We stay at Lands year because we love the location and the condo itself! It’s so nice being om vacation, but not in the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas.

Each time we have rented through RR, we have been pleased with the easy of the process, the professionalism and friendliness, Thank You! The Land's End Condo's are our favorite for many reasons. We have stayed in almost every building over the years, this was the 1st time in Building #11. The Unit was a good choice. the owners have updated the Unit and RR has maintained it.

Two lifelong friends traveling together for a relaxing vacation. As 2 senior adult friends, we appreciated having our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. There were beach chairs for our use (wish we had known ahead of time for planning) but no umbrella. These were not promised, just a note for future renters. The kitchen had plenty of dishes so we only ran the dishwasher a couple of times. We didn't do any cooking but it seemed to have anything I would have needed to prepare meals. The pool was big and very clean and there was always space on the beach, although the weekends seemed to be a meetup for local groups and was more crowded. We found over 200 sand dollars in the gulf which was a highlight of our trip. Towels and linens were provided by a service and were not at all soft, kind of uncomfortable to dry off after a day at the beach. The t.v. and internet service worked well for us and the family room was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the gulf. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we hope to be able to return next year.

This property is quiet and well maintained. It has a gorgeous beachfront view and excellent accessibility to the beach. We appreciated the security provided and help at the guard gate. The condo itself is super efficient, awesome appliances and and nicely furnished. The management company is very professional. Cannot wait to return!

Very impressed with property, pool, beach, condo, and location! We loved that we could ride our bikes to restaurants and bars that were less than 1-1/2 miles away. Pool and hot tub were very good. The condo was very relaxing and beautiful layout. The sunset and after sunset relaxing on the deck was the priceless!

10/10 would recommend!! Great location at the south end of Treasure Island on the water. Pool was great for two kids to swim and play! Property was in perfect shape. We would absolutely stay again!

Friend who had stayed at Land's End for several years talked us in to trying it out. We stayed the first two weeks of May and the weather was perfect. Very little rain, highs in mid 80's lows 65-70. The beach was not crowded except of Sundays when locals kind of took over. Sundays is a good day to plan on something else. The kitchen was well-equipped. Bedroom had an ocean view also which was nice. Plenty of storage space, two sink master bathroom.. I wish the walk-in shower was in the master but not too hard to walks a few steps to the guest bath with shower. Looks freshly painted, nice artwork and magnificent view of ocean and sunset. The patio is good for two. We already made our reservations for next year.

We love Treasure Island and Lands End. This was our first time renting this condo and it was nice, but the bed was terrible. I like a firm mattress, but this was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Luckily, the view and other amenities still warrant 5 stars! We will definitely return to Lands End, but won’t rent this unit due to the bed. The owners seriously need to upgrade the mattress!

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront property. Gated entrance for security. Nice heated pool and hot tub. From inside, or from the balcony, the water and the waves are beautiful to look at. The condo was clean, comfortable, and updated. The boardwalk around the property is nice for walks.

We apologize for the roofing project that is currently taking place at the property and any disruption it may have caused you. We did advise all of our guests as soon as we were informed of this project so that no one was caught off guard, however, we are sorry for the noise that came along with it. The condo met all our expectations!!It was a lovely space to stay during our daughter's wedding week. We were close to our family and friends who came for the wedding. The property was exactly like the the online pictures. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom. All the property grounds were very well maintained. Check in and check out was very easy. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. One word of caution. The red chair is a swivel chair and I sat on the edge to put on shoes and the chair turned over on me as I landed on the floor.I should have been more careful as I knew it was a swivel chair.Beds were comfortable. Lovely bathrooms and plenty of towels were provided. I would love to come back for a relaxing vacation. My daughter and her new husband said they would stay at Land's End on future trips to Treasure Island.
Landline phone didn't work after first day. TV in the master bedroom didn't have reception.

