Very Clean House, clean rooms and Bathrooms. Everything was as we expected.
Very Friendly Customer Service.
Private territory and calm area.

My family and I have stayed at various units in Gulfside Villas for over 20 years. We continue to return because the overall ambiance, location and facilities are fabulous. The unit is just steps from the beach with a side-balcony view. You truly cannot beat Indian Rocks Beach! The pool was beautiful and clean and so nice for taking a dip when the Gulf got very warm in the afternoons. The unit itself is pretty and clean. The bedrooms are comfortably appointed and the mattresses give you a good night's sleep. One small detail - the mattresses are actually so nice and big, the sheets are a struggle to keep on the beds. Particularly the bunk beds - the corners kept sliding off. There's plenty of closet space. The floors of this unit have been redone since we were last here (2021) and while lovely (and easier to walk on than tile), we'd love to see them add a few throw rugs here and there. Particularly at the entry-way - no matter how hard you try to rinse the sand off of your feet, a bit of the beach somehow finds it way in. We ended up going to Target and buying a small throw rug to place at the base of the stairs for foot wiping. We do cook meals in our unit and discovered the cookware was pretty beat-up. Lots of scratches on non-stick cookware, which really makes it unsafe to use. We made do, but they really need to replace the skillet at least. This unit remains a favorite at Gulfside Villas!

We had a fantastic stay at Indian rocks beach. The rental location was great. Quick and easy to get on the highway. We were able to walk to the nature preserve and playground. Loved the heated pool warm enough for kids to swim in January.
As others have said it wasn’t very clean and definitely not luxury, But at the price we paid I wouldn’t expect that.
Overall great place to stay and happy with what we got considering the price.

Three generation group stayed at the condo for a week. Grandparents (70s) managed the stairs ok. Check in and out was super easy. Unit had everything we needed including beach items except beach towels. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking options. Likes the pantry space and laundry available in the unit.

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 older teens. Kitchen was nice and had a small pantry which was a bonus. Super convenient access to the beach, nice pool, plenty of beach gear.

Wonderful. The Townhome had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. It was clean, spacious for 4 adults and one teen. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked, and easy to prepare meals. This Townhome location was great. We did walk to a couple of restaurants and a fruit/fish storefront. The trolley was outside the Units but we did not use. It was very safe, too, as you had to have a code to enter the property. The beach was clean and plenty of space for all properties to share.

We loved this location! Right on the beach, lovely neighbors, nice pool. The closet is loaded with pool and beach supplies, which was amazing for our family with small children. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Amazing location! So close to the beach. Unit is in a bit of a need for an upgrade but it served its purpose. We had an issue with a sink backing up and they sent someone out ASAP. We enjoyed our stay as a family and especially loved the views from the balcony and bedroom windows.

We loved everything about our stay at the property. Having code's to get into property and pool and unit made us feel real safe!We loved being able to sit at dining room table and look right down on beach.It was so cool to be able to walk out of unit for a couple steps and be able to be on the beach.The location is so excellent, the beach is not over crowded at all! We arrived in Florida drove miles out of the way to get a key as stated in reservation only to find instruction was sent in email after we finally arrived we had a great stay. Only 7 towels for 6 people though. Beautiful place

We absolutely loved our time staying in our rental. It was clean and comfortable. We always felt very safe. The location was perfect. The door to the balcony was difficult at times but was never a true issue for us. The pool was a nice added bonus and was well maintained

It was the perfect location and plenty of room for everyone to have their private space, and plenty of room downstairs for everyone to congregate in the evening. The kitchen and bar were great! It literally was steps from the beach. So much better than the big condo complexes getting to and from the beach. Loved that it had a space to lock up your chairs and umberellas without bringing them in the house. Loved this townhouse!! The second bedroom bed could use a different mattress. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom wasn't working, and it was like the towels would not dry if you hung them up. But it wasn't a deal breaker by all means.

Booked a beach getaway after a cold winter, and it was a great experience for our family. Beach location was perfect for families, much quieter than other locations on the coast. The place was clean, well equipped for a family and we enjoyed everything about our stay. Even caught a few fish from the beach!

Great place right on white sandy beach. Clean and overall well maintained. A bit eclectic with respect to dishes etc but it all worked. Not well stocked with basics like spices but it was ok for us. Would definitely stay again.

Way better than expected! Beautiful ocean view from kitchen eating area and from balcony. Comfortably fit our family of 5. Used the community heated pool more than expected, it is almost directly across from unit. It was sand free and clean when we arrived. Felt comfortable with safety level of location even on spring break. Had an issue with AC, management was completely on top of it for us. Beautiful beach, way nicer amd quieter than most in area. You can walk to the local nature reserve that backs up to a large fenced in and shaded playground. The playground (N 10th street) has actual fitness equipment on it that is designed for the adults. Very cool. You can walk to several casual local restaurants or drive/uber a small distance to upscale dining on intercoastal (Salt Rock Grill). There is a "trolley" (free bus) pick up spot directly across from the complex. I personally did not use it, but I spoke with a family that took it to Clearwater aquarium. If you come by plane, you can get away with not having a rental car and have groceries/booze delivered to your door (yay Florida!).
Overall a great experience and I would definitely return.

Very close to the beach. Pool was great fun for the family. Located close to good food and two great icecream joints. Be sure to bring your own beach towels.

The location of this property is excellent! It was a quiet area which was exactly what we were looking for. I was so glad we stayed at Indian Rocks I stood directly in Clearwater. The beach is great, but quieter and very family friendly. It is right on the beach and close to grocery stores. The pool was great! The condo itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. It goes through a property management company, so not as personal as some other Vrbo listings, but we didn’t have any problems and the company was willing to work with us on check in and check out times. The only suggestion I would have is to provide beach towels. Thankfully we brought a couple just in case and washed everyday, but it would be nice if they had some there. We would definitely return to this property! It was so convenient to the beach and pool and made an excellent relaxing experience.

Overall everything was good and clean. Had a ton of amenities for sitting on the beach. Only issue was the storage area was not picked up and had to dig everything out and put it back somewhat more accessible. There was little hand soap which was one of our only real concerns. Had a wonderful time and everything we needed to stay situated for the week.

It was a special time,very special. The vacation rental co agent, Chad,is a true pro at this. Last minute, fathers day weekend, everything nice and big enough was full. I had been out of the country for 6 months and could not get back home so I missed my daughter's birthday and many other things. It was very important to me to get her to the beach to a condo and have a father's day week long vacation. She also needed me to take her shopping for clothes her Senior year pictures. I could find nothing to rent for us and her guests and Chad made it happen. A great place, fair price,and we had a blast. Resort Rentals, Chad, their properties, etc..... Will Always Be the first I'll call. THANKS !!
