have a dishcloth, soap for the dishes or any paper products to start with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

First, this condo was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, almost like brand new. The carpeting and upholstered furniture were not new, but they were comfortably broken in. The top floor location maximized the incredible view and minimized noise from the pool and neighboring condos. The beach was perfect. The pool is small, and was usually populated with young children, but we went for the beach anyway! We got pools in Virginia, but no Gulf of Mexico! We couldn't get over how warm and calm the Gulf is, nothing like the rough, cold water of the Atlantic Ocean. The property manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We decided Resort Rentals is big enough to be professional but small enough to have a personal touch. We loved our vacation!

What a wonderful condo to stay in. Great location; central to Clearwater and St Pete's Beach. It sits right on the beach with just the pool in between. When you step out of the pool area you are in the sand. The security of the area is good also with a locked lobby so not just anyone can come up the elevator.Condo had everything we needed and with wireless internet. We plan on coming back next year and staying longer. Wonderful place!!

Had a wonderful time on this trip and the stay at the condo made the trip. Great location, walk out the door thru the pool area on the beach. Very quite and peaceful.

This was the third time we have stayed at the Emerald Isle. The property was clean and comfortable and included everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to visting Emerald Isle a fourth time in the future!
