The location and view were superb! The water park there is amazing! This condo had all the amenities! Maybe the cleaning staff could invest in a floor steamer cleaner. The kids feet and toddlers legs were dirty from the floors. Everything else was very clean and beautiful.

The location and amenities of the property were good. The property however was not properly cleaned there was so much dust on one of the ceiling room fans and the baseboard and floors in the first bedroom were full of dust. Better cleaning needs to be required there was a dirty pot in the oven of the kit hen stove and almost all the silverware were dirty. Overall ok but definitely should have been cleaner.

the location of the condo to the beach was really nice. there were some beach toys and equipment provided. The water pressure in the showers was very low. The showers were not cleaned thoroughly from the previous guest.

Overall this place was great and pretty close to what was listed. The location was perfect for going to the water park and beach. The unit has been newly renovated in the recent past and has nice finishes and plenty of seating. Our only issue was the sheets in one of the bedrooms were filthy and had clearly not been washed (crumbs, hair, etc.) We ended up having to stay up late the first night to clean them. Luckily the washer and dryer are in good shape. Other than that I’d recommend.

We (4 adults & 2 young children) enjoyed the amenities offered at Harbourside Condomiums. The unit itself was well laid out and quite spacious. Linens and starter supplies were plentiful; bathroom towels looked new and were plush. I was however disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the Unit and thought the marketing of it as “completely remodeled” was not accurate IMO. Pots & pans quite old and need replacing. Same with utensils. All tables and leather seating had to be wiped down in order to use it without getting your clothes stuck to the seats. Kitchen sink, faucet, drain/garbage disposal are old and have hard water crust around various elements. I purchased cleanser and rubber gloves and went to work scrubbing the entire kitchen the best I could. Lastly, I’m guessing the furnace/air filters haven’t been changed in many months as there was black dust on the floors (the floors otherwise were very nice!) and baseboards. We vacuumed every morning and mopped most evenings, but the black dust would just accumulate again. All of us took to wearing black socks when inside in order to keep the bottoms of our feet clean. Oh and the place was in need of new pillows for the beautiful leather sectional as well as new throw blankets for cooler evenings watching TV. For very little money, the 3 totally disgusting, threadbare area rugs should be replaced. IMO whatever the owners are paying to have the unit cleaned is too much! We loved our stay and would do so again, if clean.??

Great location and very nice condo. We would stay there again. There were a few minor issues- TV and ceiling fan remote controls did not all work. The microwave door handle was broken on arrival. The toaster needs replacing.

I loved there was a small water park with a bar and lazy river downstairs. Fun for the kids and the adults. Walk across the street and your at the beach. In between you have a handful of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. Plenty to do without driving if you didn't want to that day

The owners did an excellent job on the remodel. Felt like home for sure!rything was very convenient. Everything was close and within waking distance which was great! I don't like that the water park was open to the public. It got really full really fast. They close at 6. So the kids couldn't go night swimming. The elevator was very slow. Our was great.

Loved this stay! Airbnb was very clean and tastefully decorated. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided with a wagon to pull to the beach - a short walk. Water park slides were fun. Only downside was one night people were loud by the pool which disturbed us trying to sleep in the front bedroom.

Loved this condo, view, location & water park. Great restaurants near by. Friendly staff at the property! The upholstery on all furniture was very dirty. The master bedroom mattress NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! The masters bedroom closet was full of “junk”. Couldn’t even hang clothes in it. Master bedroom TV would not shut off. A/C was not working properly. Said it was 72, but was actually 76

We stayed here for a short spring break getaway and the property did not disappoint. It was clean and plenty of space for a family of 4 and the water park access was a hit for our kids. The view of the waterway was very enjoyable as well and the walk to the beach was easy. We even forgot a bag in the condo after we left for the airport and Tom was extremely helpful shipping our bag to us. We would stay hear again.

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was very nice and clean. There is a great balcony off the 6th and 7th floors to watch the sunsets. We liked the area too. Tom was a great host! He sent several texts to check in and the guidebook/app he sent was helpful. The one thing to note is that while the condo does come with 4 complimentary passes to the Waterpark, there is no other pool there. So with 9 people in our party, we would have to pay to swim every day, even if it was a short swim after the beach.

It was enjoyable. Unit was clean and well maintained. All lights and utilities worked great. One thing was not great. The elevator serving that unit is DARK and DINGY and the younger girls in my family wouldn't ride it alone because it was dingy.

