Condo was great. Resort Rentals was great. We were moving from one condo to another after extending our vacation for another week. We were able to get the key early and move out stuff down the hall to the new condo. Condo was updated and comfortable. Some internet connection issues but was resolved by the end of the week.

The condo community and the beach were beautiful. We enjoyed the long walks (3.5 miles each way) from end to end of Treasure Island. The condo itself was very nice and had a great (partial) view of the gulf. Negatives were the condo had extremely limited tools for preparing meals (pots/pans, utensils, etc.) and those were not very clean, though the condo itself was clean. Also, there is a lot of noise from a nearby bar so be prepared for that. We had a lovely trip and would stay there again.

This condo is located in a little treasure of an area. Since the property is at the tip, you get a private beach vibe. The actual beach is super spacious, so you have lots of area space to not feel so jammed. The property has many nice amenities, and a gated community with security. There were several families there and it was still peaceful, quiet, and a perfect vacation.

The condo was a wonderful place to stay for two weeks! It is nicely decorated, with very comfortable furniture. It has easy access to the property's pool and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the beach is easy from private boardwalks behind the property, or by going around the corner to get to the sand from a public boardwalk. Many thanks to the management company for promptly sending someone to fix minor issues with the sliding glass door and the vertical blinds. I would definitely stay at the property again.

The location of this condo was wonderful. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. This gated community is at the tip of Treasure Island which kept the car traffic low. The staff working within Land's End were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a few equipment/mechanical issues during our stay and the staff of Resort Rental agency were courteous and prompt in responding. The bed is extremely comfortable, which is often a challenge when traveling! We were happy to have access to a Ninja blender for morning smoothies! If you plan to be on the beach during your stay, be sure to make arrangements with the rental agency to borrow beach chairs/umbrella and bring your own towels. If you are like us and prefer to cook all of your meals, bring or plan to buy any spices or seasonings you use and understand that the kitchen utensils are the very basics. We enjoyed this unit so much that we booked another stay! Safe travels! Kim & Dan

THe Condo was very nicely updated and clean, we enjoyed the stay and the view from the balcony (we could see the ocean) was nice! The King size bed was very comfortable. We didn't really do a lot of cooking in the condo, but the kitchen had everything we needed. We will rent this one again!

Right from the moment we opened the door we realised what a fabulous apartment this was. Open outlook with a sea view and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. Facilities were excellent with a pool and a hot tub just across the road.

Overall a very good unit for two. We had a little trouble with the vertical blinds, they can be tricky but Resort Rentals handled it very efficiently. The unit was a little light on kitchen utensils we had to buy a Dollar store chef's nice for chopping. We really enjoyed the pool area and boardwalk.

We just returned from our fourth stay, and Land's End feels like home. It is quiet, comfortable, and has all that we need. It is right on the beach and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Land's End is the highlight of our winter. We will be back next January. The only concern we have is that the unit we stay in could use a deep cleaning.

As you can see in my former reviews we spent several holidays in Land's End. The best I can say is, that we will come back as soon as possible.
This time there was some maintenance repairs at other buildings and beach improvements.
But at always the staff and the resort rentals team is very eager to make the stay very comfortable.

A very pleasant two weeks in the sunshine even if the temperatures were a little on the cool side. Only minor problem - the fitted sheet didn't fit. We talked to the agent who replaced the sheet - problem solved.

It was our 6th time in Land's End, most of the stays in this premium condo. The apartment is as described and shown on the homepage.
The staff at the gate is always friendly.
Different pillows, a well equipped kitchen, enough towels, a new bigger TV in the sleeping room, everything worked as it should in the condo.
You can sit or lie on the furniture on the balcony.
Resort Rentals make it every time very easy to take the keys and to leave at the departure day. If there a questions during the stay or something to print out (Tickets, Boarding Passes) they are always very helpful.
The best I can say about our experience is the fact that we booked our next stay there.

Our overall experience was a great one. Clean, updated, comfortable, and well equipped. Our only problem was the internet usage. It did not work regardless of the simple troubleshooting measures done (resetting, unplugging, etc.) This did not effect me as I was on vacation in hopes to NOT use the internet but I know this will affect majority of vacationers. But other than that I would recommend this place to others.

Land's End is so quiet and peaceful. And relaxing. We spent our days either on the beach or next to the pool. The unit we stayed in was perfectly clean and well-supplied. We like.that fact the property is literally at the end of the road, so there is no traffic noise or congestion. No worries. This was our second stay, and we plan to be back next winter.

Nearly every thing is exactly so as you can see it on the web. If you have a problem (our Wifi in the apartment didn't work as we arrived), the staff at resort rentals will help you very nicely and inform you over the progress.
The 2 different apartments we used in the last 2 years were both in a good condition and clean.
If you want to sleep longer than 8am you will be disturbed at some days because the resort staff is working. And in some nights - if you open your balcony doors - you can hear the music from a party location in St. Pete Beach.
Overall it is nearly perfect for us, so we already booked our next stay in 2017 there.

The Bay side facing buildings (1-4) do have St Pete Beach across the waterway and a few of the establishments do have live entertainment. There is a city ordinance in place so they cannot go all hours of the night, we are sorry if this was any disruption for you. Resort Rentals were very friendly, we have stayed at Land' End Resort many times in the past. The rental manager arranged for us to move our car from outside to inside parking, thanks again.

