Land's End 4-405 Bay Front - Premier

Lands End is a wonderful facility. We have had beach views and this year we had a canal view. We enjoyed both! This condo was somewhat dated on the furniture and was not as spacious as others. However, we had all we needed and enjoyed our week there very much.

Awesome getaway in paradise. Pool,hottub and beach are perfect!! The condo was beautiful. Only negative is the bar across the canal can be noisy some nights. Would stay again!

The condo was updated and very nice! Can't wait to go back!! The only thing I would suggest is to replace the chair in the living it is very uncomfortable, so it didn't get used. I think another should be added. Other than that is was great place to stay!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this location. Condo is beautiful, had everything we needed. Loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the music from across the water. You do have to pay extra for parking and guests have to pay if they visit and no floaties allowed in the pool which is thought was strange. But condo is located close to beach and pool. Overall a great vacation!

Lands End has beautiful grounds and this condo was great! Listening to the music from across the inlet was nice. Everyone was friendly. The condo didn’t have any basic spices for cooking, and we assumed it would so remember to bring your own but other than that, it was perfect!

This unit is tastefully decorated and very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfy with updated bathrooms. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and kids beach toys provided. Puzzles, board games and reading material for those rainy days. The lanai has wicker furniture that seats four. My only criticism is the living room foam cushions be replaced. Definitely recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lands End. It’s private and beautiful. The amenities are great and you are in a very convenient location. We really enjoyed our walks on the boardwalk and the beach. We loved the side we stayed on too. We saw manatees and dolphins. It was just amazing. The worst part was leaving.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Condo. The location is beautiful INSIDE & OUTSIDE. The Condo is very well maintained and is also very clean. The view from the 4th floor patio is great. We ate every meal outside on the patio. The pool at this location is also very nice, well maintained and clean. The security for this property is also great. We will be back.

My family had the best time staying at Lands End and your condo! The condo is beautiful with a fun view and amazing, relaxing balcony furniture! We watched dolphins and manatees swimming in the inlet. Also enjoyed watching my son and husband fish in the inlet with the provided fishing rods. The condo kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things to cook family meals. Furniture is beautiful along with bedding. Nice updated bathrooms. This condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The balcony overlooked a gorgeous waterway . On the other side of the property was a sort walk to the beach and pool. So convenient. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

We are extremely happy with our stay. The location is spectacular, the apartment is remodeled, very beautiful and extremely clean. Kudos to the cleaning team, thank you!!! The beach is amazing and the condominium is very well maintained and equipped. The only recommendation is to change the beach chairs. We totally recommend and we would come back.

LE #405 condo was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent the majority of our time at the pool, and when we were in the condo we spent our time out on the patio. The weather was perfect when we were there. We definitely would come back & stay at condo #405 again.

The property was as described, even better than described. It would be helpful if Resort Rentals had a better selection of beach chairs and umbrellas available, especially for those, like me, who take a break from work to spend the entire week on the beach. The condos either do not have beach chairs and umbrellas, or they are not usable for an entire week. The condo was fully stocked with everything needed for comfort, including the kitchen, if you were to eat in. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. All around wonderful week!

This unit was super nice and clean. A few things that could be fixed. The master bedroom gets super hot and the vent didn’t blow air too well and even with the fan it was hot! And the only other thing was we had three palmetto bugs eeek in the unit. Views were stunning!

We are sorry if the air flow didn't circulate in the bedroom as well, we will be sure to take a look at this. All owners and the entire Land's End community have regular pest control done on the interior and exterior of all units and buildings/grounds, we are sorry if any of those pesky things got by; unfortunately they love the landscape here and are around but we do treat everything very regularly. The condo was very spacious, clean and has beautiful decor. We really loved the view of the small beach and the waterway. We could see dolphins and manatees right from the balcony. We enjoyed music from live bands from across the bay. The noise level quiets early so you get a good night's rest to enjoy the amazing sunrise in the morning. The location was perfect for us. Sunset beach is more private than other beaches we've visited in the area. You get all of the beauty without all of the hustle and bustle. The kids fell in love with the pool and swam in it more than the gulf. The property is absolutely gorgeous and although it is somewhat secluded, local attractions, gift shops, food, spirits, even groceries are just a few minutes down the street. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to the area.

Super nice condo with everything you needed for the beach. The beach is very nice and was not crowded at all. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook dinner. My only suggestion for the kitchen would be to have some plastic cups and plates. Everything was glass and with 2 kids it made me very nervous with them using glass cups and plates on a glass kitchen table! Definitely will be adding this to the list to visit again!!

We love Lands End! We have been visiting here for at least 13 years. Everyone is so friendly. Also, security guards are very pleasant. There are always different generations, grandparents,parents grand children which many of them you see year after year. Always have a parking space. Stairs & elevator convenient. Beach is right there. Unit is very comfortable.

