Very clean, bright, well-appointed unit. View of Gulf somewhat restricted due to vegetation, but still nice.

Felt like our own private island...
Lands End is a perfect name for this little slice of earth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and in good condition and the grounds were taken care of. The beach was very private and not crowded at all.

School Vacation Getaway
I've stayed at Land's End several times before. The location is exceptional. Private Beach, boardwalk, quiet, fantastic sunsets. This condo was nicely decorated with leather sofas, tile flooring and the beds were comfortable. It had most everything we needed, however, surprisingly, we couldn't find a hair dryer. I will make a point to pack one next time. The beach chairs are in bad shape and do need replacing. The one disappointment was the location of the condo. The second floor doesn't offer nearly as nice a view as the fourth floor, which is where I've always stayed before. Also, building 11 is right next to The Mansions, and so we got some street and building worker noise. Next time I will stay on the 3rd or 4th floor toward the middle of this complex. This is no fault to the owner or Resort Rentals, just a personal preference of mine.

Thanks so much for your review. . I appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you liked about the condo as well as suggestions on areas that you feel could be improved or enhanced. So sorry about the noise from the Mansions. It is my understanding that the work they were doing has been completed. Again thanks for your review and we hope to see you again next year!

Excellent, Beautiful property and great location,Will be back
The condo was in a great location and was very well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, beach umbrellas, chairs and toys. My only negatives are that there was a large spot of paint coming off the wall in the 2nd bedroom, the rug in the living room could be cleaned or replaced, and the hot tub being off limits to anyone under 17 years of age. The beach, boardwalk, and the property was beautiful. We will be back and will most likely request the same condo.

Thanks for your review. So glad to hear all went well. Sorry about the 2 issues you had in the condo. Next time please don't hesitate to let us know if there is an issue. We have no problem revisiting a place to make things right. As for the hot tub rule, unfortunately that one is out of our control. There is a great deal of documented controversy as to the safety of children in hot tubs and Lands End has opted to err on the side of caution. It is great that you are planning to return! Hope to see you soon!

Spring Break 2014
Our rental experience at Land's End in Treasure Island was a perfect destination for family time with our daughter, son-in-law, and our 3 year old grandson. The heated pool was ideal since the weather was cooler than normal during our stay. Our only problem was connecting to the WiFi in the unit. Even using the code provided we could not get a connection. But in the end it was a vacation from technology which really wasn't that big of a deal. We hope to return for another family vacation. Our grandson loved looking for the dolphins!

Can't wait to return, good location for a winter escape, too!
The view from our balcony was a seascape painting and the sunsets were fantastic. Great walks along the beach to view turtle nests and birds, plus the added boardwalk, as a choice. I love to swim, morning swims in the pool were great for undisturbed laps-length was a real work-out, and with also, for shorter laps. We liked the private location inside of this Land End's complex. We are sharing this place with family and friends.

Fun in the Sun
We rented 5 condos for our extended family of 11 adults and 9 young children. The location was perfect, with beach and pool right there. A central area where a large group could gather for lunch or supper would be a welcome addition to this property.

April 14-21, 2012 Visit
Our stay was wonderful. My husband did fix the lock on the door (knob) as the key would not go in it and he also fixed the sliding door to the balcony as it was so hard to open. I was somewhat surprised that there was no hair dryer at this location. But!! it didn't matter as I really didn't need one anyway. Wonderful weather, beautiful location, wonderful beach. Our place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would most definitely stay here again!

Thanks so much for the great review. Although I appreciate it, I feel bad that your husband fixed those items. Next time, please let us know. We definitely prefer sending maintenance out for those things and letting you enjoy your vacation. Thanks again!!!
