Land's End 10-203 Beach Front - Premier

Property was beautiful and well kept. Management was very helpful and friendly. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and can hopefully return.

The property was lovely and as pictured. The amenities were robust and we had lots of options to keep the kiddos entertained. We loved this rental and we would definitely stay here again!!

Unit was clean and well stocked, all amenities were available and functioning as advertised. Beach was super clean and not crowded everyone was very polite! We had a great vacation and this section of Treasure Island was pretty quiet except on Friday and Saturday when some local bars had loud music, but it was not too bad because we were not directly facing the canal. We have not been to the St Pete's area since 2006 and the traffic getting around town has increased but I'm sure that this is occurring everywhere in Florida. We had a fantastic time, the weather was perfect and the sunsets were amazing. Thank you!!!

Firstly, the bed was the most comfortable ever. The view from the kitchen looks through the condo and out over the Gulf. I appreciated the periodic text communication from the property manager with useful and timely info. We look forward to return.

Our family of 4 enjoyed 10 days in #203 in early December. I chose this unit because it faces the beach, is close to the pool, and it’s guest room has a queen bed for a second couple. Bonus - they provide beach chairs, umbrella and a beach wagon! We cooked most meals and the kitchen was stocked with enough pots & pans to do that. If you’re staying for a week, there is not enough of anything to last that long…like dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. We brought our own dishwasher and washing machine tabs, shampoo, etc. You may want to bring a bar of soap or two. Publix grocery is a short 5 minute drive and reasonably priced. The grills are campground grills. Overall a nice and relaxing week.

We had a great time at Land’s End and really enjoyed the unit we were in (10-403). The view of the beach, water and sunsets was breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed. It was a good spot for our family ( with young children) as it was quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful two week vacation and the condo is in a perfect location. If you love the beach this is a perfect rental. From the beautiful sunsets to the powdery sand and lovely condo. The only problem was with the twin beds in the second bedroom. They were not very sturdy. I did notify management about this when I checked out. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We had a great vacation staying at Land’s End in Treasure Island. The condos are very peaceful and away from the busy public beach areas and tourist areas, though shopping is only minutes away. The beach was clean and quiet and we even saw a manatee in the water while it was making its way down the coast! Also saw lots of beautiful birds on the beach. The pool was huge and very well cared for. I loved the beautiful landscaping the boardwalk surrounding the property. The entrance to the property is gated and manned 24 hrs a day which made us feel safe. We stayed in building 10 unit #203. The unit was clean and nice, but could use some updating. We had initially rented a unit in building 7, but since there was going to be construction on that building and no access to the balcony, Resort Rentals offered for us to stay in another building. This transition occurred with no extra costs and went over smoothly.

I've stayed in the "Tampa" are for years and absolutely loved the property and the area. The location was perfect to be away from crowds, but be close to attractions.

We loved it! The place was spacious and met our needs. The furniture was nice and comfortable. There was everything a vacationer needed, except a hairdryer. Would have been nice to have one provided for use. Location was directly on the beach and was pretty empty, not filled with tourists. It was delightful. The place was clean and had a washer and dryer which was great! The floors could have been cleaner as they left your bare clean feet dirty. There were pool and beach supplies and we left a giant noodle for the next guest. One of the pool chairs and a beach umbrella was broken. The balcony was spacious and clean with very comfy furniture. The property is gated and the pool was giant, clean and relaxing. This place was great and I hope to stay here again! (There is no unit number on the door, that would have been helpful as we had to guess which door we should try.) Its close to shopping, restaurants and everything you find on gulf blvd!

If there is not a hairdryer in the condo, please call us at our office as we do keep a supply here that we are happy to lend to you for the duration of your stay. Unfortunately this is one item that goes missing from the condos quite regularly, which is really unfortunate, but we do keep some here so that we may help with this. Same goes for the beach chairs and umbrellas, we do keep some here in the office if you ever are in need of any extras. We will be sure however to take a look at the broken one that you had listed. We love that you want to stay here again and we sure do hope to see you back!! :-)

We had an awesome experience! We visited for Christmas had a great time. The check in was quick and easy and the agent that helped was was very nice and helpful. The condo was as described and clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner upon arrival and after a few quick calls and a visit from a technician , the issue was resolved. The location is amazing. Very nice beach and facilities. We will definitely be back. The town of treasure island lights luminaries along the streets the night of Christmas Eve. My family enjoyed a nice long walk. Everyone was so friendly.

We have been coming to Lands End for many years. It is quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. We have been fortunate to have stayed in nice condos. Some are very out dated so ask for pictures. I do think the prices are slightly high.

