Land's End 1-401 Gulf View

Room was older and needed upgrading tub drain was broke toilet seat was loose furniture was old next time we would like one of the newer units overlooking the ocean the complex was great quiet and safe no problems at all. People were saving chairs and tables at the pool and they were gone to the beach are out to eat somebody has to every hour check this And take the materials from the chairs and tables but the pool was great

It was a very nice condo. The only issue I had was there was construction going on in the stairwell next to the condo. Between the grinder going in the stairwell and the generator going outside the balcony, it was very noisy. I know you can’t control the construction, but It would have been nice to have known that. Probably would have chosen a different unit.

However, I do feel the condo I stayed in could use some updating and deep cleaning. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom sink did not drain well and stuff just looks worn out. I will return to Land's End, but will look for a different condo to rent. Just sad to say this about the one I stayed in. I enjoy the location.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Land's End. The property location was great close to restaurants and bars,shopping and more. We had a gorgeous view and the pool and beach were amazing. Seeing manatee swim up and dolphins while watching the sunset was so exciting. We plan to come back next year with the rest of our family.

Great condo for 2 people! My husband & I have stayed in this condo a # of years ago, it is all we need for our stay! The sofa is comfortable, as is the king size bed!
There are many utensils available for cooking!
I love Lands End ! Walking to the beach is so easy & the pool is huge! You don’t have to leave the area!!!! The view is wonderful, even though the building is set back! We will return!!!!!!

We were looking for a nice quiet Christmas/NYE with some wandering around the area. We enjoyed the unit, close to pool and beach. Everything we needed was provided in the unit, just needed some beach towels. Wonderful restaurants and places to grab a drink to enjoy the views.

Yes the property description and photos are accurate. Yes the property and the condominium property was clean and well maintained. The property manager does a fine job. Yes I would highly recommend this property to any couple or small family. I loved the seclusion and privacy of Land’s End.

In particular, the property owner provides a well maintained condominium and goes the extra steps to provide ample cooking, bedding and linen supplies. Waste removal is made easy by a convenient trash chute and parking is both secure and of ample size. I’d happily return to this property. Well done!

Land’s End is a first rate condominium, resort community.

We were many times in a Lands End Condo.The property managment is always professional and really helpful. The whole Lands End is very nice, excellently kept, safe and calm.
The condo 401 in Building 1 is a one bedroom condo but you have everything there what you need for two people. The kitchen is well equipped,the bed in bedroom is very comfortable and there is a good size balcony with view across the pool to the gulf. We were very satisfied, as usually.

My family enjoyed vacation . Clean and very cozy apartment . Wonderful ocean view . Comfortable king size bed . 2 minutes to the pool , and 4 minutes to the beach. Very safe and quiet. Definitely come back again. Just one thing that we didn’t like. One day cleaning lady come opened the door (with the key) even without knocking when we were home . Didn’t say sorry or anything. That was strange. But anyway we loved that place. Thank you so much!!!!

My stay was from Feb 14 to Feb 28, 2015 at this unit - accommodations were excellent, condo was very comfortable and well set up, kitchen fully stocked - everything one would need. Unfortunately this year my stay at Land's End was hampered by the weather - first week very cold, 2nd week foggy and wet. However, this will not stop me from staying at Land's End in the future - beach is normally fantastic as well as the weather - too bad Resort Rentals isn't in control of mother nature - if they were the weather would have been as perfect as Unit 401, building 1. See you next year!

This is our fourth trip to the Lands End resort, all booked via Resort Rentals, and all of them have been great. The apartment we were in this time had great view over the pool with the Gulf in the near distance. We would defintely recommend this apartment to all our friends and anyone else reading this review. I would also recommend using Resort Rentals who always provide a great service before you travel, during and after your holiday.

The 1 Br that we rented for 2 weeks, was on the top floor with an excellent view of the ocean and pool. This is a splendid apartment and have great pictures taken from the balcony overlooking the palms, pool and the beach. Wish I was there right now.

I have been a regular yearly visitor to Florida and Lands End Condos are always a treat. It's a first class property and the end of Treasure Island. The sunsets there are amazing! the only minor issue was the leaky showerhead - otherwise, fabulous! Many Thanks!

The security guards were overly strict. We had not been notified that we needed to advisse them of guests and one guard was particularly rude to me about it. We are considering not staying again simply because of the guards and overall rule oriented feel of Land's End. I understand rules, but they seemed to go too far. We are a family with a 2 1/2 year old- we weren't creating any problems.

Hello from cold New England. Just arrived home and it's snowing - wish we
were back at Treasure Island. We had a wonderful time at Land's End and
enjoyed every moment, especially the pool and the view from our unit. The
complex is beautiful and the people were warm and friendly - can't wait to
return.

A great place to stay, I had a wonderful time, so quiet, and the view was wonderful, we will be back.