This was our first time at IRB. Usually, we are in the clearwater area. What a great place. Tom was great to work with on all levels. Communication and description of property, activities and amenities was spot on. This was our fsmily christmas present and all had a wonderful time.

The condo is fantastic, it's clean, spacious and has some of the best views you'll find in the area. Great sunrise views off the balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway and the boat slips below. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space to spread out and find places to relax. The only recommendation I would have is bring your own hot pad/over mitt, none is provided and made baking a little challenging but we figured it out. Owner provides dishwasher tabs, detergent tabs, but you should bring your own toiletries. Our 5 & 8 year old kids loved the waterpark. Our 5 yr old was too short for the big waterslides and was disappointed about that, but he made due with the kid's splash area. It was December, the water was not warm but any means, but kids loved it. Overall, amazing stay and we would recommend this unit to any of our family or friends.

We had a great time. The website with the property details was so helpful. Tom was very responsive. The pool/water park/restaurant on-site was so fun, and the food was great too. The condo also had everything we needed, above and beyond ‘starter supplies’. We walked to the beach every morning. Will definitely rent from Tom again.

We came down to Indian Rocks Beach for a softball tournament and for our girls to finish their softball careers together. The condo was great and had a lot of room. Perfect location to walk to anything we want. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the owner was great with communication throughout getting it fixed. We would stay here again for a great vacation.

We've never stayed in IRB before, but absolutely loved it here! We were apprehensive about not staying ocean front, but the view here was actually amazing! The condo was so clean and Tom responded right away with any questions we had. I loved waking up, drinking my coffee on the balcony, and just enjoying the beautiful views. The condo was very clean and very well maintained! The water park got a little too busy for our liking, but was still a cool place for our kids, thanks for a great stay!!

This condo was gorgeous on the inside and the view of the water was AMAZING! We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the water park, as well as the very short walk to the beach! Me and my buddies all stayed here and thought it was a great place for us! It was a very short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and the property manager was great and helped us right away if we ever had any questions. Our favorite part of the condo was the beautiful balcony that overlooked the water! We all agreed we would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Condo was awesome with plenty of room for 6 of us. Dolphins swimming in the water every day was a thrill for my 6 and 9 year old granddaughters. The included water park tickets were great and we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The beach was a quick walk down the road. The location is amazing. The Waterpark is right outside the door, restaurants within walking distance and also the beach. The unit was perfect. The bedrooms are spaced out, giving privacy and quiet time if you want to sleep in. We were very happy with our choice and hope to be able to visit again.

If you are looking for a true “chill beach town” with all the local amenities...look no further!! We came down with another family and this unit was perfect for the 9 of us! We spent our week visiting everything from Clearwater, to Tampa, to St Pete’s and really found that out best time we’re right in IRB! Love all the eateries and shops and beach without the over commercialization like Clearwater! Some of our favorite stops/activities/eateries: SLYCE Pizza (had it twice...YUM), Caddy’s Restaurant, Jake’s Coastal Cantina (we ate here twice too) Smugglers Cove mini golf in Indian Shores, Tampa Zoo, Clearwater Aquarium, John’s Pass, Little Toot Dolphin Cruise in Clearwater, Alligator & Wildlife Discovery Center in John’s Pass PROs of the unit: LOCATION!!!! We were a short walk to the most beautiful beach that was never over crowded! The outdoor space was amazing! We spent hours out there after all the kids were in bed just relaxing. We loved watching the activity during the day down by the marina and we’re lucky enough to see a few sting ray, some manatees and even a few dolphins! The unit has plenty of space to really sprawl out. The kids loved the bunk room and spent most of the indoor time in there in the make shift fort they made. The water park was a blast for the kids and adults. The weekend we got there it was insanely busy but during the week there was hardly anyone there! The owner of the unit Tom was awesome as well! We had an issue with our key early on (batteries died on the door lock) and he was over to help us out within 5 minutes! CONs of the unit: (These are a major stretch because none of these were dealbreakers at all!!) Storage was an issue. Since we were there for a whole week we wanted to unpack - unfortunately only the master had a dresser and nightstand. So one of the family’s had to live out of suitcases for the week. The shower doors in the main bath were super difficult to move and we kept having an issue with the toilet. The flushing mechanism kept coming lose in the tank - easy fix but it was annoying! The only other thing that really stuck out was the elevator. There was one elevator in our side of the building for 8 floors so there were times we had to wait longer than 5 minutes for it to get to us. Overall we had an amazing trip! We will definitely be back and hope to try out some of Tom’s other properties!

