The condo was just as represented on the website. The property was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was awesome. Location was right on the beach so it was quick to start our morning walks. We had a great time.

Great place to stay and very close to the beach from building 1. Super clean property in a less busy area. Great kitchen. Shower had awesome pressure, and the tub drained (lots of tub showers when we travel seem like they don’t drain well). Washer and dryer allowed us to pack just backpacks for a week’s stay so we saved on luggage. Comfy bed and great pillows and plenty of peels and linens. Pull out couch mattress is pretty shot, so we put an extra blanked over it to cushion the springs. We loved being near the dog beach and seeing the pups coming and going. Music from St. Pete can be heard in the evenings, but we didn’t mind it — it kind of added to the beachy vacation feeling.

The rental was close to the pool and the beach. Not oceanfront but you could see the causeway. Very clean and condo was only a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores and souvenir shopping. Plus water sports and snorkeling right near by. All in all a very good experience. Would recommend

Terrific location out of the craziness of Treasure Island bar scene. Loved this resort and the people there were all friendly. This condo is steps away from the pool and the beach.

We have been fortunate that 2020 only brought on a severe case of cabin fever. Fortunately, this condo was an ideal spot to recuperate. Clean, close to the beach with a view of Blind Pass, and convenient to shops and eateries. And the neighborhood is terrific for walking! Will only add one additional comment. Fast internet is likely taken for granted by many, but not those of us who enjoy rural life. We really appreciated quick responses when on-line. Thank you for making your condo available to us.

My wife and I took an impromptu vacation to Lands End with my daughter's family early August 2020.The cost was very reasonable and the property was exceptional. With the beach just outside my daughter's condo and the swimming pool next to ours, we didn't have to leave the property. But, we did. Went golfing and deep sea fishing with my grandchildren. We went out to eat several times at local restaurants and drove to nearby St Pete Beach. All in all a very enjoyable vacation. Land's End is on our list of vacation spots to return to.

Having stayed in a two bedroomed apartment previously we new the location which liked and the Lands End development. Lands End is well laid out with great facilities and beautifully maintained. We prefer the intercoastal view over the Gulf view as there is more to see. The unit we stayed in was a one bedroom unit and was plenty roomy enough for the two of us. Large and fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves when required. Would love to go back.

Love Land's End Condo's, second year here and booked for next year. Beautiful, well kept property in a perfect location for walking, fishing, lovely beach and you can dolphin watch from the balcony. The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly. The staff at the realty office are wonderful.

Loved this property, was all we expected from the photo's and description. The condo was lovely, no clutter, just comfortable and a good size for the two of us. The beach was lovely and not too busy. Saw dolphins swimming by from our balcony and from the rocks by the beach. The area is nice and safe to walk around and the boardwalk around the property is a bonus. This is really a beautiful spot. We stayed for two extra days and booked for next year before we left.

The location is excellent, the property well maintained and grounds are kept beautifully. Our condo at Bldg 1 Unit 304 was very nice and the kitchen, living area and bedroom were what I would expect for a premium charge. The unit was fairly clean however it appeared the cleaning company could have done a better job of removing dust from the counters and vacuuming the area rug in the living room. The couch in the living room is starting to show its age and sheds material onto the floor. The bathroom however is old and dated with some mould around the shower handle. The bathroom cabinet is adequate. The bathroom should be upgraded to meet the premium advertising. The staff at Resort Rentals are great to work with and we look forward to returning next year.

We did enjoy our stay at this property. The only problems we encountered was the patio door did not lock, the A/C wasn't very cool, and the remote for the tv in the bedroom was missing. The beach was very narrow. We did love the pool and the assigned parking spot. We would stay again!

Our condo was great (#304, Bld 1). Everything was clean and the location was good. There is a little bit of noise from the restaurants across the water, but with the windows closed and the air on, it was a non-issue. This was our first visit to Land's End, but it will not be our last.

Thanks so much for the post! Across the Intercoastal Waterways from Land's End is St Pete Beach and some of the restaurants there do bring in live entertainment, not all. There is a city ordinance in place for noise to ensure it will not go late into the evenings. We look forward to having you back!! :-)

We have been coming to Lands End for several years. We always enjoy our stay.The facilities are great! The condo we stayed in was recently remodeled and in very good condition! Our experience with the staff at Resort Rentals is always first class - a special thanks to Janet for the 'hoosier' hospitality extended to these fellow hoosiers!! I highly recommend dealing with Resort Rentals for your vacation needs - just don't take our weeks ; )

My wife and I stayed at #304-1 from 2/28 until 3/7/15. We had never rented a condo before. My wife's cousin was staying at LE and suggested we try Resort Rentals as they were happy with them. Resort Rentals has a good website with an accurate description and pictures of the unit. Our trip was setup online in less than a day.

The unit was clean and ready for our arrival. It exceeded our expectations and contained all the amenities listed in the description. We mostly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the little public parking lot and entrance to the boardwalk. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was large and well supplied.

Building One is right across from the pool which is large and very clean. Right beyond the pool is access to the beach. It was beautiful and warm during our stay. The pool was crowded but not overly so and the beaches were not crowded at all.

We liked everything about our stay. If you are extremely picky, you can hear music from the bars across the waterway. Didn't bother us at all but it's there. The roads to the the site are narrow and can be busy with people coming and going and hanging at the local bars. Again, no problems.

We highly recommend Resort Rentals, Lands End and 304-1.

My family, my friends and I stay at this property at least once a year for over 7 years now. As always, we enjoyed our stay here in August and plan to keep returning to this property. My sister, daughter and I spent Spring Break in Land's End #304. We were very satisfied with our stay. The grounds were well maintained. We stayed in the one bedroom. The condo was very clean and and overlooked the bay area. The property management people were easy to work with. Found the condo online after days of searching. Would stay here again only next time would like warmer weather but that is what to expect when going in March. Only suggestion a few more coffee cups that you can use in the microwave and a few more bath towels. Thank you we had fun.

We have rented a private home for the past couple years and this time decided to try a condo at Land's End. It's a beautiful facility and has anything you may every want. The location is perfect. Resort Rentals are fantastic people to deal with and we are looking forward to working with them for 2015.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Lands End for a number if years. We love the facility and Resort Rental staff is wonderful! The condo however was the worst we have stayed in. Needs significant upgrades and basic amenities such as hand soap, cleaning products etc. We will continue to come to Lands End but not staying in this years condo. Also would suggest better enforcement of pool rules as seems to be far more tolerant of toys, loud activity etc than in years past.
Lastly, please spell 'Indianapolis' correctly in your review credits.

Land's End is the place to stay! It was very clean and neat. The office receptionist was very informative and friendly. We plan on going back next year.

The property was "as advertised". A lovely location. Treasure Island is a beautiful location and Lands End is the gem stone of Treasure Island. Secluded, yet within minutes of an endless variety of restaurants, and nightlife. Sunset beach is the ultimate beach for getting a suntan, swimming,and shell hunting. Love it!
