The condo was clean, and the area was safe and convenient to restaurants. The view of the bay was nice, but the sun in the morning was intense, and there were no blinds to block the sunlight. Being able to walk out the back and be on the beach was great.

It was our first time vacationing in the Indian Shores area and the condo and area didn't disappoint. The condo has been recently remodeled, is well furnished with comfortable beds, modern amenities and able to accommodate six people pleasantly. Everything was clean and homelike with plenty of room to "stretch out" after a long day. We loved being right on the beach with easy access to shops, pubs, restaurants, and my favorite - oyster bars (several within walking distance). The area has a really cool and laidback vibe, and everyone was very friendly. Whether vacationing for a full week, or looking for a long weekend getaway, our family would definitely recommend this condo and we are looking forward to coming back.

We (Mom & Dad mid-40s, two girls 11 and 8) stayed for six nights at this property in August of 2024. We’re frequent vacationers and have stayed in this area many times on beach trips. Overall: Property is very clean and comfortable. Living room is great to hang out in, kids loved the oversized sofa. Internet is fast and all appliances worked perfectly. Beds are comfy. What we liked: Location is outstanding. Smack in the middle between John’s Pass and the main Indian Rocks Beach exit, you are in between all the major restaurants and shops. Being right on the beach is great as you can walk directly on the sand. On-site pool was clean, warm, and deep (8’6). Water pressure was great in showers and no issues with elevator or access. What we missed: An in-unit washer and dryer. There is coin-operated laundry service and it works fine, but having one inside your rental is a nice bonus. To be fair the listing does say that it is “onsite”. A heads up:The pool is not on the ocean-side of the property. It is a very short walk from the beach but not directly on it. Expect a layer of salt mist on your car every day from the beach as the parking is open. Also this unit does not face the ocean. Some do, not this one. Would we recommend it? Depends on what you are looking for. If a non-ocean view is OK with you and you don’t mind onsite vs in-room laundry, YES. Will we stay again? Unlikely but that is more because of our preferences and not the rental. It is a very nice place.

Condo was as described. My only complaint would be that there was no safety latch on the entry door. Just the keypad to lock/unlock the door to the exterior.

This was an amazing property. Our boys graduated this year. One from college and the other from high school. Everything was more than expected. The lady that assisted us with an early check in was so sweet and helpful. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. So much room and comfortable. The access to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions was great. Very memorable vacation!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!

El departamento es muy bueno, si bien no tiene vista al mar está ubicado sobre la misma playa.Todo funciona perfectamente y está muy bien equipado.La atención de los administradores Solo por completar este campo diría que faltan cortinas black out en las habitaciones y en el living, pero es solo un detalle.

Although the complex itself is a bit older, it is well cared for, and this particular unit is beautifully updated and nicely furnished. It is exactly as shown in the listing, and was actually larger than we thought it would be from the pics. The deck is very spacious and has plenty of seating; the view of the intercoastal from it is peaceful and pretty—at sunrise especially! It is an easy walk out the other side of the property directly onto the beach. Their security was great, as a code was required not only for access to the unit but also to get into the elevator on the ground floor and to come into the parking garage from the beach side. We were two couples staying in it and all four of us would highly recommend it! It was also walking distance to some restaurants etc which made it very convenient.

The property was exactly as listed! Clean and had everything we needed. The beach was perfect and there is the ability to rent cabanas right outside the condos. *Indian Shores Coffee and Sweet Sage boutique are a must for coffee and breakfast. So many shops and places to eat within walking distance. If you are looking for a fishing excursion Fishing Clearwater Inshore was another great experience. We cannot wait to come back!

The condo was large enough to give kids space to play and parents a place to relax. Excellent air conditioning, which was extremely important given the temp outside was over 100 degrees. Kitchen was loaded with just the right tools for cooking and cleaning up. All appliances worked as expected. The decor was beautiful and very modern, as well as in great condition. I imagine we would have sat on the balcony more often if the weather was cooler, good view of the intercoastal. Our only problem was when we arrived the elevator was stuck on another floor and we had to carry 6 suitcases four floors to our room. Resort Rentals was very helpful with problem solving, but they couldn't get in touch with building maintenance. We were finally able to get in with help from a resident there. Otherwise, it was a great experience and one we would certainly do again (minus climbing 4 floors with luggage). Thank you for the memories!

This unit is a beautiful updated unit. The complex is not as updated, but it is right on the beach, and has a functional pool. It was great for a low key family vacation.

The unit was clean and well supplied with the basics. Some beach towels or chairs would have been great! It’s located right in the beach and in great walking distance from food and entertainment. Covered parking was nice too. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was within walking distance. The condo was nice and clean and decorated so cute. Hands down, the views were the best…watched the sun rise from the balcony and sat on the beach for the sunset! Definitely a place we plan to visit again!!

This condo located on Indian Shores Beach is the perfect getaway spot. The condo itself is very comfortable and clean and is right on the beach! It is a great spot for either staying right there and relaxing or for exploring all of the nearby adventures. Highly recommend!

I’ve now stayed here twice and will definitely come back again! The place is extremely clean and has a prime location! Restaurants/Bars are walking distance. It’s located right on the beach, plus there’s a pool as well! Highly recommend!

The condo was stocked with basic amenities when we got there. It had toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, and more. We did have to go to the store because our stay was for 7 days. The place was clean, the view was nice (this particular unit isn't facing the beach but the view is still nice), and the beach access was right down stairs. You can just leave your chairs and umbrellas during your stay.. it was a calm area and everyone respected each others property. If you are more into crowds and beach activities Clear Water is a nice 20 minute drive away. The scenery is beautiful . There are restaurants, ice cream shops, and bike/scooter rental all in walking distance.. like 5 to 10 minute walking distance. If you are going to rent a bike/scooter definitely check out Green Iguana Rentals. The owner and staff were awesome. The checking process was a little confusing for us because it was the first time having to access everything with a code. We usually just need a code to our door. Here you need to have the code for the door, elevator, pool, and beach access. They were really helpful though and replied quickly to walk us through it.

Great little condo right on the beach. If you don`t want to have to utilize a hide-a-bed, options tend to be limited in finding a 2 bedroom rental that can sleep 4 kids in one room. This one with the double bed and bunk bed all in the same room was perfect. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

A truly wonderful relaxing vacation in a beautiful VRBO. Plenty of room for my husband and 3 teenagers. We appreciated the lovely heated pool during the first few colder days of our trip and then savored the gorgeous white sand beach and sun for the second half of our week. Last minute vacation. I booked the day before. Lauren in the office made sure my reservation went through. She was very helpful. The unit we rented in Indian Shores had been freshly remodeled. Everything we needed was in the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable! Contactless check in process, smooth stay. Building is on the beach, my view was of the intercostal which was nice. Easy to enjoy the sunsets Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats on the intercoastal. There were strong winds for two days of our stay, so having family time inside was important.