We had a fantastic two weeks at this property. The condo is clean and well equipped with everything you have at home. Perhaps could use a bit more silverware but plastic works fine. It is in a great location, the on-site waterpark is fun and the beach is just a five minute walk away. We had 3 generations and the condo layout was perfect. Tom is just a text away and quick to respond if you need anything. We recommend you consider this unit for your Indian Rocks getaway.

The property is as advertised. It is quite spacious and everything is in good repair. Plenty of seating and space for everyone. The deck overlooking the canal is wonderful. The wall of windows beside the table was a great place to sit if we needed to be inside. We truly enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Family of eight with kids 18 down to 6. All the kids loved it! 4 TV’s with HDMI and cable were great. Enough room for everyone. Great to have all the new appliances. The four passes to the water park were perfect since not everyone wanted to go every day, but since extra tickets are half off for renters, we had days where everyone went! Great views of the harbor where we even spotted dolphins several times, then out the front our view of the Gulf was incredible. A quick two block walk to the beach, and Jake’s Coastal Cantina located 2 min away with amazing food and great service were also great amenities. The only downfall of the trip was the lack of appliances in the kitchen. Only a toaster and coffee makers were available (and we don’t drink coffee). No hand mixer, griddle or crockpot to speak of. Plenty of cups and dishes though. The bunk room didn’t have any flat sheets either, so the fleece blankets at the end of the beds were used but also hot, flat sheets would have been nice. Plenty of towels for showers and beach towels for the water park. Overall had a great experience, would definitely return and recommend!

We had to book this condo at the last minute due to a cancellation thanks to hurricane Delta. We couldn’t be happier. My 3 boys thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and clean condo, and the water park was a hit after a day at the beach, 5 minute walk away. Bike rental was 3 minutes walk and mini golf was within biking distance. Tom was so quick with texting and very responsive. Would definitely book again.

Great property - we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate and there was plenty of room for the whole family. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony and saw dolphins and had tons of pelicans flying by. The water park was great and the beach was a short walk. Tons of food choices nearby. Tom was extremely responsive leading up to our trip and even while we were there. I would highly recommend this property for families.

It was easy access to the gulf and the water park, as well as many restaurants within walking distance. The condo was perfect and many extras including sand toys and beach chairs. We also did a boat trip with Tom and it was a lot of fun for everyone.

Toms property was very exceptional. Clean, well laid out, and the gorgeous views on the patio. 4 adults and 3 kids stayed here and were very comfortable. Tom him self did a private dolphin tour for us just a great experience and unforgettable memories our kids got from this. This is the second year that we have spent our Thanksgiving holiday in one of Tom’s great condos. It comes fully equipped and is beautiful decorated!! The location is perfect with the water park in the complex and the beach only a short walk away. We lover it so much that we have already booked our trip next year!

This was our first stay in Indian Rocks Beach and it was absolutely beautiful- we have always had gulf front so wasn’t so sure I would enjoy it as much but the waterway view was beautiful and the large outdoor deck allowed you to view the gulf and the glorious sunsets. The condo was amazing as well, updated and very spacious. Owner was always available and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Definitely will be back!

Imagine a morning on the beach, smoked mullet for lunch, an afternoon on a lazy river and an exciting water slide, choosing from 100 ice cream flavors at the local parlor, then a fantastic sunset on the beach followed by an excellent seafood dinner! And that was just the first day! All of this was within walking distance of Tom's comfortable, upscale and beautiful property. The inter-coastal view from the floor to ceiling windows, or the private deck is fantastic day and night. The unit was incredibly quiet at night so we were very well rested to do it all again the following day. Parking in the shade of the parking deck and the short 2 block walk to the beach were very much appreciated. The unit provides a wagon for the on site beach chairs and toys. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Plenty of sleeping room and amenities on the property. Plus the location was perfect ! We had several beach restaurants and cvs within walking distance. Tom was awesome, very communicative about everything. He made the whole process very seamless. The place was clean, updated and spacious for our family. It had everything and more that we needed. The view of the water was beautiful off the balcony and the kids loved having the option of the water park available to them. I did have the impression it was closer to the beach, but it was still very close at a just a few blocks away. Tom took us on an awesome boat tour where we were able to see some great dolphin action. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo for 2 families with kids! Steps from the water park, restaurants and mini golf and just a quick stroll to the beach. The owner gave us all checkin info a week before and let us know as soon as the condo was ready for us. Plenty of beach supplies and 4 free water park passes. Only slight complaint would be the mattresses could use updating.

