Land's End 11-405 Beach Front - Premier

Very lovely condo, very suitable for us as two couples traveling together. We loved having the options of beach, boardwalk and pool. Would choose this location again without reservation.

The stay and accommodations were great. There were only a couple of repairs that need to be tended to and they are: the kitchen faucet is very loose and the master bedroom patio door blinds were difficult to open. These should be addressed. Thank you and we look forward to next year.

This condo was so beautiful. The amenities available was very nice. The kitchen was huge and the living room was very roomy and felt like home. I absolutely loved the walk in showers. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The wood floor gave the condo that beach feel and went with all the decor. The beach was beautiful and quiet. The pool area was well maintained and nice. My husband and I had a fantastic time. We absolutely loved this condo. We cannot wait to book this condo again.

Beautiful condo at the end of Treasure Island Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. The grounds were well maintained with a large swimming pool, tennis courts (including a pickle ball court), a hot tub, and a well maintained boardwalk. Condo had a great view of the beach with spectacular sunsets. We look forward to coming back!!!

prorerty and grounds very clean , well maintained , great veiw master bed a little firm for use but not enought to keep us from sleeping. The resrt does have a lot of rules but with just me and my wife that did not affect us. We stayed at first od November and breach was very vaccant , that was great

The property is well manicured and has a staffed entry gate that issues you a parking pass. Our room was oceanfront was well appointed and had a wonderful straight on ocean view. My only critique was that the beach (Sunset Beach) is well known to be LGBTQ friendly. To each his own; however, some of these “men” parade up and down the beach with bikini type swimwear that does not leave much to the imagination. And some of them as well as their conversations I happened to overhear are definitely not fit for children’s eyes or ears. Thankfully that activity was mostly only on the weekend. Many shops and restaurants are within a very short drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely return.

This is a beautiful waterfront condo. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We had great meals at local restaurants: Sea Dog, Shrimpys, Skidder; and Bella Brava in St. Pete. We also visited the lovely Sunken Gardens.

This was our first time staying at Land's End and the condo did not disappoint. The condo is exactly as pictured on VRBO. It was very clean, nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The views of the beach from the condo were great and the balcony although a little small had great views especially at sunset. This condo is in building #11 which is close to the pool and just a few minute walk to the beach. The only minor complaint is that the beds were a little hard but we overlooked that since the rest of the condo was great. The condo has a closet that has some beach/pool supplies such as a few beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and pool noodles which was great. The pool at Land's End was great, nice and big with plenty of lounging chairs. The workers at the condo are pretty strict, they walk around the pool throughout the day making sure people are following the rules. They are pretty strict about not having drinks in or near the pool as we witnessed throughout the week. The beach area was also very nice, not too crowded and the condo also has a kind of boardwalk that goes around the beach side of the condo and around the bay side of the condo. The condo sits at the end of Treasure Island so you are isolated a little bit from restaurants. Caddy's restaurant is about less than 2 miles from the condo and there are more restaurants further down and also in St. Pete's which is about a 20 minute drive or so depending on traffic. Overall this was a great condo, beach and location and would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo.

Our stay at Land's End 405 Bldg 11 was wonderful. I absolutely loved the clean, well-decorated, and maintained condo with its beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. The only glitch we had was with the beach chairs, as we are avid beachgoers, and went to the beach every day. (There were four beach chairs in the condo closet, but one was broken, one had duct tape repairs and two were small and uncomfortable.) We tried to purchase beach chairs locally, but only lawn chairs could be found. Otherwise, the condo was very well equipped and we had a wonderful time.

Excellent experience from booking online, to contactless checkin, to checkout! Resort Rentals is the BEST rental company to deal with. Lands End Condo Complex is a hidden paradise for adults. If you have young kids please know there are rules that are strictly enforced in the pool area such as no floats, loudness, rough-housing, etc. Lands End is a classy place and that is why we LOVE it! Rest and relaxation...NOT party central. The premier condos are superb! You would want to ensure you book a premier and nothing else! This particular condo is no exception, 5 stars all the way! We Jersey girls have been vacationing together for over 35 years, and the beach is No. 1 for us. We discovered Treasure Island last year, and fell in love. It has everything we love for a vacation....beach, sun, sand! This Unit we had this year was great! Loved sitting on balcony watching the sun set with iced cold cocktails! It had all the amenities you would need in a rental. Because of Covid-19, we stayed in and cooked more than usual, and we didnt lack a thing. We were disappointed that this unit was taken for next year, but we found another one 2 doors down that should work just fine. We love Lands End! The location is perfect for us, and the pool is big with lots of room to spread out! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Have stayed in this condo complex in the past and just loved it. Away from the hustle and bustle of Treasure Island but still only minutes from a myriad of good restaurants.
Had a few glitches with the unit but the management company handled them masterfully and won't hesitate to use them again or try for this unit.

