Land's End 1-404 Bay Front - Premier

This unit was clean and comfortable; it was well equipped with everything we needed to have a delightful stay and more. It was clear that the owners took pride in maintaining their condo. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise over Blind Pass and then seeing the dogs playing on the nearby dog beach. There was a slight glitch when the elevator was out of order, but Resort Rentals, the property manager, stepped in with a generous discount that more than compensated for the inconvenience. They obviously care about doing everything they could to ensure that renters have an enjoyable stay.

This was our second year staying in unit 404 building 1. The unit is well maintained, cute, and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. You have a nice few of the waterway and the pool is fantastic. The ocean is very close. We loved walking the boardwalk and ocean each morning. We love how quiet it is at Lands End. Love love the key pad. Did not have to worry about carrying around a key. Hopefully we will be back!

We stayed at this lovely property for our honeymoon and even though we managed to pick the week Florida decided to participate in winter, our stay was wonderful. Plenty of walks on the beach despite the cold. Check in/check out was a breeze. My only criticism is that the cleaning crew should check the shower liner from time to time. It was starting to get some mold on it, which happens in Florida but maybe put that in the list to check each time they prep the condo for the next guest. It wasn't by any means horrible but it took a tiny bit off the perfect score in our minds. We would definitely stay here in this condo again.

We really enjoyed Lands End, and specially 404 Bld 1. The room was as described and the entire property felt like our own secluded area. Tips for future travelers- bring a fan for the master BR as it doesn’t have a ceiling fan, and also a couple extra wash clothes. This will save time doing laundry every day. Other than that we enjoyed our time. Property management was very helpful and provided quick communications.

Great area to stay with easy access to the beautiful large pool, ocean, and inter coastal waterways. A view of the intercostal from the deck. The condo was very nice, peaceful, and comfortable. Resort rental company was great to work with.. Beach is beautiful. Only problem with this location is that it’s too far to walk for dinner or lunch. Overall loved it!

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this Lands End condo for many winter seasons. Each one one has been a wonderfully pleasant stay. From the office staff to the complex staff, everyone is easy to deal with and strives to make your experience an enjoyable one. This year was no different! The condo had recent fresh updates and is a perfect escape from the Midwest winter weather. The beautifully manicured Lands End complex and amenities, along with the warmth of our condo, make this an easy decision each year.
We feel like it’s a beautiful second home and one we will continue to reserve for as long as we are able to do so. Recommend Mad Fish restaurant for a great meal, in an eclectic atmosphere, just down Gulf Road in St Pete.
Thanks to the owners and all who make our stay so memorable and relaxing.

First and foremost you are staying in someones home so do not expect the same amenities as a hotel. If you go in with that understanding you will have a wonderful stay.

Though we never used them, water toys and beach chairs were provided along with some starter paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap which was a nice touch.

The view was intracoastal not beach but we saw dolphins swimming the waterway several times.

There is a little restaurant across the water that plays music late into the evening, which can be enjoyed easily from the balcony but with doors closed the sound was not an issue.

This was our first time renting a condo and I was a bit nervous about checking in/out as we had very odd arrival and departure times. Turns out it's more complex checking into a hotel then it was the condo.

Resort Rentals provided a packet with everything you need. Take the time to read the contents, it will make your life easier and your stay more enjoyable. Not to mention answer all the HOW DO I ......... questions.

We could not be happier with the rental agency or the condo and would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying at lands end. Everyone is very friendly there from all the staff to the guests. The pool area is beautiful. The unit we stayed in was extremely comfortable, though, I am not a fan of carpeting in the living room and bedroom. We hope to return.

The pool area is beautiful. The unit we stayed in was extremely comfortable, though, I am not a fan of carpeting in the living room and bedroom. We hope to return.

We were staying with family for a week and needed to find a place to stay for a second week as more family descended from the UK. We looked around St Pete Beach and Treasure Island. The mainstream hotels, condo hotels and other traditional resorts were either full, of low quality or very expensive. Knowing the area having visited for many years, I called into Resort Rentals while passing to ask if they could help. They suggested the unit at Lands End which, knowing Sunset Beach well, was the perfect location for us. We booked the unit and it was perfect and of much higher quality than anything we had seen at double the price. Resort Rentals provided a great, no fuss service. The unit was spotless and modern. I would recommend both without reservation or hesitation.

The only suggestion I can make is that this is the first time we flew and since the rental was a 2 week stay, it is not like driving. You are limited to what you can take in terms of luggage. There were no beach towels and even though the rental agency states to that there are none, they should provide them and some decent beach chair. The chairs were adequate, but old and saggy. That would be our ONLY, and I do mean ONLY suggestion......we loved our unit, the property, the whole 2 weeks were glorious.

Very relaxing setting! Good location with large salt water pool! Beach was
wonderful, clean Gulf waters & right out your door!
Great walking path& convenient parking.
Condo very clean & nice for 1 couple with young children.
King bed very comfy!

Condo was very clean and very comfortable. Property grounds and pool area are well tended. Especially liked that the pool was chlorine free.

Dishwasher did not work. Water runs but it never cleaned dishes or cups. Had to hand wash everything. Refrigerator leaked water into the crisper drawers on the bottom. Had to be cleaned out about every 3 days.
Very nice place though, clean and nice view of inland waterway. Would go back.

Thanks so much for your high ratings! I do apologize for the issues you experienced with the dishwasher and the refrigerator. In the future, please don’t ever hesitate to give us a call if anything like this happens. The owner does have a maintenance contract on all the appliances to make sure that our guests are never put out.

The only downside was rude security on site and insufferable wi-fi delays. beach and intrecoastal waterway 90 to 120 seconds depending on your walking and stair speed.
end of island good fishing opportunities and very quiet. Good place for bicycles or walking. Gated community with covered parking. Apt. set up with sofa-bed and well equipped kitchen. Four people would be comfortable. Would stay there again.

It was a fascinating experience in which you can relax,enjoy sun and beach as if you were at your own house .
My only request is that the TV channels were not very good ( not good sport channels and movie channels )and in the nights they are important because you don't have too much night ammenities in treasure island.

Excellent as always at Lands End Sunset. Security staff friendly and courteous. Close to beaches, dining, stores. Great atmosphere for relaxation.

Excellent property, the complex is kept to the highest standard, the grounds,swimming pool and general areas are excellent.
Our condo was bayside and some parts had been updated, the bedroom and bathroom were very good, the kichen showing signs of wear but clean and adequate.
We have been several times to this property and it remains one of the best we have visited.

We had a great time at Land's End. We love the bay view, watching dolphins and boats go by. The condo is well-equipped and clean. The grounds are gorgeous! Resort Rentals is always good to work with.