This property was just what it said it was. Tom was awesome we checked in and he was in the parking garage to help us right away. The condo was very clean with awesome views and everything was updated. Beach access was perfect and the family had plenty to do. Tom even made sure my son got his stuffed animal back that he left behind. Top notch place we will be back for sure and will stay here every time.

This was our first family vacation to Florida and now I’m wondering why we waited so long! Tom and Nicole are wonderful! They’re super laid back and just wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Tom had lots of great recommendations for places to eat and things to see around town - definitely ask him for suggestions if you haven’t been to the area. The condo was just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos — I think the picture window with a view was my favorite! The condo was clean and full of all the amenities a family would need - including a wagon, sun umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. The condo community was also very family friendly. It’s a close walk to the beach and restaurants - and we had little kids (3 and 5yo) with us. The kids loved the water park and having access to the pool after the park closed (just for the condo residents) was great! Like many other reviews before me, the dolphin cruise with Tom is a “must do.” Couldn’t be happier with our stay and would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay! Great location with the pool/water park on property, beach across the street, and walking distance to several restaurants and convenient stores (CVS). Tom was a dream to communicate with. If we find ourselves in Largo again, we won’t hesitate to stay at Tom’s place.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was really nice with plenty of room for two families (8 people) . There was seating for everyone in the living room area as well as two dining areas. The wall of windows overlooking the intercoastal made the room nice and bright. The kids loved the bunk beds! The splash harbor water park in the center of the condo complex was a lot of fun for the kids as well as parents. The beach and restaurants were a short 5 minute walk and Tom provided a wagon, cooler, and boogie boards to use. Tom was really great and highly recommend his condo units. We had a great week!

We had a wonderful week of Spring Break at the condo! My parents, my wife, and our five children had more than ample space to stay and play! Condo was as expected per description. Morning times on the balcony with coffee treated us to dolphins, manatee's and sting rays. It is very convenient to local restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The views are awesome and we enjoyed watching all the boats as they passed through the channel and docked at the marina. A few days before our stay, Tom emailed us that the elevator we used would be serviced one day during our stay. He informed us immediately and it caused us no problem whatsoever! The heads up was certainly appreciated! The water park was fun and we appreciated the passes to the waterpark. It wasn't a big deal for us, but just know that the swimming pool is only available to be used before 10am and after 6pm for guests of the condo unless you use your waterpark passes. Again, not an issue for us, but for some, it may mean adjusting plans. That said, we were super happy with our stay and will most definitely stay here again! Awesome week and super nice condo!

We had a great spring break this year. The condo was clean, spacious for our (2) families that included (5) girls under the age of 10, and was so convenient! The girls loved seeing dolphins from our balcony. We were able to head to Tampa for the day, swim in the pool/waterpark, or take the quick 1.5 block walk to the beach! We loved that we could walk everywhere to great restaurants, the souvenir shop, CVS, etc. Tom was more than accommodating and is a great communicator! He checked in with us to see how everything was going, which I haven't experienced with other VRBOs. We weren't able to take advantage of his boat tour, but will definitely next time. I would highly recommend staying at this condo and any owned by Tom.

We had three families(6 adults and 2 kids) in our group. We wanted a location that could fit us all and this condo fit the bill. We liked the fact that there was the water park attached as the two kids traveling with us love their pools and playing in the water. The condo was just as the pictures and video show. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, as well as enough space so that we were not constantly running into one another. The Location was excellent! Within walking distance to many restaurants and the Beach is truly 3 blocks away and a very short walk. Being right on the causeway and being able to watch the boats go back and forth as well as the sunrise on the balcony was also very relaxing. Tom, the owner, was very attentive and helpful and truly wanted us to have an exceptional vacation. I definitely would recommend taking a dolphin cruise with Tom, that was certainly a highlight of our vacation. While most everything with the Condo was exceptional, there was one item that could have potentially made the vacation turn sour. The elevator was broke upon arrival and one of the reasons for booking this Condo was that it was wheelchair accessible, which immediately put a small damper on things. That being said, this was outside of Toms(the condo owner) control and I can not express enough how attentive he was working to correct the issue and he communicated regularly with us with any further issues. We would definitely come back. As stated above, the Location is superb, the Owner is very attentive and works to ensure your stay is exceptional, and the overall space is larger than most 3 bedrooms you might find.

