Land's End 11-202 Beach Front

Check in and out process was very easy! Condo was well kept and in a beautiful location. We will likely be back!

Condo was right on the beach on Treasure Island. Condo was a nice size with both bedrooms having a king size bed. Perfect for 4 adults. Grounds and pool were great. We did feel it needed a little updating and there were a few little issues but nothing that caused us to not enjoy our vacation.

Easy to get around and beach was gorgeous. We would definitely rent again. Only things of concern were that binds in king bedroom didn’t open well and so we were unable to fully open them and enjoy the view. Also it was amazing to have a washer and dryer however dryer lint trap is broken causing lint to accumulate within the machine and could be a fire hazard. Machine works great-it just needs a new dryer lint trap.

Location was perfect. Beach view from master bedroom and living room. Easy access to the beach. Staff was courteous and helpful. Lots of amenities like tennis, pickleball, pool, hot tub etc. Rackets are available on request

Wonderful Anonymous! pleased you found the location at beautiful Land's End building 11-unit 202 perfect. Glad the beach views were from the primary bedroom as well as, the Livingroom with easy beach access. That is awesome the staff was courteous and helpful, and they had a lot of amenities to include tennis, pickleball, very accommodating with rackets available upon request, pool and hot tub. We hope you relaxed whilst having all that fun. We are hopeful you will join us again for a future stay.

We liked everything about this property. The condo was beautiful. The beach was pristine. The kids favorite part was the extended distance of the shallow water. They could walk way out into the ocean before it started to get deep.

The condo was very updated and looked very nice and beachy. Great kitchen, family room furniture, bedrooms/bathrooms. Good access to the beach and view of the beach from the family room and bedroom. This was a really nice condo.

Rental company easy to work with and responded quickly to any of my questions. Process of picking up key went smoothly. Resort was very nice and quiet. There was some construction going on at resort but we never heard it and it never bothered us. The condo was nice, updated some, but a few things could be fixed. The door where washer and dryer was, was completely off track. Dishwasher is very old, don’t think it got the dishes very clean. Kitchen very small, but we never cooked in it.

The view was wonderful to wake up to every morning! The location was perfect! The condo was the just the right size for our family especially being just a walk over the bridge to the ocean. The pools were super clean and nice. And everyone around us was very pleasant.

Great location and overall good place and enjoyed pickle ball and tennis courts. The property management was professional, friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was water heater only produced lukewarm water. We called the property management company got a plumber out within 24hours and was able to get hot water.

We love Resort Rentals & Lands End. This is a great unit, with a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped for a vacation rental. It is just a few steps from the beach or the boardwalk, or you can just sit on the balcony and enjoy! You can hear the surf from the bedroom -- so relaxing to fall asleep to. Lands End has a great pool. Resort Rentals is very responsive if there is an issue with the unit you're renting. LE is at the end of Sunset Beach which is very quiet, but it does mean that most restaurants/bars/other activities are over a mile away and will probably require a car.

Now that I have retired it is my choice of retirement for the winters in the years to come. The unit itself was a little "tired" and could do with a freshen up. However the property and its amenities are the perfect spot to hide away and relax and enjoy a quiet time.
The staff at Lands End are polite and extremely helpful.
The staff at Resort Rentals who I dealt with on my first day of arrival and the staff with whom I interacted during my stay were top class. Any issues or concerns that I had were dealt promptly.
I look forward to returning next winter.

We rented two condos next door to each other at Lands End. We had plenty of room and beautiful views of the gulf. Lands End was a great spot with beautiful grounds, and lots to do for our family. The Gulf, for those who loved the beach, the pool for those who preferred a pool and the channel for our fishermen. Loved every minute and plan to go back!

we had a lovely time. Everyone was very friendly. The unit was very clean, though, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly so we hand washed all the dishes which was not a big deal. Also, there were no cleaning solutions and we did not want to buy any as we were there only two weeks.

I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We have been to many different rental properties over the years. Lands end has become our favorite. The location, privacy and daily dolphin shows keep bringing us back year after year. Resort realty are very accommodating.

My family and I had a great experience at Lands End. We met a nice Family from Canada, who owns one of the condos at Lands End, the beach was nice, the condo had a great view and everything we needed for a home away from home. We will definately consider coming back.

Very satisfied with our stay. Beautiful, clean, location. Loved the pool, great beach! Nice, friendly people in area. Kinda bummed my kids could not go in hot tub-but I do understand -also some beach towels would have been great(I should have thought of that before hand) Thank you!

We had a wonderful time Only problem not enough towels for 4 people but it was corrected
ASAP Also need different pots and pans as the frying pan sticks. The murals on the wall were beautiful. It was a great condo. The view was great and we saw dolphins and a manatee and a stingray. Would definitely stay in that location and unit again. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Can't wait to go back again. Resort Realty was very helpful.

Overall, a great location and enjoyable stay at Lands' End. We were happy with the condition of the unit, though the silverwear and glasses had a build up of residue spotting and were not able to get cleaned. We used paper plates and utensils. Also, there was a water leak fom underneath the refrigerator which required us to keep a towel on the floor to soak up the water during our stay.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. I love the fact you gave us such high ratings! Unfortunately hard water is our nemesis when it comes to the dishware but that’s Florida for you. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if anything is inoperable or broken in your condo. We can usually have it repaired within a day or so.
