Land's End 3-303 Bay Front - Premier

This condo was amazing and such an awesome stay!! Would definitely recommend staying here! Love the view of the bay/ dog beach on the balcony, always had some entertainment watching them play! Such a clean and bright environment.

This is a top of the line unit. The unit was beautiful and the grounds were lovely. I don’t typically like renting units managed by companies but Resort Rentals communicated very well and responded quickly with the one message I sent.
It was hotter than normal while visiting so we appreciated having an assigned parking spot near the elevator in the shade under the building. There was a luggage cart to make moving our things easily into the unit. We found everyone on the grounds to be friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the gate.
And like other reviewers, LOVED watching the pups visit the small beach below the balcony. They were entertaining.

My best friend and I vacationed at your beautiful condo the week of Memorial Day. I have rented houses and condos for all my vacations for the past 20 years and this was by far the cleanest, nicest, and most accurate listing I’ve ever booked! The condo looks exactly like the pictures. We had one small maintenance issue, and it was taken care of quickly on a holiday weekend! The condo overlooks a little beach we called “Dog Beach” where people bring their pups to run around. It was so fun to watch the dogs while drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning. We also watched dolphins in the bay and swam with them in the Gulf! The condo has a great location with a short walk to the pool and the beach. The beach was never crowded and it was wonderful. The only negative, if you could even call it that, was all the construction in the community. It did wake us up a few times, and no one wants that on vacation. I wanted to go back already, and I’ve never felt that way about a rental before!! Five Stars!

Beautuful place with everthing you could want. Close to eats shopping and attractions but you may not want to leave because the pool and beach are so awesome. Also Resort Rentals were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely return.

Phenomenal unit! The upgraded condo has everything you need and rarely can you find a unit with two king beds. Beautiful water views. Absolutely loved it and came with covered parking so your car doesn’t get super hot or have to walk in the rain if it’s bad weather. Lands End staff were great and tons of fun things to do around Treasure Island. Great trip and unit!

So beautiful and clean! We got there late the first night and check in was a breeze! The balcony is beautiful to watch the sunrise and the dogs in the beach below! The owners have truly thought of everything as posted by other guests. We will 100% be back

We had a great stay here! Loved relaxing on the balcony and seeing dolphins and watching the cute dogs. The condo was totally upgraded and we really enjoyed it. We loved the rain head showers, balcony chairs, upgraded fridge, and the massive tv. FYI, there’s beach chairs in the guest bedroom closet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful location tucked away with top of the line accommodations. Over the top with chairs, loungers, noodles and umbrellas. Master bed is awesome and views were fabulous! Development was pristeen!

Beautiful condo unit, great beaches, fun area and saw dolphins every day! Unit has all the comforts of home. Beach chairs and umbrellas are in the second bedroom closet. All you need to bring are your swimsuits and beach towels. Really enjoyed Land’s End!

This place is amazing the upgrades was a unexpected pleasure.,You can tell they used quality products.The veiw is amazing we usually have a gulf front room.We decided we would try something different and are pleased we did.From the room the view,the dog beach below our balcony,to the music across the water.Let's not forget the amazing dolphins from the balcony too.We will definitely be back here.Highly recommend this place.VERY WELL DONE.��

First class location with great views and amenities. Great location on Treasure Island with access to the beach and a view of the intercostal! Watched dolphins from the balcony every day and enjoyed the pool just a short walk away. You will. It be disappointed!

We have been staying here so long it feels almost like a second home. With that said, I am hesitant to keep giving this property such high ratings, as it continues to get busier and busier each time we go. Seriously though, this is a beautiful property, maintained very well. Resort Rentals, are always a pleasure to work with and this vacation like those in the past was amazing.

Our family booked 2 units in Building #3 - ours was 303. The unit was beautifully appointed with everything you need. Bedrooms were large with plenty of storage space. TVs in every room although we didn't watch them much. Balcony great for hanging out and watching causeway traffic and wildlife. Boardwalk nice for walking property. Pool across street was big, clean and very safely attended to by Ms. Joannie. Beach access easy. Beach very large, and clean. Played shuffleboard and volleyball-equipment accessible via the guardhouse. Rental company answered all questions before us coming. Publix, Sea Dog brewery, St John's Pass all within a few miles. Love the location of Land's End. Was on a quiet end of Treasure Island, but accessible to everything. Only drawback is the bar across the causeway that played loud music many nights of the week until midnight. Made it difficult to sit outside in the evening. Would highly recommend this property and unit.

It is true that the Bayside facing units do experience the live music that comes from St Pete Beach across the waterway, we are sorry if this was any kind of disruption to you. The buildings that face the beach (6-11) do not experience this should you want to try anything different for your next visit. This is the 3rd spring that we have enjoyed this condo complex on the south end of Teasure Island right on Sunset Beach. It has all the comforts of home and is very nicely furnished. Plenty of room in 2 BR, 2 bath for our family of 4. We enjoy the quiet setting with a balcony view of the inter coastal boating.

Land's End is what we have been looking for in the past couple of years. The grounds, pool, and beach was really nice. The unit we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. Everyone at Resort Rentals was very nice. Would rent again next year. Very nice vacation.

Very nicely decorated 2 BR condo. It was clean and completed updates with all modern features. Great view of intercoastal waters from 3rd floor balcony. We had easy access to the beach and the pool area is large and very well kept. This was our second year at Lnas End on Sunset Beach and we were very pleased.

We had a Wonderful vacation and we loved this Condo! The master bedroom had a gorgeous view of the intercostal water and had a palm tree outside the window, as did the living room. We saw dolphins two times while sitting on the terrace! We thought this condo was nicely decorated and Very clean! I also liked the fact that this was a "gated community"... it felt very safe. We definitely would come back here again! We love Treasure Island!

We've been staying at Land's End for about 15 years, and this was, by far, the most updated and comfortable condo we've stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the leather furniture (with recliners) in the family room gave everyone a great place to spread out when reading or watching tv at night. This was our first time to choose a bay-side unit, and while the weekend music was loud, we could easily tune it out; watching the boats and the fish and manatees from the breezes of our balcony more than made up for the music, which was sometimes terrific and sometimes, not so terrific ;) This may very well be the unit we choose in the coming years.

Our condo was above expectations-loved it. We had been warned about noise comong from the bars across the way, but it did not bother us at all. Once we came inside and closed the slinding doors, we did not hear the noise at all. The owners left us a, "white sound machine", but we never had to use it! Thouroughly injoyed our visit there, only disappointment was that it was much cooler than I had expected--but no one can guarantee the weather!!