I certainly can't find the words that do this condo justice. Whether you are a small family, or a few small ones coming together for a Spring Adventure, this CONDO IS FOR YOU! It's in the heart of Indian Rocks, within walking distance of restaurants and the beach! So many amenities are provided for you, including a waterpark: All you have to do is bring your suit! Within a few blocks/miles, grocery stores, shopping, and more beaches, all family friendly; no matter which way you go-There is always something to do! I encourage everyone to take advantage that the owners, Tom and Nicole pride themselves in being hands on and accessible, should the need arise. Tom additionally provides boat tours, fishing excursions, and dolphin watching, a MUST SEE ACTIVITY, one that is magical and one memory that is certain to be one for the lifetime. We can't wait to go back, for the hospitality, for the food, for the beaches, but for a condo that made us feel home.

This was our second year renting with Tom. We rented 3 of the condos and spent a wonderful week with our kids and grandbabies. The pool, slides,kiddy area fantastic. Perfect waterpark for small children. The condo is in a great location. You can walk to anything you need. Ocean short walk across the street. Tom has sand toys, stroller and wagon to spend time at beach. Tom is a Great Guy to deal with. If anything goes wrong he is "all over it". His boat ride is a highlight you should not miss. He is the best dolphin spotter and gets those babies to jump like they are performing in a show! Beautiful views of intercoastal and gulf from all condos and 7th floor community deck. Cocktail bar and snack bar at pool area. What more could you ask for.

Our family had a great time. The condo was ready when we got there and everything as described. the location is close to many restaurants, pubs and shops. Tom was great and always available for any questions or advice for things to do. the beach was easy to walk to and a nice perk was beach toys available for my grand daughter. Tom took us on a relaxing boat ride and got us close to a lot of dolphins, I would highly recommend this to anybody wanting a worry free get away. Cant wait to come back!!

We loved this condo and the location. There are many local businesses to walk to and we didn’t need the rental car once you arrive at the unit! Whether you are Watching the boats from the balcony or the sunset from the sunset lounge you can’t go wrong booking your vacation at this unit ! Tom was great and very helpful in responding with you questions you have! Also highly recommend the boat tour! The dolphins and private beach are well worth it ! Great property. Tom was amazing. Only thing that would have made it better was the weather! On a side note, the waterpark is a little uptight about food and drinks being brought in. It was too cold for the snack shack to be open but we weren’t even allowed to have juice boxes and crackers for our kids to eat. And we were the only people at the entire waterpark.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. It was so perfect for my family of 7. Almost too perfect, we didn't want to leave it! The extra table was our game playing table and all the kids were fighting over who was laying on the sectional to watch the giant tv. The condo is so centrally located you can walk to the ice cream shop, coffee shop, beach and great places to eat. We drove to Clearwater, St. Petes and Madeira beaches which were only a few miles away. Also drove to the outlet mall in Tampa. Can't say enough about this place and Tom was great! He answered my texts and calls immediately and was so helpful. We went on a dolphin cruise with him and it didn't disappoint. The kids said that was their favorite part of the trip. Thank you so much Tom and Nicole, we will definitely be back soon!

We had an amazing week in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo is fabulous — so spacious, so convenient to the beach and restaurants, and access to the waterpark was fantastic! Even before our stay, Tom was very responsive when I reached out to him with questions about the condo. He made sure we had everything we needed upon checkin. There was even a few laundry pods, dish soap, coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels to get us threw the first couple days. The condo had lots of little “extras” which helped save us space in our suitcase — beach towels, hair dryer, and games/puzzles for the kids! The waterpark was such a great feature, and perfect for kids of all ages. You can’t go wrong when renting this unit. The view is amazing. I loved sitting on the patio overlooking the water and seeing dolphins swimming, while drinking my coffee every morning. I’ll definitely go back!

We absolutely loved this amazing condo and the beautiful beaches around the area. We watched dolphins swim by our balcony every day and we loved being just a short walk from the beach. The large balcony on our floor overlooked the ocean and was a perfect spot to watch the fireworks on the 4th and the incredible sunsets each night. The washer and dryer worked splendidly, a fantastic plus for this mom of four teens. We had lots of room for the six of us to spread out and relax each evening after our wonderful beach days. We saw an incredible school of stingrays swim by one morning, and enjoyed watching fishermen reel in many catches from the beach. The beaches were not crowded at all! We loved having the option to take a trolley to Clearwater for just $5 per day, though we found the quieter beaches at Indian Rocks much more comfortable. Tom was very available for anything we might need. The elevator did break down one day, which was not ideal, but they had it fixed within a few hours. Parking was convenient and the water park was fun for younger kids. This place is paradise!! We will be back to enjoy it again!!!

