Land's End 1-407 Gulf View - Premier

The property was very nice and well kept. We look forward to a return visit. We stayed here several times in the 1990's and were very pleased with the resort then and now again.

The stay was very nice. The condo was in a great location, close to the elevator, parking spot, and a short walk to beach and pool. We didn't have and beach towels so had to go purchase some of those. With flying and bag fees this would of been helpful.

The reservation process was flawless. Checking in offsite at the rental office just added time and delay to already weary travelers. It would be have been a much better experience if we could have checked in at the security gate. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. the overhead light is dining area looked as if it was about to fall off the ceiling, otherwise we the property description was spot-on. Once we were settled in we made great use of the grounds and all it had to offer and had a wonderful time the staff was friendly and non invasive. The view from our unit was breathtaking of the sunrise and sunset. We are looking forward to coming back again!

Our rental was clean, had all basic needs, lovely views, and we really enjoyed the property. I had been worried after reading reviews that kids are yelled at at the pool but we didnt have that experience at all. The grounds were lovely, our only disappointment was the boardwalk around the property (which was a reason we chose Lands End because we are big runner/walkers) was closed off and ripped apart so you couldnt walk all the way around. There were birds, shells, and we saw dolphins and manatees. Our AC stopped working one day but was fixed within 24 hours. The master bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious. The gulf water was clear and beautiful some days and not so clear other days. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Land's End before, and it cannot be beat for amenities, value, and location. Because it's a well-staffed, gated community, it is a very quiet, safe, maintained area. The condo's location right behind the pool is very convenient. The condo itself was clean and as-listed.

Land's End Condo's are (for us!) always a wonderful break. We've stayed at this particular Gulf Coast location right on Saint Pete's Beach for a number of years. There's plenty of reasons, this property is lovely, the pool is wonderful and the powdery white sands of the beach are a boardwalk away. Of course the rental hosts are always great but the crew at Resorts Reality are the best, we'll continue to stay with them and our wonderful condos at Lands End.

We were in building #1. The building was taken care of very well! The guard was always smiling and friendly. Our condo was well maintained and had everything we needed to make our stay a great one. The bed in the second bedroom was the most comfortable I had slept in on vacation! Dawn was very friendly at Resort Rentals and made check in a breeze! I will stay there again when I visit Treasure Island.

This is one of the nicest places my family has ever stayed at. The property is beautifully landscaped & the location is great. We sat on our deck every night and watched our kids in the pool. The view of the ocean & the beach was perfect. Very short walk to the beach. Fishing right off the boardwalk. Close to restaurants & Johns Pass for shopping. All you could need in a vacation rental.

Magnificent location- private beach with waterviews from every window. The Gulf of Mexico is so much nicer than the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the beach and intercoastal plus all the amenities of the view. A+++

Unit 407-1 was perfect for our week-long getaway! Resort Rentals was very helpful with booking and questions before and during our stay. I would definitely rent through them again in the future. The condo itself was clean and well appointed with all the essential cookware, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was ideal. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The balcony had the best pool and beach view. We were slightly underwhelmed with the beach chairs and umbrellas- a couple of chairs were rusted and the umbrellas were broken- not a deal-breaker, but worth noting.

This unit has a large bed in each bedroom, rather than two singles in one, both bedrooms have access to one of the two balconies, the main balcony being particularly large and both with a view over the pool. The condition is slightly worn here and there, but comparable to older units in the complex. For us a good compromise between budget and view. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Overall a good experience, with RR as professional as always.

With this being a corner unit in that building, it also provides a bit different layout giving you 2 balcony options making it unique from some of the others as well! This is one of the condos that falls into our standard program, but we do have upgraded condos labeled “premier” that are available in all buildings should you want to try anything different in future stays. We had a wonderful stay at Lands End, we enjoyed an amazing sandbeach with top view, watched Pelicans fishing, enjoyed the big swimming pool. The appartment was great, very cozy,, nice decorated, great view, fully equipped, comfortable beds (yes, we slept like babies). Also very friendly staff at Condominium and Resort Rentals !!

The security personnel at lands end were excellent and very friendly. The pool was outstanding meeting people from around the world. This is our third time staying here and would stay again.

This was our fourth year vacationing at Land's End. We had a wonderful time and will be back again next year. The place was in excellent shape. I have always and will continue to tell friends and family about the wonderful time we had. Next year can not get here soon enough.

We love Lands End it is an amazing place. We stayed at Lands End in 2011 and fell in love with the place. I love how it feels so private from everything. We like people but not crowded places and even when other people are around it still seems relaxing, people we have encountered on our stay there are nice and considerate. We loved our stay in both condo's we have stayed in. We don't spend a lot of time in the room and are simple peoplem not very picky. We like a great view and things to be clean when we come in. We have not been dissattisfied with anything. I have seen many reviews from people with small children about security saying things and the ground rules being too strict, they are only doing thier job and I like it that way, it's probably what keeps the place like it is. We f eel safe and relaxed. People were always leaving thier stuff on the beach including us to take strolls or go in for some lunch or to go up for amdip in the pool and it felt safe doing that there, I don't know anywhere else I would do that and feel safe.

What an amazing place for vacation! Loved every minute of it! (kitchen could use some useful additions...hand mixer, better pots and pans, serving bowls and dishes...all minor, we dealt with it!)

We loved our vacation at Land's End. The condo was clean and the view breathtaking. We felt like we were at a vacation resort. The pool was clean and peaceful (most of the time). However, the pool was not heated and it would have been appreciated with the 70 to 76 degrees we had during our week at the gated comunity.

Thanks so much for your great review! I was surprised to read about the pool not being heated. Every year in November the association turns the pool heat on and it stays on throughout the winter months. I will pass your comments on to them so they can research the situation. We had stayed here before and this time was as good as the other. I would ask one thing. My family is large and when we come we wold like to bring bikes and some other things but were told that there is no where to put a trailer. We have a 5x8 trailer that I would like to use to bring our stuff. Is there any way to make a spot somewhere to store a small trailer when we come again.

This is the third time we have stayed at Lands End and this was by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The view was the thing that did it. We all had a great time and didn't want to leave :-((. We are laready looking forward to coming again soon