This is our 2nd time visiting Lands End. It is an amazing complex. We love the location in that we are away from everything, but yet so close! We could grab something to eat or go to the grocery store within minutes. When we were on our balcony we felt as if we were the only ones there! Truly love this location!

We have stayed twice so far in Lands End property, beautiful, well kept and convenient to everything. The condo we rented was updated, clean and had everything needed to enjoy the comforts of home..... perfect. Great view of the ocean and a nice pool. We have rented from Resort Realty numerous times and were completely satisfied with them. We would give a five to all the questions below. We are planning on next year's Florida vacation at Lands End. We love the Treasure Island area.

Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay at Land's End. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your time in this lovely updated condo but we do apologize for the water pressure. A leak was discovered on the property causing them to do a repair that did in fact affect everyone's water pressure in the community. This has been resolved but we are sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused during your stay. In regards to the blankets, there should be extras in each condo and we are sorry if for any reason there were not there. This Land's End unit 405 is as described in listing. Well maintained. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen and bath rooms have been nicely updated. The rain shower and body spray handheld in master was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked. Few things like coffee filters for use with coffee maker would be nice to include. Also, cable with On Demand or DVR would be great addition. But overall, great value for the quality of the unit and views. I will definitely look to rent again when in the area!

Enjoy the thoughtful details, such as nightlights in the washrooms, dim lighting in the kitchen, especially in the early morning, kureig and wine glasses. View is a special treat for beach lovers. Grounds are beautiful. I suggest two beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

This unit is a beautifully furnished condo in a quiet resort right on the beach. The condo is nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. There is a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances and the living room is very comfy. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. The pool area and outside grounds are very nice and there is a great walkway that circles the resort and runs along the beach. We can’t wait to go back to Treasure Island and stay at this resort and in this unit!

Everything about this trip and rental were excellent. The after hours check-in was easy and our rental unit was exactly as described. The beds were so comfortable and the view of the Gulf and sunsets were amazing. The grounds, pool and beach are so nice and you can walk down the beach for miles. We are definitely coming back and renting this same unit!

The entire community is very well maintained! This condo was updated with a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. The pool was clean without a chlorine smell. Everyone was very friendly. The washer and dryer were brand new. The kitchen had new dishes and new pans for cooking. It has a pantry which was empty unlike so many rentals (as well has closets and drawers). The kitchen has a desk with ports and outlets to spare. We have vacationed in many condos and this was the best!

We stayed two weeks at Land's End. The property is very well maintained and in excellent condition. We faced the beach and watched the sunset every night. The condo is as pictured and large. Every thing is updated. The kitchen had a computer desk station that was great for us. We enjoyed our time here and plan to return!

We spent our 6th time in Lands End, Treasule Island our vacation.
This apartment 405, Building 11 is very nice, tastefully decorated with many Florida details such as pictures etc.
Bed very comfortable.
The only thing to complain about is the internet, which in comparison to the other apartment is not working well (on the balcony and also in the master bedroom very bad ).
What we missed is a table on the balcony. We as a typical German enjoy the beautiful view and the nice weather already for breakfast and on an couchtable, you see ist on the photos, is difficult.
A request from the owner, whether he provides us a table, was unfortunately rejected.
However, the caretaker of the LandsEnd plant found a table after about a week and gave it to us. Again a big plus of this very well maintained facility.