We are so sorry you lost your balance in the swivel chair!! If you have any troubles with the TV's please just give us a call and we will happily help you out with that. The service provider has a set up that can be a bit tricky and if one of the components get out of sync from the others, it will say you do not have cable connection. More often than not it is the cable box that has not kicked on and it may just need to be manual turned on, or have a quick update and things are back in place. We are sorry for any frustration it gave you but everything is working properly and never hesitate to give us a call for help. Congrats again to all and we hope to see you back for a future visit!

We have been staying at Lands End for many years. Our apartment was beautiful and we were blessed with beautiful weather. Kitchen is well stocked. Apartment is beautifully updated in kitchen and baths. Only matter of concern is that the red chair in the living room spins and has caught my parents and daughter off guard a few times. If they remember it spins, no problem. Beach is beautiful, great restaurants and stores, hospital and airport are close by. Resort Realty rentals is wonderful to deal with.

What can I say. The unit was in great shape and up to date, the property was clean and the staff was friendly and once again the best part was checking and getting to see Gail once again. There is nothing like a smiling face and great customer service after driving 16 hours. I have said it before, she is the true treasure of Treasure Island. Thank you Gail for the hospitality.

Watch dolphins from your bedroom or balcony. Everything you need in the unit. Check-in, check-out procedures easy. Short drive from grocery, gas, and other amazing beaches. This has been the best beach vacation in Florida.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Watch dolphins from your bedroom or balcony. Everything you need in the unit. Check-in, check-out procedures easy. Short drive from grocery, gas, and other amazing beaches. This has been the best beach vacation in Florida.

The unit was great, everything was updated. Washer/dryer was larger capacity than most stackables. Resort Rentals was great to work with, as always, and addressed our wifi issue within minutes of being contacted. We have stayed at many units in Lands End and this is our favorite.

We had looked at photos of many, many Lands End units on the Resort Rentals website and this one seemed to stand out -- we were not disappointed when we arrived. The unit is completely updated -- fully tiled floors, fully updated bathrooms and kitchens (granite counters, under mount sinks, quality cabinets, stainless steel appliances), walk-in shower in guest bath, large gulf front master bedroom. Everything in this unit seems new/newer and is very well coordinated. The gulf front beach view is perfect and the covered patio (not huge, but adequate) is private. The resort grounds were not overly lavish, but are very nice; 1st floor covered parking keeps your car cool. Resort Rentals was easy to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend this unit. My only (relatively minor) complaint would be the noisy fan in the guest bathroom.

Quite simply, when you're sitting on the terrace of this beautiful condo, overlooking the magnificent Gulf, there is clearly no other place you need to consider for a vacation.
The water is magnificent, the beach fantastic and nearby restaurants and shops a treat. If you bring the kids,the pool is wonderful but the beach is simply magnificent. Proximity to Orlando for day trips to Disney is an asset.
The condo itself is wonderfully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, baths. Beautiful new flat-screens TV'S in L/R an Master with internet access. Only shortfall is the lack of a TV in the guest room. Only recommendation is to supply one right away.
Thanks Resort Rentals for a great experience and thanks to the owners for a great condo! We will return.

Resort Rentals is a wonderful company to deal with went renting a vacation rental. Treasure island is a beautiful beach area with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The sunsets on the beach are the best.

On the beach, gazing at the gulf, this recently remodeled unit provided many relaxing evenings as we sat on the balcony, sipped martinis and watched the sun go down. In the well appointed kitchen we cooked wonderful dinners with fresh pasta and pesto sauce from the Italian Market mixed with shrimp and scallops from the local seafood markets.
Afterwards, a walk on the beach with a chilled glass of chardonnay made for the perfect ending to a perfect day.

Completely renovated.Kitchen fully stocked.Plenty of linens,towels even some water toys in closet. Only complaint-Glass table in living room too heavy to move & hard to get around it. Beautiful but dangerous if kids trip on shag rug & hit it. I would recommend this unit to people without young children.

A great home away from home. Location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and pool Quiet and everything one needs to feel Right at Home! We had family in the Unit Next door which made it even more fun and easily access to one another Yet till private! Highly Recommended
