The condo was everything we hoped for and needed for our vacation. Located close to the beach and the pool was refreshing. We would definitely stay another week in this condo at Land’s End!

I was really bummed that I couldn't find an ocean front view condo.. but let me tell you, this was the BEST EVER inlet channel view. We saw dolphins every morning up close, we saw stingrays, manatee and could watch crabs just walk on bottom all from our balcony! Would definitely want to stay here again. The place was very nice and pool was also wonderful.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for two couples and having two king size beds was great. Beds and linens were excellent. The master bathroom was very spacious and (wow) bright!! The view of the Intracoastal Waterway was very relaxing and beautiful. We loved sitting on the balcony. The only issue was the cleanliness of the floors. That said, when we brought the issue up to the property manager, Karen, she came over the next day and personally cleaned the floors thoroughly. She even brought over extra towels as an apology. The location of the property was outstanding with many restaurants and shopping close. Lands End was a great place to stay. We will definitely consider returning.

Incredible. We love Land's End and this room! So many amenities. Loads of beach gear, stocked kitchen of utensils and cookware, great beds. Lovely home.

Land's End will never get old for us. We have been coming to Treasure Island for 20 years now and Land's End for 18 of those. It is always as expected. Beautiful sunsets, uncrowded beaches, quiet community that we love walking. 3-405 was a beautiful unit with everything needed. Beach chairs, (especially nice ones ) are always appreciated. Thank you for sharing you lovely home with us

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed so far. We plan to rebook with Lands-end next summer. Beds were very comfortable. Condo is newer and very clean. access to pool and beach were a very short walk across the parking lot. Or you could go on the canal behind the condo for calmer waters (tons of locals bring their dogs to this side, signs say No Dogs but the locals said it was a dog beach but we were okay with that because we have 2 dogs ourselves). We found tons of awesome shells on this side. We saw Manatees and even dolphins in the canal. The closet in one bedroom was stocked with beach chairs, a small cooler, fishing pole and sand toys. Our condo was not very busy so we had no elevator waits.. You had a covered designated parking spot. The balcony looks out to the canal with a small beach and crystal clear water and on the other side of the water is the toasted monkey. They had live bands that played on the weekends you could hear the music only when you were outside! The Publix was just a short drive away. Tons of places to eat near by.

Glad the beds were comfortable a newer updated and clean condo with access to the pool and beach were just short walk. How fun you found tons of shells and viewed Manatees and Dolphins. That is great the owner supplied beach items to include a fishing pole and you found grocery and restaurants not too far away. We look forward to your next stay!

This place was perfect! Everything we wanted in a rental. Close to water on both sides, close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Lands End 3-405 and absolutely loved it! 4th Floor overlooking the intercostal, clean, well-maintained and an amazing location on Treasure Island. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sand volleyball courts, and everything else Lands End had to offer!!

Clean unit in beautiful complex. Great pool and beach. Because beach is at the end of the island, it is very quiet but if you want some lively beach bar vibes, Caddy’s is just a mile walk down the beach. We have visited Lands End many times and this is a nicely appointed unit. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and had a nice view. The beach was a five minute walk and the pool and hot tub were even closer and on the way to the beach. Very convenient and private area. We'll be back for sure.

This is a great place to stay and very clean. It was fun to be close to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. The keyless entry made checkin simple. The property is lovely.

Went for a quick girl`s getaway and this condo was perfect. We wanted a water view and while not the gulf the view of the causeway is beautiful and relaxing. It was fun to watch jet skiers, boats, and paddle boarders ease by. The area is no wake so not loud at all. The music from the restaurants across the way added to the mood. Pool was great and the beach is not far away at all except for when carrying our paddleboards. That was a bit tough for us. We took many late night beach walks. The water was amazing day or night. There is not much within walking distance but hop in the car and so much is close by. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Nice property, nothing fancy but for Treasure Island it was nice and felt very clean. I’d compare it to a 3 star hotel. The one issue I would note is the temperature in the Master bedroom. I stayed in the second room and the temp was okay for me (although the minimum of 73 is not my preferred sleeping temperature and it did get a bit warm for my comfort - would’ve liked to have known that before booking, if it was mentioned somewhere I didn’t catch it), but the Master bedroom was like a sauna. I don’t know if the patio access had something to do with it - didn’t have the same problem in the living room, which also has patio doors - and my friend who stayed in that room was a good sport and somehow tolerated it, but if it was me I wouldn’t have lasted the first night. It was easily 76-78 even first thing in the morning. Parking was good, although it seemed odd that the $10 fee wasn’t built into the overall rates. There was private beach access, which was nice, but we preferred going into the public beaches with restaurant access, which were a mile or two down the road. The area itself wasn’t very walkable/accessible to any restaurants or nightlife. There were options nearby and right across the waterway, but nothing you could reach without a car or boat. Quiet area of the island, and the restaurants across the water had plenty of outdoor music that we could hear from our balcony but the noise ordinances kept them from playing late into the night. It was pleasantly situated overall.

Beautiful condo! Location was steps from the beach and overlooking the intercostal. Sunrise and sunset accessible. Loved being in the end of the island. Teens took advantage of tennis courts and long boarding into town. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill. The entry can be tricky and make sure you know your unit number when you arrive to avoid a bit of hassle at the gate. Owners communicated well and all was settled easily.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. It couldn`t have been a better experience. We had the sliding door open and music across the water playing through the condo. It was very relaxing and fun. We cooked most days and had everything we needed. This condo is perfect to have a lazy day by the pool or a relaxing night in the hot tub. We found out that the best seashell hunting happens on the Lands Ends Private beach at night with flashlights or early in the am. We took the kids for walks so they could find beautiful conch shells and there were a lot of them. The best part of the condo for us was the master suite. The balcony doors open throughout the night and waking up to the sunrise and the sound of the ocean. Parents this is definitely a retreat for you. You will not regret renting this condo!