This is not the fanciest condo at Lands End but it is clean, bright and everything worked just fine. It is just far enough away from the pool for a quiet balcony. A big consideration for us is that adults use the 2nd bedroom and the beds in bedroom two we comfortable. We would go back.

The 2 bedroom/2ba condo was immaculate and perfectly situated on the Gulf. We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony every day, overlooking the beautiful Gulf. Happy hour was also on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunset. The only negative was no hair dryer in the unit, however, the management company offered to provide it once we brought it to their attention. Roof replacement was being done, which was quite noisy, but I realize that was a one time inconvenience and would not impact future renters. The pool was beautiful, large and clean. Am looking forward to returning and staying even longer next time.

The hair dryers are not a required item for the owners to leave in the condos as we have found that they go missing quite often, which is unfortunate. We stayed in Bldg 10 Unit 203 and were very pleased with our condo. It was clean, bright, and decorated with a beach theme. It was perfect for the four of us. It was close to dining and shopping, yet set away from everything. Just a few steps from the beach or to the pool. Plenty of room in the condo for the four of us to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and offered a great nights sleep. I would definitely return and stay here again.

Vacation was wonderful. There was an incident with pet hair on the floors, but we ran the sweeper and cleaned most of it up. Furniture is starting to show age, but still was fine. Weather could have been better. (Lots of rain) But we had a great time overall! We rented 3 condos for a family vacation, and all went great! Thank you!

We have stayed at Land's End multiple times. Some of the condos need updating so make sure you see pictures before renting. Our condo this year was fantastic! I was disappointed that the only basic necessity provided was 2 rolls of toliet paper (2 bedroom) and a roll of paper towels. Everything else, including trash bags, we had to buy. Pretty minor flaw. Our overall experience was fantastic. The building and condo we rented was very clean, very well maintained, and Resort Rentals were extremely professional and friendly.

We loved our holiday. I organised a trip for 5 families all had their own apartments, Everyone was very happy with apartments and facilities. Family from UK and Canada would all come back again. Only one concern and that was trying to get late check out. We had the cleaning service knocking on the door before check out time!

I organised a trip for 5 families all had their own apartments, Everyone was very happy with apartments and facilities. Family from UK and Canada would all come back again. Only one concern and that was trying to get late check out. We had the cleaning service knocking on the door before check out time!

The location is the absolute best. Resort Rentals is very professional, friendly and helpful. We needed to find a place to go online to confirm and print out a confirmation of our return flights. So we asked at the office if they knew of a place, and they did it for us!

Everything is taken care of at Land's End (including complementary soap for the dishwasher). It's peaceful and private. The beach is beautiful and even the security guards are helpful and friendly.

It remains our first choice for vacations.

Perfect location, been at this resort many times. Beautiful beach and pool. King size bed not very comfortable. Does not have enough towels, face cloths...Great new appliances. Clean tile throughout.

We have stayed at Land's End several times and this is the nicest unit we have stayed in to date. Location was perfect - close to the pool and great view of the beach. Loved that the unit is tiled throughout and easy to keep clean! Will look to rent this unit again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and found the unit and associated property to be exceptional. The only negative was associated with the gate staff on the evening when we arrived. We arrived late and it was dark and had some difficulty with the lock. It was dark
and my children became quite nervous. We asked the gate attendant for assistance but he would only provide the number to resort rentals. The on-call person provided simple instructions over the phone. Some assistance from the gate attendant would have been
very helpful. Additional dishwasher detergent and scouring pads would have made it easier to keep the unit clean.

great place to stay, great rooms and pricing pretty good for area. some of the pool/spa rules a bit anal for family use,no one under 17 in spa and no floaties in pool for children but otherwise i would recommend it to anyone

I really can't say enough about this resort. Everything was wonderful. The unit (#203, Building 10) was beautiful, loved the decor and the tile floor throughout was so very nice. The master suite was beautiful, bed super comfy and the master bath ensuite was my personal dream. The balcony, accessible from both living room and mst. bedroom was bathed in sun from 2pm until sundown, which were beautiful every night. We woke up every morning to the sounds of the gulf, and could see dolphins on several occasions. The grounds around this resort are beautiful, it has a wonderful boardwalk around the whole property for walking, which goes around to the intercoastal, lots of sea birds to watch. The beach was very nice for long walks, and hunting for shells. My favorite part was the heated pool, it was huge, never crowded, lots of lounge chairs and tables (w/umbrellas). In summary, the best all around vacation my husband and I have experienced. Have booked a month for next year already!!