Disappointed we could not see ocean from balcony, would have felt better had there been a safe in each bedroom. Would totally recommend. I was prepared to have a glass of wine and spend the night praising Tom Hagen and the condo he shared with us and the great fishing trip and sightseeing excusion he took us on but Irhen I noticed there were 46 reviews not six as I previously thought. Out of, now 47, reviews Tom has had 44 5 stars reviews. (The other three were 4 stars). I couldnt tell from reading the 4 stars why they werent 5 stars but the point is that all 47 reviews raved about Tom like I was going to so I am going to just drink the wine and say in review, we couldnt be happier with our stay and especially With Tom as our host.

Lots of room for 6 adults. One being in a self-propelled wheelchair. Easy to move around unit. Tom able to arrange for shower chair. Chartered Tom(owner) for a 3- hour dolphin cruise. Saw lots jumping in his boat waves. Tom very informative ofarea. Close to John's Pass Boardwalk and restaurants. We ALL loved the unit. Easy access to waterpark. Lazy river was a blast. Booking/arriving: Tom was so accessible throughout the whole booking process (answering our questions). He made sure he knew when we arrived just in case we needed assistance, therefore, would be nearby and available. However, that was never necessary, the process was flawless. The condo: Clean, great location, worked absolutely great for our kids (10mo to 4yrs). We spent some days at the resort with the pool right there. Other days we took the 2 block walk to the beach. It never seemed like 2 blocks. There was a stroller and a wagon to use. That was perfect for hauling coolers, towels, etc. We also took advantage of the rooftop patio a couple of times. It’s on the same floor as the unit. It was nice to eat outside and have plenty of space. Nearby: Several restaurants to eat at. Great donut shop a block away. Candy store. Shopping. We took the trolley a few times to go see both Clearwater and St Pete’s. We didn’t get the chance to take advantage of Tom’s boat services with the ages of our kids, naps, etc., it was hard to find a time. We joked we may have to leave the kids home next time. The condo would still be great with or without children though. We were more than pleased with or whole trip! Want to go back ASAP. Thank you!!!

What a perfect way to enjoy family time before my brother's deployment! This condo was worth every penny and provided all we needed to make great memories. It is beautifully decorated and provides so many great seating options for visiting. I also appreciated how child friendly it was (pack n play and nice high chair, kids plates, cups, utensils). Three bedroom condo on the 7th floor. Easily held two families. One bedroom was quite small and only had bunk beds but was very useable. Large kitchen and great view out to the intercostal waterway. Nice patio overlooking waterway also. Short two block walk to the beach. We had a great time and would recommend it.

The building is about 2/3 years old so everything is almost new (which is very nice) and the owner's condo is very spacious and decorated beautifully. Tom and his beautiful bride were available for anything we asked or needed (very good people). If you have kids this is a great place to bring them - they will love the water slides and outdoor pools. Tom and Nicole thanks again for making us so comfortable. Cheers!

This gorgeous condo was perfect for our family of 6. The condo was very clean, modern and comfortable. The location was excellent- walking distance to everything you would want to do! We loved walking to the beach, The Lighthouse, and Slyce Pizza! Captain Tom (condo owner) took us on an amazing boat cruise along the intercoastal playing with dolphins in the boat's wake. Tom was very quick to reply to any of our questions and ended up being a great personal tour guide/resource for us! We loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach and cannot wait to come back!

This condo was spacious and comfortable for our large family of 8, plus 2 extended family members. An open floor plan with a large kitchen, 2 dining areas and several conversation areas. We parked our 12 passenger van in the covered garage. Views of the boats at the inlet, the beach from the observation deck, and Harborside Waterpark from the front door. Easy access to the beach. Plus the added convenience of the pool and water park right on property. Our favorite day of the trip was our day on the boat with 'Captain Tom' (as our kids called him). We had a blast swimming, snorkeling, and watching dolpins play all around the boat. 2 of the adults went out for a second day of fishing- and came home with plenty of fresh fish for a family meal. I highly recommend this unit and boat trips for anyone. We are already planning our next visit!

1st time staying on the West Coast of Fl and we had a great experience! The condo fit our family of 12 perfectly. We had enough space and the condo was so nice! Beautifully decorated and great deck to watch the dolphins & boats. The waterpark was fun and the kids wanted to go every day, plus nice tiki bar! The beach was only 3 short blocks up the road and was clean and never crowded. There were a lot of local restaurants within walking distance and the grocery store was just over the bridge. Tom, the owner, met us on Sat just to check in and was always very quick to respond when we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!!

