Land's End 10-302 Beach Front - Premier

Location was excellent for me. Wanted quiet and relaxing place to enjoy the beach. The unit was great. Had all that was needed to for a longer stay to cook in and relax on the balcony. Love the high top table and chairs so you are not trying to look through the railing. The only thing that stood out for me is the loveseat in the master bedroom, it is personal preference and has no reflection on the stay or quality of the unit, but it seemed awkward in the space.

Perfect condo with beautiful views. Pool and hot tub are both perfect. The balcony over looking the gulf was great for watching the sunset. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked. Water from the fridge was good tasting. Definitely would book this condo again.

Totally enjoyed our stay at Lands End. Check in with Resort Rentals was not customer friendly. After driving 14 hrs we just wanted to get to the condo. We were not sent a combination to access the condo. Had dead cell phone, no access to email or internet, Lady at Resort Rentals was rude and persistent about signing on to the portal. No phone, no internet, no portal access. You would think Resort Rentals would have a manual backup plan. Other than that, we had a beautiful time in St. Pete.

This property is amazing! Beautiful gulf view, short walk across sand to the water, gorgeous, high-end furnishings and decor! Could not be cleaner- it is immaculate! This is definitely our new place to stay in the Treasure Island/St. Pete area! The pool and amenities are fantastic!

We had a great time at Lands End! I would recommend this unit highly. We were able to enjoy the sunsets every night on our balcony! A great location with lots of things to do. We had an issue with our front door lock, but Resort Rentals were there within 20 minutes to fix the issue. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

This Condo was BEAUTIFUL inside and out. We loved our stay!! This area is very relaxing and the ocean sounds are amazing. The condo was spotless...the parking garage was set up amazing lots of room for full size SUVs. We really enjoyed the high end appliances, everything you could ever need is inside of the unit.....the views of the sunset is AMAZING!! We loved this condo! Great view of gulf. Nicely updated, super updated and everything we needed. My only picky complaint would be the plantation shutters in master bedroom were clunky to open and close to get out to the balcony. And the hot water ran to lukewarm for some reason after 5 min in the shower. Other than that it was perfect!

Lands End building 10/302 is beautifully updated, clean, comfortable and our experience there was just perfect. We love the facility and the property. We had a beautiful view of the beach and very close access. We plan to return often and request this property. The beach is private and perfect. The entire Treasure Island area is beautiful and is the perfect tropical getaway, but close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The condo is beautiful! Although I expected it to feel narrow because there are no side windows, it didn’t feel that way at all. The kitchen remodel is beautiful and condo feels spacious overall. The plantation shutters are gorgeous although they do obstruct part of the view. I wish they could be folded open all the way to the wall. But nevertheless, I would definitely rent again!
I do have one comment on Lands End in general. We’ve been going there for several years and I have noticed that the landscape barrier between the beach and property has gotten higher and higher, resulting in practically no beach view from third floor and none from second floor. If possible, trimming it would be a great idea.

We are sorry if any of the vegetation obstructed your view at all, Land's End does maintain the property very well but some of the vegetation is protected and cannot be touched by them, it is protected through the state and they do come and monitor those areas. Always a wonderful experience. This is like our 4th time staying in the same unit and it is marvelous. The only issue and it was minor was that the cleanliness of the dishes and kitchen while good were not what they have been.

The condo was upgraded and had excellent facilities, the kitchen is totally remodelled and the washer/dryer is also high spec. There are plenty of beach items in the condo including beach towels. All linens are good quality and the showers are powerful. Only minor issue was that the air con did not work so well in the smaller bedroom so it was a little warm.

This is the perfect place to spend a week (longer if I could!) - location, beach, property, view- it couldn’t be better. The condo is spotless and decorated so nicely. The pictures online are exactly what you get. It is like staying at a 5 star hotel. Everything you need is there, however, I would suggest 1 more beach chair be added (there were 4 of us and only 3 chairs) and a beach umbrella. But there is a sun shelter and plenty of beach towels, floaties etc... Beds are very comfortable and all linens are in excellent condition. The view of those Gulf sunsets from the balcony are priceless. Have been to many areas of Florida before. Will certainly be returning to Treasure Island and this property again. The people at Resort Rentals were great and easy to work with. Recommend without hesitation.

