Land's End 1-202 Bay Front

Was what I expected. Was already familiar with area.
Place was clean. Had a balcony which I liked. Pool and hot tub were well maintained.
Short walk to beaches.
Enjoyed it.

Bra på alla sätt men tyvärr finns just här ingen möjlighet att följa stranden söderut vilket gör att det blir lite avskilt från det mesta och bästa av strandlivet som barer och annat söderut. Hissen trasig i vårt hus men den infon fick vi innan. Annars mycket bra!

My husband and I wanted a relaxing, quiet place within walking distance of the beach and this was exactly what we were looking for. Positives - The Lands End condo area is very nice. It has a lot of recreational opportunities. There is also a wooden walkway that runs parallel to the beach perfect for a stroll. - The location at the end of Treasure Island made it very quiet without a lot of traffic and noisy neighbors. - It was also close enough to restaurants and other activities that you could get out if you wanted to. - The condo itself was nice with a kitchen that had what we needed to make our own meals. - The porch had very nice chairs to sit on and enjoy the sunrise, bay view, coffee and a good book. - The best part for us was the short walk to a beautiful beach. It wasn't very crowded and the water was gorgeous. Things to consider before your stay- - This place was perfect for us. We don't expect luxury when we go to the beach. The condo had all that we needed but was a little dated inside. Don't get me wrong- everything was in good shape- just could use some updates. - The view off the patio isn't great- a public parking lot with a dog beach. It was a good place for people watching but if you want a more peaceful view- go for the beach view. I am sure this is also why it is a little less expensive which worked for us. - It could be a little cleaner. We found chips and crumbs under the couch that were not ours. We would go back again for sure.

The condo was renovated and the appliances looked like they had barely been used. Great memory foam mattress. The bathroom could use some extra towel hooks, the washing machine, didn't sound like any machine I'd ever used, but, the property and location were top notch. Would stay here again!

We had to go to the rental agency to get the code to open the door. The lady at the agency was very put out that we came even though it was not clear to us how to get the code. The rest of our stay was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at Lands End and the 202 condo. The location was easy to the pool, beach, tennis courts and the walkway around the property! Awesome place!

This was the perfect unit for us. It was a small walk to the pool and beach. We liked the view of the bayside. Everything was clean and easy to keep clean. It was close to anything we needed, grocery store, restaurants, shopping.

Clean, convenient, hospitality wonderful Will return visit! Only thing missing were small lawn chairs for beach and dishwasher detergent or dish detergent and trash bags which I didn’t bring but bought at store! Would definitely do this site over again! Wonderful vacation!!!

The condo was clean and comfortable and had had everything you would need for your stay. The location was great as we could watch people fishing off the dock of the intercoastal and we're also just across from the pool. The beach was 200 steps from our door. We would definitely go back.

I love the area and have stayed at Lands End many years-it's showing it's age in some areas. Condo 202 was not clean and certainly had not been cleaned for COVID. Carpet needed shampooing, furniture needs cleaning,doors around door knobs very dirty, kitchen floor and counters sticky,very dusty,blankets dirty-Resort Rentals is a friendly and professional company-love them-but the cleaning operation is terrible. Check things out before you stay.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The condo was nice and clean with everything supplied. The property was excellent! The location is incredible and the amenities offered are very enjoyable. The only minor issue was the laundry room was locked and we couldn’t get in until the following business day. The maintenance man was super nice and very apologetic.

We had just one problem with our condo. The refrigerator was not working properly (there was water pooling inside it.) It was fixed by the time we went back to the condo.

The condo was very nice. The only problem we had with it is that the sheets did not fit the bed and would come off and bunch up under us, which didn’t make for a great nights sleep. The carpet needs to be cleaned in the living room also.

Loved staying here, and felt very safe with all of our grandchildren running around. We did feel some of security staff was a little aggressive and rude to us and our grandkids. But other than that we loved it all, and will definitely be back again!

Was very nice had family to come by for the Fourth of July staff was very helpful with getting them parking and every one that I came in contact with was very helpful and friendly the unit was clean and the air conditioning worked great unlike some places we have stayed at in Florida and that can be a deal breaker for me we just had a really great time the only thing that was a little bothersome was mosquitos on the balcony but other than that we loved it and definitely would come back Thanks to all the staff people

This is our second year at Lands End. We stayed in Building 1 both times. This year was #202 and it was another great experience. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We recommend this unit if you are looking for a 1/1 condo. The only drawback was that the assigned parking place was adjacent to vs under the building.

Resort Rentals is great. The website makes it easy to choose a unit and book it. If you need something, they're right on it.

We have used Resort Rentals on several occassions in the past staying at Land's End several times. This particular unit was clean and cared for. It did however lack some of the minor details we have had in other units. We cook outside a lot but there were no utensils for grilling out. We couldn't use the plastic you use on cookware in the rental. Made cooking outside interesting. The furniture was OK, dated, but clean. Bathroom door to bedroom kept coming off it's runner. Coffee Table had a small break in the corner of the wood trim. Nothing major. Just well lived in.
The staff at Land's End was friendly and easy to talk to. The property is well kept and easy to navigate through.
We enjoy Land's End because it is a close drive to great reastaurants and activities of all kinds. Yet, the property is isolated and the beach front is never overrun with people and always clean!