The unit was a one bedroom at Land's End, building 1 unit 301, by far one the bests unit we have stayed at. Everything was fine except the dining room table wobbled and the microwave light to illuminate the stove top did not work.

The owners and resort association keeps their areas in great condition. During out stay, there was some construction occurring on other buildings and general maintenance on the resort, but the work did not start until after 8AM.

We had a great view of the swimming pool and gulf, both just minutes away. Plentiful food and entertainment choices were just a short drive away. A public boardwalk surrounds the property to get in some exercise, fishing, or just taking the relaxing views.

We plan to stay at Land' End on our next visit to Treasure Island, Florida.

This condo that you stayed in falls into our premier category of units with recent updates; the owners did a beautiful job!! Any maintenance items that may need to be addressed (such as the wobbling table or lights) please do not hesitate to contact us in our office and we will have someone from our maintenance staff come out and take care of anything that you need. The rental manager arranged for us to move our car from outside to inside parking, thanks again.

The unit was a one bedroom at Land's End, building 1 unit 301, by far one the bests unit we have stayed at. Everything was fine except the dining room table wobbled and the microwave light to illuminate the stove top did not work.

The owners and resort association keeps their areas in great condition. During out stay, there was some construction occurring on other buildings and general maintenance on the resort, but the work did not start until after 8AM.

We had a great view of the swimming pool and gulf, both just minutes away. Plentiful food and entertainment choices were just a short drive away. A public boardwalk surrounds the property to get in some exercise, fishing, or just taking the relaxing views.

We plan to stay at Land' End on our next visit to Treasure Island, Florida.

Enjoy the beach. It was more busy this year. My condo was remodeled and very nice. Close to Publix and great rooftops. I will return again.

Land's End is incredibly quiet and relaxing. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. The beach is not at all crowded. Our condo was quite comfortable and impressively clean.
We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Unit just as described and shown in the pictures. We have stayed at Land's End many times and #301 building 1 with gulf view was by far the best. The only downside was the unit did not have a covered parking spot on the ground floor, this is not mentioned about the unit until we got the keys from the rental office, we booked unit from Resort Rentals website.

The location is just a short walk to the pool or the beach. Just a short drive to our favorite restaurants, Gigi's for pizza and Leverock's for seafood.

Treasure Island had many activities during our stay, we really enjoyed the Veterans's day kite fly-in, got to talk and sit with the some of the organizers, everyone was very friendly.

For the arts lovers, there are many fine museums and live theater, we especially like to go to Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater (45 minute drive) to see concerts and Broadway shows.

The best part of our stay was visiting our relatives now living in the St. Petersburg area. The kids are all grown-up now with their own children. We really enjoyed our time with them.

I would recommend this property to anyone that wanted to have a great vacation getaway!!!

The resort area is behind a small gate and every condo has his own parking lot (unfortunately ours is not under the houses).

The resort area with a swimming pool, tennis courts, a grill and so on is in good order.

But the best is the condo itself. The apartment is in a very good condition (looks 100 % like the pictures on the web). All equipment works really perfect (TVs, WiFi, Air Condition, fridge, washer, dryer, kitchen, ...).
Everything is very clean and worth living and there's a lot of space for nearly everything.

It's easy to walk to the beach and back (with a shower for the feet).

With a 20 minutes drive you can reach the Tropicana Field to watch the Rays (sadly only between April - September).
This resort is really at the End of the Island.
Therefore you have to drive a few minutes till you reach a choice of restaurants (e.g. 5 min to the next Dunkin' Donuts) or supermarkets.

The folks at Resort Rentals are very helpful organizing a perfect stay (also outside the office hours).

I have booked a further stay. Hence 5 Stars!

It was my seventh stay in the area between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.
Although I lived during this vacations in good hotels or apartments, I never ever have had such a nice and comfortable suite as on Lands End in this premium condo (#301, Building 1).
I lived there for 10 days in May 2015.

First the only 2 subjects in #301, which are not perfect:
- not every condo has a reserved parking place in the shadow (under the building)
- the view on the beach is restricted and there's only view sun on the balcony

Now some of the wonderful subjects in #301:
- the apartment is in a very good condition (looks 100 % like the pictures on the web)
- all equipment works perfect (TVs, WiFi, air- condition, fridge, washer, dryer, ...)
- it is very clean and worth living and there's a lot of space for nearly everything
You can come and go whenever you want. The guards at the gate are very polite.

There is a swimming pool and a tennis court on the facility (I didn't use them).
Sometimes there is some noise (playing childrens, mowing machines).
It's easy to walk over a small wooden Bridge to the beach and back again (with a shower for the sand at the feet).
You need some minutes to drive to restaurants or supermarkets.
With a 20 minutes drive you can reach the Tropicana Field to watch the Tampa Bay Rays.

The folks at Resort Rentals are very helpful organizing a perfect stay (I could check-in at 1pm).

Result: I will come back in September 2015.

Eceptionally well laid out; pleasing decor made our stay comfy. The balcony facing pool and gulf beyond provided evening comfort with its ample supply of furniture and outdoor candlesticks.