Besides the hot water not working in the master bathroom which was promptly fixed by property management the condo was amazing. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was spotless. Will be returning again! Our agent Dawn was very accommodating and made sure we were happy!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this rental. It is the best one so far that we have stayed in at Land's End. The entire condo is updated from top to bottom. Highly recommend. I wish we could always get this condo. We had a wonderful overall stay...there is so much to do or not do if you prefer. The beach is amazing and clean with lots of shells. We also like the area and go to Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Ybor. From visiting the museums, springs, beaches, zoo, aquarium, Busch Gardens, Sunken Gardens...awesome area to visit.
The condo complex is in a great location at the end of a road so it is private and safe with a guard house for monitored entry. The complex has tons to do from a saltwater pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, boardwalk, and sand volleyball court. Resort Rentals vacation management staff were awesome. The were responsive to my calls immediately and made sure everything was perfect for us. Since we flew in we didn't have a hair dryer, beach chairs or umbrella and Resort Rentals took care of us by lending us a hair dryer and the beach items for a $50.00 deposit! Amazing service just a phone call away. Everyone we spoke to at Resort Rentals was so kind and helpful. Can't wait to go back for another vacation.

We enjoyed a week in Unit 405 in Building 11. The condo was well maintained and stocked with things we needed that you can't bring from home. I would suggest an upgrade to the cabinets in the master bathroom in the near future.

The staff at Land's End were very profesional and helpful. The location was perfect. The unit we stayed in needs updating. The TV in the bedroom is old and the remote did not work well, the ceiling fan did not work, the telephone did not work , the general appearance of the condo was shabby. The bed was very comfortable and the views were great. I would return to Land's End but to another condo.

This is a very nice unit in a great location with a beautiful ocean view. The deck is very private and can not be seen from any other deck. We would not hesitate staying in this unit again. This is our second stay at Lands End and have booked through Resort Rentals already a Spring trip here. Had a slight TV problem with the cable and called Resort Rentals. The person tried for a couple of min. to walk me through it and with no success said they would get right back to me. With in 5 min. someone called me back and told me how to fix the situation. you can't ask for better service than that. If they couldn't fix on the phone they said they were going to send someone right over. Great customer service Resort Rentals!

we love Lands End. We stay there 4-5 times a year. we book thru Resort Realty some of the time, but we wish there was more discount incentive for frequent stays annually. in the past we haven't managed to qualify for the discount so we do shop around the best deal.

The unit we stayed in this time was beautifully decorated. However, it didn't have many towels as past units and also past units have had extra pillows and small blankets to use while watching tv and such. overall, we do love lands end

What a beautiful resort! Right at the end of the island. We saw dolphins daily and manta rays swam around us playfully. The beaches are pristine. Great place to have our family and grand kids explore and relax.

We had been in Lands end since 4 years in october / november . We rented different condos, all with ocean front view. Anything was okay in all condos, that`s the reason for coming back, also this year. The staff from resort rentals is very helpfull, particularly conny for german visitors.

Location is quiet & attractive, yet not far from restaurants, etc. Unit is nice overall, but for the rental cost, some improvements are warranted. Guest BR carpet is very stained, and kitchen furnishings such as glasses, baking pans and dishes should be better stocked.
Resort Rentals has been very helpful in solving some problems.

Great stay at a great property. Condo was quiet, spacious and clean with a wonderful view of the ocean. Balcony was a great oceanfront dining option. Only downside was metal patio chairs have rusted on their back and can leave stains on clothes.

Spent 2 weeks in(almost)Paradise!!The condo is quite lovely.The location is perfect and so very peaceful.The updated kitchen is a real others have reviewed,the master bedroom and bathroom are adequate but could be updated.The dishwasher DEFINITELY needs replaced....I washed dishes manually for 2 weeks...not fun!!
The folks at Resort Rentals were a delight to deal with.
We would be happy to return to this long as the dishwasher is replaced!

You can't beat Land's End for sunset experiences. This unit is nicely updated, has WIFI along with the cable TV, and the kitchen is well-furnished for cooking if you choose.

This was our third visit to Land's End.This visit we decided to stay in a different condo then our previous stay. Our condo was very nice, clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The master bathroom could use some updating, and the dishwasher left
food residule on the dishes. But over all we were pleased with the condo and staff at Land's End. We enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tubs and the beautiful view from our balcony. Our family is planning to return next year.

We have stayed at Lands End several times over the years, and we LOVE it! Units are clean, well-stocked, and right on the beach. Covered parking is especially nice. The staff at Resort Rentals is great! My family and I highly recommend it.

Unit was just as the photos showed. Carpets need to be replaced in both bedrooms and the master bath could use some work but the rest of the unit was great. Looks like a recent reno done on kitchen and main area.