The view was perfect for sunsets, and balcony one of my fav spots to hang out. Sunset Beach is central to so many tourist places, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a vacation. Love the pool and the park like setting, very quiet.

My family of 4 had an amazing time at Lands End. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts; couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot. The beach was my personal favorite, I just can’t get enough of it. Although it rained 5 of the 7 days we were there we still had an amazing time. The room was wonderful. All the amenities of home, you couldn’t ask for more. The unit was stylishly decorated and very clean. The collection of books made for great days at the beach. I can’t say enough about the unit. We’ve stay at Lands End for several years and this unit was my favorite.

Our stay at this condo was perfect! From the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful view from our balcony I knew we had found a winner! The entire condo has been recently renovated with beautiful flooring, new bathrooms,, a gorgeous kitchen and all new comfortable furniture. Sitting on the balcony and being so close to the ocean was so relaxing and enjoyable. The furniture on the balcony was perfect for dining or watching the sunsets! Can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we entered our room it was so relaxing, totally remodeled, very clean and location could not be more perfect! Couldn't be happier with our stay. Resort Rentals are so wonderful to work with in booking as well as any issues, no matter how small. The blender there wasn't working and all we had to do was call and they gave us a brand new one to use. Definitely would book this room again!

First time to this condo and it was better than expected. Beautifully updated, meticulously clean and it felt like we were right at home there. The grounds are wonderful and it felt like we were in our own little world away from everything on Treasure Island.

This condo was in a great location and had a very nice view of the ocean from the living room and master. It was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The carpet in the master needs replacing and was not very clean. Other than that I would recommend this condo.

Fantastic gulf view from unit 302, bldg 10. Unit was clean, well-equipped; great for two couples. In very good condition for a rental condo - comfy beds, Tommy Bahama furniture, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit & internet. Grounds, pool & board walk were well cared for. White sand beach was great for swimming & soaking in the sun during the day, then enjoying the stunning sunset at the end of the day.
Gated property - felt very safe.
Location Upside: Private & quiet at the end of the road - beach not crowded. Location Downside: Not walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
Would recommend Land's End for a relaxing beach vacation.

We have stayed at Land's End 6-7 times over the past 14 years and are always pleased with the condos, pool, beach, and other amenities. This unit with a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom instead of 2 twins was great for us now that we are travelling with 1 teen instead of 2 small children.

We always enjoy the unit we rent in building 10. Unit 302
The owners are always doing upgrades and they take pride in their unit.
We also enjoy the two weeks we spent in building 4 prior or our months in building 10, but we prefer the gulf view.

Prior to booking we read through all of the reviews for the available units and this unit sounded the best. The reviews were 100% correct. I have stayed at condo's in the past (never in Treasure Island), but this was the 1st one I booked myself. We thought this unit was very nice, updated furnishings, comfortable bed, great appliances, nice full set of utensils and the views are outstanding. Great access to the beach, we walked up & down the beach daily, very nice boardwalk around the property, large heated pool (but it is for all condo's, so the chairs fill up quickly), great on-site covered parking. We really liked this unit. Our only complaint was that the shower in the Master bedroom was small, but we looked at a couple of other units while we were there and all of the units have small showers in the Master bedroom, so the blame would be on the designer, not the home owner. The shower in the 2nd bathroom is very large, so it worked out. Overall Great unit, cannot wait to return. The staff at Resort Realty were great to work with from the booking process through the end of our stay (& no they are not paying me to say that). This vacation was a very nice break for us and staying at LandsEnd was a great choice.

Warm welcome at the Realtors office. Warm welcome at the Guards house at Lands End. Entering a clean and comfortable apartment made us feel at home instantly.
Short distance to the beach, spacious pool, renovated tennis-courts and successful fishing made our stay absolutley perfect.
