Thank you so much for such a great rental! It was spacious and very clean. We loved the beachy decorations. It was a great location. The weather that week wasn't the best, so it was fantastic to have a nice place to stay when we didn't want to be outside.

This was an excellent Condo in a really special location. We were looking for a relaxing holiday and that was exactly what we got. Sitting by the pool, a swim in the sea or a walk along the beach just what the doctor ordered.
We have been to other places along the Gulf Coast a number of times but will certainly return to Lands End when we can.

Comfortable. Beautiful location and property. We will be back. Please look at the dish towels provided and do not supply guests with ones that look like someone washed their dirty car with them. I asked for new ones or at least cleaner ones and go 1 clean and 1 in the same described shape as above. Management very responsive but check out portal would not work for me. Property VERY clean and well kept. Rules were not enforced as far as saving pool chairs. Pool big and nice. Loved the Boardwalk around the property.

First, the positives: Great location out of the hustle and bustle The room had been cleaned very well Plenty of towels for my wife and myself Several beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and coolers in the unit Very large pool and pool area with bath house Very short walk to the beach Close to John's Pass and St. Pete Beach activities The negatives: Communication from Resort Rentals was lacking. They kept telling me to check my junk mail (nothing there). I had the rental agreement link re-sent, and when I clicked it, it said I had already signed. Finally received the info via VRBO message as I was changing planes, to my relief. Property wise, ants everywhere in the condo. The exterminator sprayed the kitchen and bath, but the ants didn't care. They are apparently nocturnal, as we mostly saw them at night, when we would do battle with them. We enjoyed the stay and tolerated the ants. All in all, a good stay.

This unit was probably the nicest condo unit that we have stayed at Lands End and we have been coming here to Lands End for 20 years. Right across from the pool. Updated flooring, decor, clean and really a nice condo to stay at. I would highly recommend this 1 bedroom condo.

We've been staying at Lands End through Resort Rentals for over 5 years now and we always have a good experience! The property is amazing, water along 3 sides, quiet, beautiful landscaping, clean beach (cleaned daily). The rooms are always clean and this time we had a bunch of beach items in unit 303 building 1 (chairs, boards, mattress, blanket, balls, sand toys, pool noodles, games [slammo and paddles], etc.) Which was more than enough for what we needed to have fun at the beach! Our unit also had many board games, coloring books, puzzles and other fun things to do for people of all ages!
Resort Rentals now has a phone number you can text questions to during your stay which was very convenient and the responses were fast.
We love Land's End and will definitely be staying again! We're already looking forward to it.

Would love to rent this one again. Very nice location close to the heated pool and beach. Very clean and secure, with gated guard shack 24/7. We didn’t have any interaction with the owners or rental company. We had plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys.
Only 1 parking space. Our daughter lives in Tampa so she had to pay $10 parking fee to get into the complex. We had an issue with fruit flies for the whole week but just dealt with it because we didn’t want anyone coming in and spraying any chemicals. Overall an excellent week!

Amazing stay! Condo appeared exactly as listed. Clean, new and fresh. There were a lot of amenities and just a few steps from the beach and pool. The location was im away from the busy strip, nice and secluded away from crowds. It was a little oasis!

Condo appeared exactly as listed online. Perfectly clean and stocked with all your beach needs. It was our first time traveling with our 1.5 year old and was perfect for our little family. Access to the beach and pool were only steps away which was convenient for nap time. The complex was in a very isolated area which was exactly what we wanted; away from all the noise and crowds.

We have stayed at Land’s End property before, usually in Building 9 or 10, and we love the property. We do like those buildings better because of the view but we only needed one bedroom this time. The pool is lovely and the beach is not crowded. We would stay at Land’s End again!

We have stayed at Land’s End many times and as always, our stay did not disappoint! The condo was on the bayside, but overlooked the pool and the ocean. It was a perfect size for me and my 7 year old. I am looking forward to our next visit. :)

The Land's End condominium development is very well maintained. It is quiet at the south end of Treasure Island. We have stayed at several different condos in this development, and we like building 1 because it is across from the pool and has a beautiful Gulf view. We will be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit is in a beautiful location with a view of the beach and pool, but the unit is in need of an update. It is dark, gloomy, furniture is OK, counter and stools are not comfortable and should be done away with. tThe table only has seats for 2 people. Bathrom is old, tiles are losing their grout. The bedroom ensemble is too heavy and too many decorative pillows 7, making the bed is too much of a chore. It needs something soft, light and pretty. The overall decor needs a change in my opinion. The sleep sofa cannot be used for someone to sleep on, the springs are terrible, no padding on the mattress.

The lands end was great. It was better than the pics showed. The pool was nice and heated it was perfect. Plus the boardwalk around the property was nice. I definitely recommend this place to others

We enjoyed our stay very much. The resort is beautiful and very quite. From our condo we could see much of the pool and had a nice view of the beach although the pool sits between the condo and the beach. There is a parking lot between the pool and the condo but it is fairly narrow. If you are think of staying at Lands End I would recommend going to the Google sat view of the area. I do not think spending the extra money for a beach-side condo is worth the extra money involved.

We were planning on staying up in Clearwater Beach but once we discovered Sunset Beach and Land's End we were so glad. A tranquil location but not too far from the action. Beautiful quiet beach right on the doorstep of the complex. We booked a one-bedroom unit which was pretty spacious with good-sized balcony. Would recommend a west-facing unit.

When we arrived, found the staff very helpful & the grounds & condo exceeded our expectations. The grounds are spotless & very well maintained; a tropical paradise! Our condo was even nicer than the pictures showed & we had a fabulous view of the pool & ocean, framed perfectly with palm trees. Condo was clean, smelled good (which is important to me) & had everything we needed. My only real complaint was how the condo owners who stay there for long-term, reserve the lounge chairs at the pool.We normally sit by the ocean but b/c the wind was very cool we used the pool area. Our "Rule" list & a sign at the pool clearly stated that you were not allowed to reserve chairs by putting your belongings on them. Every day we saw condo owners come down to the pool & put their belongings on it to save it for a couple of hours later. We saw some pretty rude behaviour from the condo owners; some people would come down & not get a chair as they all had towels on them but no people, and they would leave b/c there were no seats! The "pool monitor" guy clearly saw this happening, but did nothing about it! We could clearly see who's side he was on. My advice: do the same as the owner's & reserve your chair with a towel. That's what we did in the latter part of the week just to get a seat!