We have stayed in the St Pete Beach area in the past and have loved it. I was not sure what expect traveling this time with five teenagers ranging in age from 19 to 15, and being unfamiliar with Indian Rocks Beach area. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The Condo was spacious and the views were great. Seven of us fit comfortably in the space. I was amazed that five teenagers had no complaints the entire week. What was great about the location of this property is that you could walk to everything. Independence for the kids was key. They walked to the beach, restaurant's coffee shops, Slyce Pizza and Jakes Cantina for $2 taco's. They even enjoyed the water park on the premises. Tom was great to work with planning our vacation. We took advantage of a day of boating with Tom and his daughter as they taught the kids how to wake surf. A fun experience for all. I highly recommend this property for vacationers of all ages. I wish this resort had been built when my kids were little. What an easy vacation it would have been traveling with young kids with a water park right outside your door. Thank you Tom and Family for a fun and memorable vacation!!

We had a great vacation. This is a wonderful area to stay and the condos are spacious and very nice. The condos have great views and are only a minute to a great beach some very good restraunts...all in easy walking distance. There are numerous activities for families or an individual at the condo, near the condo or the whole Tampa area. This is our favorite area to visit...just to relax or to fill every minute with great, fun activities. It is the perfect spot for families, large groups, small groups, couples or an individual. Tom's units are very nice and clean and can accommodate everyone. He responded in a timely manner and was very helpful. The amenities were on spot. Everyone in our group/family were very impressed with the units and our stay, and have been recommending Tom's units to other family members and friends, as well as everyone else. We highly recommend staying here and encourage the services and units that Tom provides.

Property is very good for families with lazy river and cool slides for kids of all ages. The unit I rented was on the 7th floor and had wonderful views of the bay, was immaculate and spacious inside. Owner was best I've rented from with concern to ensure everything was clean and went off without a hitch. Highly recommend renting from him to guarantee a nice stay.

Our family of 5 traveled to Indian Rocks Beach in March for our children's spring break. Despite an unfortunate dose of cool weather, we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful decorated and conveniently located condo. Our kids LOVED Splash Harbour waterpark and made the best of the warm days we did have there. Indian Rocks beach is just a quick walk down the street and provided a more quiet, family-friendly beach experience that was quite different from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach which is an easy 10 minute drive down the road. There are many excellent restaurant choices within walking distance, some with live music! I can't say enough about the owner, Tom. He was friendly and very responsive. He certainly added a sense of hospitality and security when traveling so far from home. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to get away! There is so much to do, see & eat, all while enjoying the comforts of a beautiful home away from home.

The property is conveniently located close to the best restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach and a short walk to the beach. Splash Harbour is an added bonus especially if you have kids. Our 8 and 4 year olds had a blast at this waterpark and you can order food and drinks poolside. Tom was great to work with as the condo owner and quick to respond to questions. Tom offers excursions and took my family out for a private dolphin viewing cruise which was the highlight of our trip. Overall, a wonderful condo and experience!

Our family of 22 rented 2 condos on the 7th floor of the building. We had 9 adults and 3 children (age 11 and above) in this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us! We ate some meals out, but also grilled and fried fish that was caught on a fishing excursion. The water park was great and the sunsets on the balcony were awesome! Indian Rocks is a great place to stay with many restaurants in close walking distance. We used vehicles to go to Clearwater, John's Pass and Orlando, otherwise we walked! Tom was super helpful and always willing to answer our questions. If we go back to this area, we will definitely stay here again! It was a great home away from home!

We are a family of 6 and the condo met all our needs. Comfortable beds, excellent showers, the balcony and its view, superb. We ate in a couple of times, using the grill on the balcony. Access to the swim park was easy, and provided many happy hours for the family. There were plenty of sun beds. Sightings of manatee and dolphin in the waterway were a treat, as was the sun deck for beautiful sunsets. The beach, 5 minutes away, was well kept and huge. Plenty to see and eat in the surroundings area.

Indian Rocks Beach and Condo rocks! The condo is super nice and very livable- large, clean, quiet, tastefully and appropriately decorated, good views and a water park on the property. It was "a home away from home"! Varied restaurants, entertainment, and the beach were all within minimal walking distance. All one wants and needs for a delightful visit to IRB and beyond! Great time was had by all!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful condo. It was just a blessing drinking coffee each morning on the patio watch the boats go by and spotting the dolphins. The accommodations were just over the tops, stroller, beach towels, etc. Everything we needed!! My in laws with us had nothing but praises about the booking. We will def try and book again! The owner was amazing and personal a joy to rent from. Thanks Tom!