We had a great vacation. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We used the futon as a sleeping area for our grandson and appreciated the curtains for privacy.

We have been staying at Lands End for at least 12 years. It is quiet & the grounds are well kept. The pool is huge! And the gulf is steps away. You can walk on the boardwalk, down the street or on the beach. It's a great neighborhood. We see same faces year after year.The unit this year was very homey & very well stocked with kitchen items. There is no problem with parking spaces.

We could not have picked a better place to spend our vacation. We are already planning on returning next year. We stayed on the Bay Front. Enjoyed the morning sun, watching the dolphins play, and hearing the sounds of water.

The only thing was it was very secluded at the end of a chuck of land. Long walks to get anywhere as we didn't rent a car as we knew no one would be sober to drive home. Once we found out about free beach ride was much better!

Growing up in a family of 7, we annually rented a vacation beach spot usually somewhere near the St. Pete/gulf coast area. Now grown with families of our own, we wanted to rent a place that could accommodate all our families. The Land's End was the perfect spot! There are so many positive attributes to mention...from the overall resort layout, amenities, accommodations, views, security, and privacy. Besides the rain (lol), it was a nearly perfect vacation! We will definitely consider this location again.

We had a great time here. Saw a dolphin swim up the bay. Saw a sea turtle swim down the bay. Being on the bay was great, as the water was just feet from us. The beach was great and not crowded like what we saw in Clearwater. Hope to come back.

This is a very nice unit, very clean, nicely equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and sofa.
Just a few points: there was no instruction book for the coffee maker; the lighting in the unit is poor, very difficult to read in the living room; the pull chain for the fan in the small bedroom was broken.

Our recent stay at Lands End was very restful. Our condo was very clean and updated and had everything we needed. We were able to eat meals, play games, and watch the big game Sunday night comfortably. The beach was big and not crowded at all. The only complaint which seems to be the same for ever review of the property I've ever read is the pool situation. The property management are rabid when it comes to the pool rules. No balls in the pool, no drinks near the water of the pool, no floaties in the pool. There are a lot of pool rules so it is not very friendly for kids in the pool area. The guard made sure to tell me right up front to read those rules and complained about people not following them. Otherwise, the property was very nice, well maintained, quiet and a great stay!

Apartment was wonderful, it was up to date and clean. They area is a very safe place for children to be. The beach is clean and not packed, you won't lose your children. This was our 4th time there and plan on coming back again and again. We used baby's away for our two year old for a booster seat and rails. Everything was perfect.

First, this condo was exactly as advertised and pictured; no surprises. The appliances and dinnerware were of good quality and they worked. Plenty of linens and towels and they were in excellent condition. The unit was absolutely spotless and the whole facility was immaculate. The beach gear, chairs, umbrella, toys were greatly appreciated. The people in the other condos were very friendly and well behaved. The rules are enforced so don't plan to "spring break party" it here. But it's run well and maintained superbly. I'll be back.

The property was beautifully located so we had the benefits of music from a neighboring bar (not too loud), and across the parking lot from the beach! Our condo was warmly decorated and very cozy, but with plenty of space for our 15-month-old son to run around! Having a washer/dryer, full sized kitchen, and lots of beach amenities IN the condo just made this vacation the easiest we've EVER taken!

We had a great time at the Lands End Building 4 #405. The entire property was beautiful!! The pool area was awesome and it was really cool to play beach volleyball and have a BBQ outside. The beach and the boardwalk were amazing. As for our condo, it was great!! It had everything we needed, even games and beach toys for the kids. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the music from the bars across the street. We really enjoyed our stay at the Lands End and would recommend it to anyone!!

Location of the Land's End property is very nice if you're looking to escape typical touristy beach areas. The grounds are very nice, and the beach was never crowded, even on the weekend. While the public beach is not that far, the crowd never spilled over to the private area by Land's End.
Only negative comments were very minor issues with the unit itself - we found no spare trash bags (would be nice if you had them on site if you want people to empty trash regularly), and the shower head in the master bath was moldy. Otherwise, the unit was well maintained and had everything needed for an enjoyable week away from it all.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It contained all of the basic items that we would need for the week as well as some extra unexpected items, such as beach toys, board games, etc. We had a really great time. The facility was maintained very well. The security gate and security team made the area feel much safer. It was also convenient to be able to send mail from the buildings rather than having to find a mailbox in an unfamiliar area. The check in process was easy and the information provided was very helpful. All in all a great vacation. Thanks!

The unit was in good shape, nicely decorated, and clean. My only concern was a loud and long screeching noise in the elevator of that building. I expressed this concern once, I saw the elevator company's van in the resort, but the problem continued to the last day. That is why the property, which includes the rest of the condominium, does not get a 5 star.