Place was as described. Very spacious and perfect for our family. The beach was within walking distance as well as some yummy restaurants and bars. The water park was fun and a great feature for us having two little kids along. Condo Owner was very accommodating and gave us his personal contact info and we were able to contact him at anytime we had any questions. He is very responsive and quick to answer. If you are looking for a place with a great view from your spectacular room, gulf views from a roof top patio, stunning beaches, and a fun water park and pool... This is your place!

Had a wonderful stay! Place is exactly as described in the description, very spacious for my whole family to enjoy and relax. Location is wonderful, short walk to the beach or right next to a small water park. Tom is very responsive with any questions and calls the first night to make sure all is ok. I would highly recommend this place, can't wait to come back!

Our family of 4 LOVED this condo for our Staycation! There is something for everyone at this location. We are a local family that wanted a quick getaway fot the weekend, we knew here we were just a short walk away from a beautiful beach and close to some of the best restaurants and bars. There is nothing in the area with a water park quite like this! It's not too crowded so you can relax, find a good spot while the kids go on the water slides as much as they want. Not to mention there is a tiki bar with delicious drinks on location right by the pool too.(This building was made well as you can't hear a thing from the inside from the waterpark too). This condo is beautiful! The beds were very comfy, the furniture modern is yet cozy and it felt like our own tropical getaway. Do yourself a favor and wake up early enough to catch a sunset as the view from the balcony is spectacular! I will definitely be returning again! Our kids are already asking!

Wonderful and beautifully maintained property. Our condo was lovely, and included everything we needed. Gorgeous view, comfortable beds and furnishings. A favorite place to visit that has an excellent location. The owner was wonderful to work with. You will not go wrong choosing to rent this condo!

The water park and condo were both pristine and perfect for our toddler. The view from the wall of windows is spectacular. We had a great time relaxing and the owner Tom offered his own contact info if we had any issues or needed anything. Parking was easy and the proximity of restaurants, grocery store, and CVS made everything extremely convenient.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was brand new and beautifully decorated with stunning floor to ceiling views of the intercoastal waterway. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and appreciated that there were 2 good sized bedrooms and a 3rd room with bunkbeds that our kids loved. We unfortunately had quite a bit of rain the week we stayed there. However, if we had to be stuck indoors, we were so grateful to be staying in such a beautiful condo. Also, we were able to bring our boat with us and kept it conveniently moored at the dock behind the condos (you have to contact the dockmaster to set that up). Our entire family loved the water park and had a great time going down the water slides. There are many great local restaurants and we even went parasailing on nearby Clearwater Beach. The owner was extremely responsive when we had questions and did everything to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I consider myself a very particular person with high standards and this place exceeded my expectations. We will definitely go back as we had such a fantastic vacation. Can't say enough positive things about this place!

This condo unit was one of the best units we have ever stayed in. The whole condo facility is new & very nice. The unit is very open and roomy. Very nicely furnished and kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the bay and the ocean. The bar style patio furniture and grill was a great touch. The under condo parking is the only way to go. The water park and pool are great when you want a break from the beach. Food and drinks at the pool area are very reasonably priced. Conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and a CVS store that has everything you could possibly need. This was our first trip to Indian Rock Beach and it was great.

if you don't like; Amazing Condo with all mod-cons, perfect location close to the beach and even closer to the water park and a very caring & attentive owner, then this place is not for you :-) Seriously though, this Condo was amazing and the location was perfect! The Condo was very roomy and extremely well-equipped with a huge picture window floor to ceiling of the Intercostal Waterway, bedrooms and fitting were of a very high standard and the kitchen was excellently well equipped with a gas grill on the balcony to boot! All rooms had FSTV's, the main family room had 2, one of which was a 70" HD which was amazing! The waterpark adjoining the property great and i don't normally like WP due to their normal manic nature, but this one was awesome with 2 huge slides, a lazy river and a zero entry pool which is open to the condo residents after the WP closes, the Rum Shack beside the pool was a super place to just chill out after a hard day doing nothing :-)!! Tom, the owner, was brilliant and even came around on the Saturday evening to unlock the bedroom door, which our 2 12 year old girls had somehow managed to lock themselves out of, i mean what owner is prepared to do this.......and with a genuine smile on his face! If you like a stunning beach vacation, with the added bonus of a Water Park, close (1.1/2 blocks) to an incredible beach, in genuinely upscale accommodations, then this place is for you, don't hesitate to book this ........ we will be back for sure!!
